Should I be earning Paizo Plus points on purchases made by subscription? I'm only seeing one purchase since the switchover earned points. It may be that all is as it should, but I believe adding order numbers and an invoice link to the point history would bring needed clarity.

When making a purchase, I'm not given an option to have items shipped with my upcoming subscriptions. This has resulted in me still waiting for an order I made from Dec 2 to even be fulfilled. Order #305640 was delayed because there were not enough pint glasses to fill it. No effort was made to address this until I called on Dec 9. At that time, the order was cancelled by customer service and recreated as order #309510. As of today, Dec 15, it is still awaiting fulfillment. I'm trying to order some more items, and again I'm not being offered the option to have it shipped with my upcoming subscriptions. How is the store allowing orders for inventory that is not available? How is the store notifying staff of these discrepancies? What is the process meant to be to address these discrepancies? What is the criteria for having single purchase items shipped with subscriptions?

"Purchasing" society pdfs with gold has been a negative process. Going from an automated experience, which is why I subscribe, to a manual "purchase" limited to the number of pdfs I can fit under "$20" while guaranteeing that I see how much "money" is "lost" with every repetition has proven to be a wholly unsatisfying and even frustrating experience. I had my reservations when reading the blog post introducing this change, but experiencing it has fallen short of my lowest expectations.

On both the blog post and FAQ for Subscriptions, one is directed to scour the individual Subscription listings for discount information. Subscriptions do not, in fact, mention applicable discount information. Additionally, will we be getting a means to actually see what subscription lines we have? Hunting and pecking from a timeline is inadequate.

Paizo Plus gold calculation is off. When the site went live, I had 40 gold: * 25 for joining the party
After the gold update for past purchases, I am now short the 40 gold. In my case, the math looks like this: Total spent: 4196.61 Expert = 250*1 = 250
Total points = 250 + 937.5 + 4794.915 = 5982.415 5982 points is my current gold amount.

After the site switch over, I re-added the missing subscriptions. Now, I can see my subscriptions have been charged and waiting for fulfillment at the expected 15% discount, so that's good. However, now I'm not showing any subscriptions. The subscriptions tab states "You currently have no active subscriptions." Should I and others having the same issue re-add all my subscriptions a second time? Is this a known issue that is being addressed?

Why does the Polytool, "a small metal rod" akin to a multi-tool, weigh in at a full 1 Bulk? How does that make sense? If that blade is sword sized, those aren't pliers next to it so much as they are massive bolt cutters. It just seems like this should be L, not 1 Bulk. |
