Paizo Customer Service will reach out to affected customers with more details about their orders—other products in the order will ship now, with Pathfinder Dark Archive (Remastered) shipping later at no cost to the customer. Alternatively, affected customers will have the opportunity to request a refund on their order.

Thank you for this clarification. Knowing the corrective action up front is a much needed salve.

Should I be earning Paizo Plus points on purchases made by subscription? I'm only seeing one purchase since the switchover earned points. It may be that all is as it should, but I believe adding order numbers and an invoice link to the point history would bring needed clarity.

It's now been 17 days and my order is still waiting to be fulfilled. No customer service rep has reached out to explain. I've submitted another ticket asking for this to be shipped with my subscription since it's been 3 weeks and these were meant to be gifts next week.

How is the store allowing orders for inventory that is not available?

How is the store notifying staff of these discrepancies?

What is the process meant to be to address these discrepancies?

What is the criteria for having single purchase items shipped with subscriptions?

"Purchasing" society pdfs with gold has been a negative process.

Going from an automated experience, which is why I subscribe, to a manual "purchase" limited to the number of pdfs I can fit under "$20" while guaranteeing that I see how much "money" is "lost" with every repetition has proven to be a wholly unsatisfying and even frustrating experience.

I had my reservations when reading the blog post introducing this change, but experiencing it has fallen short of my lowest expectations.

Starfinder first edition adventure paths do not have descriptions nor links to the associated Player's Guides.

Please add Paizo Plus gold redemption values greater than $20. Perhaps $50 and $70 options.

When the site is functioning properly, I would suggest a sale to capture those who were turned away by the site's current state.

Please return the identifier that showed when an item would be included with a subscription.

This is necessary for your subscription customers to know what items not to pre-order.

I miss the old shirt designs, particularly the faux-drink ones. I bought all I could and they're starting to fade.

Can we get the old designs added to the Amazon on-demand offerings? The paltry offering currently available needs a refresh.

On both the blog post and FAQ for Subscriptions, one is directed to scour the individual Subscription listings for discount information.

Subscriptions do not, in fact, mention applicable discount information.

Additionally, will we be getting a means to actually see what subscription lines we have? Hunting and pecking from a timeline is inadequate.

When will our December subscription orders be fulfilled? I'm still showing "Awaiting fulfillment" from 24NOV.

Paizo Plus gold calculation is off.

When the site went live, I had 40 gold:

* 25 for joining the party
* 5 for Bluesky
* 5 for Twitch
* 5 for Youtube

After the gold update for past purchases, I am now short the 40 gold. In my case, the math looks like this:

Total spent: 4196.61

Expert = 250*1 = 250
Master = 750*1.25 = 937.5
Legendary = Total Spent - (Expert 250 + Master 750) = 3196.61*1.5 = 4794.915

Total points = 250 + 937.5 + 4794.915 = 5982.415

5982 points is my current gold amount.
6022 points is what my gold amount should be with my initial 40 gold added.

Subscription Manager should have a list of active subscriptions at the top.

Can you verify again? When I log in and look at your Subscription Manager I see a number of subscriptions.

I opened a ticket on June 30 regarding this issue.

I am unable to make purchases. Seemingly, this is due to the site recently failing to recognize my military FPO, AP address as legit.

Please advise.

I took a look and there were some items that were causing problems with the order. It was 4 of the faction pins (Dark Archive, Exchange, Liberty's Edge, and Silver Crusade). I had to cancel them to get the order fixed. I have asked the webstore team to look into them and help figure out what is wrong with them. In the meantime do you want me to get the rest of the order out the door and send them later, wait until they're ready to go and send it all together, or get the rest out the door and leave those cancelled?

I do still want the pins, but I do not want to hold up the rest of the order waiting on them. Please send the rest of my order now. When the glitch with the pins is sorted, we can sidecart them for next month.

My order 36608358 (primarily consisting of order 36619794) has, for lack of a better word, dissapeared. Is this a glitch or byproduct of prepping it for shipping?

Why does the Polytool, "a small metal rod" akin to a multi-tool, weigh in at a full 1 Bulk? How does that make sense?

If that blade is sword sized, those aren't pliers next to it so much as they are massive bolt cutters.

It just seems like this should be L, not 1 Bulk.
