Re: Tabrid Minor Protectorate Status
After investigating the archaeological site, I believe that Tabrid Minor should be granted protectorate status, pending acceptance of several conditions. We have uncovered evidence of government obfuscation of their history, something that should be rectified, should they gain protectorate status. Additionally, their world stands in danger of ecological collapse. In this regard, I believe they would benefit quite a bit from gaining access to Pact Worlds technology, techniques, and the Pact Worlds food marketplace. A commitment to doing what is necessary to secure their ecological stability should be set as a condition for protectorate status as well. I believe both of these conditions would be to the benefit of Copaxi society, as well. Our contact with Copaxi society, Therseis, would make an excellent liaison between the Copaxi government and the Pact Worlds.

Seeing how much more effective Y2K and Trashbot were than his measly energy ray, Teisu decides to boost someone else's attack instead. Being closer to Y2K, he ducks in behind his ally to gain some cover and touches the android's weapon, charging it with mystical power for its next attack.
