Just wanted to add that I loved the wild magic. Played a character with it and it can just be so chaotic and fun! I also thought how you played him as not understanding he's the one doing the magic was really interesting and fun to play around. OK as for What's Next. If y'all aren't digging the WotC, is there something else that would keep the group together? I am dogpiles at remembering rules but I'd be willing to switch it up if that works better. In the end, I'd rather play anything than no-thing. I'd prefer to keep playing Umikh but can easily make a new character. Maybe a dwarf, dunno maybe someone who's a fighter, lol. :-)

Allowing all the rest of the baddies to be beaten or to surrender, he will start rooting around for any healing potions to revive fallen and badly injured companions. I worked in the employment industry for many years. Sounds like what you're encountering is a system that's very regimented with little flexibility. In the places I worked, you'd say reach out to 2-3 previous employers/supervisors knowing only 1 or 2 would get back to you. It's unfortunate because they're probably screening out many highly qualified folks like you over some sticky rule. I'd recommend reaching out to one of your former supervisors on your own, making sure they're okay with receiving a call, and then list that person as the former supervisor. If that's allowable. Sheesh sorry mate.
