Hi Blazinganima,

I'm sorry for any confusion with that. It looks like the goblins in the system may be getting confused about how much store credit to use.

I've moved these items to a new order and reapplied the store credit, so help reset things. You should get an updated order confirmation email for that soon (order #5383746). Hopefully that will go much more smoothly the next time the warehouse generates a batch of packing lists.

Hi All!

We don't normally work on the weekends, but the 3 CS reps who stayed behind have been in to help with back end booth support for Gen Con, and try to wrangle some of the influx of emails and posts from everything going on right now.

That said, the inbox is filling up much more quickly than we can defeat it.

We will do our best to get everyone taken care of as quickly and as well as we can, but that will take some time.

We hope our party will be back to full strength sometime next week, after people start trickling back in from Gen Con.

Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated!

Due to limited staffing resources, and the need to provide back up support for the Gen Con Booth, the customer service phones lines will be closing at 12:30pm PST on Friday, August 3rd.

I'm revising my statement from yesterday, as the Gen Con booth is needing more support from our end than anticipated. Our phone lines will be closed today and tomorrow. We'll check voicemails as soon as we have some breathing room to do so.

Phone hours should resume as normal on Monday, August 6th.

Subscription update: We just got word from the warehouse that they have finished up subscription shipments! (Or, at least everything that was shippable as of this morning).

If you haven't gotten your subscription shipping notification yet (and are not sure why) please let us know in a new thread or an email.

Did you change the card on the My Subscriptions page, or just add it on the My Payment methods page?

I'm trying to make sure the order is set to use the new card, but it looks like the same card is still set as the preferred card on your My Subscriptions page.

I'd recommend giving things at least a few business days after the 2nd, as packages can get delayed for so many different reasons. If it hasn't shown up, we'll see what we can find about what's going on, and then go from there to figure out the best resolution.
