Unable to change payment method on an order where the card expired

Hey guys,

I've added a new payment card but now I've gotten a second declined notice from you about the old card.

Paizo Order # 4783145 Will Be Canceled Soon

When I hit the change button on the order the screen refreshes but nothing changes. I don't wanna miss out on the Beta pre-orders. I've replied to the emails but gotten no responses...

Can someone PLEASE help?!?!


Pathfinder Starfinder Roleplaying Game Subscriber

When I kept putting in my new card info I kept getting card declined for my subscription order. I called in to the customer service number and they where able to run the card that I updated in seconds. So I suggest giving the number a call today.


I'm having the exact same problem (Order #4793047). It's frustrating.

I've emailed them twice about it. Their payment process has been declining my card since Friday.

It looks like Diego responded to your email earlier today and we have since been able to successfully charge the order.
