Holding the best he can, he was never very good at sticking to a 'subtle' approach for long periods of time. He was practically begging for ANY excuse these people would give him to turn them to ash.

Tyriel waits in hiding, his hands already in gesture for unleashing a hell wave of burning doom.

The elf coughs lightly as he looks about.

Tyriel readies an action to fire off a ray of flame if a spirit coves within range.

Think Tyriel would actually be last...due to keeping an eye on the Elemental and statue.

Tyriel's pacing comes to a slow as he watches the Elemental. He makes no other movement except his back and forth.

Tyriel takes a step away from the elemental and it's guardians. feeling anxious, not from the threat the creatures pose but rather from the lack of going anywhere... He began to grow impatient causing him to pace back and forth near the puzzle. His eyes glancing over it occasionally in hopes that Eldon would continue his effort.

"Regardless of it's worth for good or evil, we will need to get through..."

The elf cannot read the symbols nor did he have a grand understanding of god of magic.

The fire in Tyriel's hand diminishes as he looks about at the reactions of the others. Looking to Sid he raises a brow then darts a look to the other elf as he scuttles to a corner near a corpse.

Although he didn't understand the column's words...there was something about the ominus form with what seemed to be a playful elemental that bothered him deeply...

...Despite an attempt to gauge the creature further, Tyriel sighed, unable to be sure of its intent.

Tyriel walks into the room, Looking to the fountain then to the markings on the wall...His eyes give off a fiery shimmer...

Under the elf's breath he mutters the god of magic's name then lets out a reluctant sigh. Turning his attention to the poor, his eyes seem to catching something along the wall with the markings...

Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28

...Tyriel pauses as he looks over cracks and seems revealing to him a passage beyond the puzzle.

"Eldon...Passage behind the wall there. Can you figure that out?"

The fiery sorcerer darts a glance toward his elven comrade only to turn, regardless of the answer and look over the pool...

...Looking into the pool, Tyriel notices a creature within. He takes a step back, a hand opening its fingers to grasp a growing flame, ready to turn the entity to ash if need be. His eyes narrow as he waits for hostility...

Jumping back five feet, the elf lets loose a small barrage of Magic Missiles.

Missiles: 2d4 + 3 ⇒ (3, 4) + 3 = 10

"If we can bunch them up, I can turn them to ash..."

Tyriel drops his banner, drawing on his bow.

Letting an arrow fly at the creature Sid was charging.

Bow Atk: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
Dmg: 1d8 ⇒ 3

Tyriel pacing stops as he watches the others man-handle the door with gusto.

Hold the banner over his shoulders he follows the others in.

he raises a brow in Auria's direction at his comment, but remains silent.

Tryiel begins to pace, his patients growing thin. His eyes begin to narrow as he looks over the door.

"I'm willing to knock..."

Dropping his banner by planting it into the ground, Tyriel snags his bow, latches an arrow and let's it fly toward Humanoid 3.

Bow: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11

...But the arrows flies off into the oasis. Not his best attack, to be sure.

Considering that Eldon can likely handle himself engaged with Humanoid 1, Tyriel fires another volley of Magic Missiles at Humanoid 2. Thus allowing the others to assault and catch up (if needed) Humanoid 3.

Magic Missiles: 2d4 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (1, 4) + 2 + 1 = 8

"Agreed..."

Tyriel slides behind a rock, peering around it as he thrusts a hand outward... Two arcane bolts of red energy fly through the air at Humanoid 1.

Magic Missile: 2d4 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (3, 3) + 2 + 1 = 9

The elf dashes to another near by set of rocks, taking cover as he slowly closes distance. double move

Tyriel takes a place against the shade of some boulders to their North west. He eyes the small oasis from his location with a bit off a shrug and scoff.

"Let's simply be quick..."

"Sure."

Tyriel nods toward the magus looking about their surroundings.

"Hopefully they could be flame resistant."

Tyriel follows after the Sylph with a silent nod. He ponders on his own...
