Hi guys! Posting it on all my pbps.
Our offshore team at work is very affected by the pandemic at the moment and with the fiscal year approaching to an end, our reduced capacity is terribly affecting my time. For the next several weeks it will likely impact me in such way that I simply won't be able to keep up with the forums, things normalizing only as we start approaching mid June.
For the games where I play, GMs please feel free to bot the characters. If you don't desire to bot me for so long, I completely understand, apologize for the late notice and wish you all the best of fun. If you hold me around, though, I should be back after this storm.
For the games where I host, my sincerest apologies to the players - I won't let you hanging so if you stick around until my return we will give it continuation as normal. Otherwise, please message me and once I'm back I'll recruit replacements.
To everybody, I'm sorry for the late notice and I hope we will continue playing together once I'm back!
Cheers,
Archlich

It's likely more credible if you say you barely managed to do so, and that you need help to heal the barely conscious warden as you are both very hurt. - says the cleric of Norgorber, not really too confident on the coward's deception skills.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Seltyiel just keeps his silence, considering the options being discussed. With the items they had been finding, this escape was actually starting to sound profitable, which isn't something he'd ever expect. However, he realizes that being surrounded by criminals doesn't really give him promising expectations.

Preparing my spells would be good too, but all the waiting around seems very out of character for Seltyiel, to be honest :$

Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Seltyiel picks up his holy symbol and smiles in a sinister, unsubtle manner; as he hangs it back on his neck, he looks at both his claws - and for a moment they seem to smoke, as if about to catch fire.
Oh, this is so... So much better! - says the "tiefling" - Nothing of this is natural, though. I never saw this kind of effect suppressing ones' abilities, and random spells reactivating them. There are powers at work here beyond the capabilities of these mitrans.
He stops gesturing.
That's a conversation for later, then. When Morthos and Demian get back, we should press on. I feel stuck again on this building, and they're likely surrounding it already if we were noticed. Guards or dogs aside, we can't afford more than some minutes at this point. Is any of you hurt? - completes the cleric, trying to assess by himself.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
That's gotta be where my belongings are, as well. - says Seltyiel towards Sarela, as the guard responds her - However, I was the target of a spell too, and my powers weren't returned to me. Maybe because my mind was able to resist it?
The living painting thinks about his holy symbol, particularly. Weapons are nice and he never found much use on metal armory, but he misses the blessings of Norgorber upon its clergy.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Seltyiel moves trying to reach the guard going for the stairs. As he reaches the man, he tries to trip him.
Trip: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23
If he's not able to reach him to attack, then please assume he double moves to end his turn close to the enemy, and uses an AoO - if the guard tries to move - to trip him. Seltyiel doesn't have Improved Trip, so the attempt above will provoke an AoO as well.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Seltyiel does a small step ahead and tries to attack the closest guard with both his claws.
Attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (1) + 7 - 1 = 7
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 1 + 2 = 5
Attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (5) + 7 - 1 = 11
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 2 = 6
Unfortunately his attacks come out absolutely directionless.

Seltyiel swings both his claws against the guard by him.
Attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (17) + 7 - 1 = 23 PA
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 2 = 7

Reflex: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
Seltyiel reflexes again don't fail him, and he double moves to the door to help with the guards.

The construct is able to somehow avoid the worse of the flaming sphere, and insists on attacking with his claws.

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28 Tumble
Seltyiel moves carefully, trying to again reach a position to flank the enemy - and then he attacks with a single claw.
Attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 7 - 1 + 2 = 17 PA, Flank

I am in agreement that it serves us no purpose and is just a waste of time and resources. Whatever instincts you might have, we need to be actually more cerebral than edgy. - says Seltyiel, stoic - I have nothing to prove and couldn’t care less what other future plans you have, or what you did in your past life. We have a fragile alliance born of the mutual need to get out of this place. Anything else you want to do - just stay out of my, or maybe I should say ours, way.
The cleric doesn’t actually breath or show emotions - so his entire speech is a combination of practicality and urgency.
And of course, keep your orders to yourself. We’re all here in an unlikely balance, a sort of unfair equality, and such is needed for us to be free. We already have our plan, and everything else is just unnecessarily distracting babbling.

That's the plan in my mind. - says Seltyiel, pointing to the guard uniforms - However, I think we can still use these, regardless. If we come to a point where we will have to use discretion forward, being properly dressed will give us a certain edge.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Yeah, this isn't gameplay! Please disregard any rolls here... This was mostly me thinking out loud and imagining what would work (hence, "we should be good to go for it"). That's also why I still think we shouldn't go with the original jumping plan thing - I don't think I'd be able to roll like that when we truly need.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Yes, I am all in favor of using the ropes to climb...
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 22
Climb: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
... And assuming someone could throw me the rope, we should be good to go for it.
Of course, we could still be dressed as guards nevertheless.
EDIT: I guess with these rolls I could make the original jumping plan too, but there was no way to know how good I'd roll without trying, and knowing myself I'd probably end up dead after falling some times :P

As he climbed down, Seltyiel reported everything he saw. The guards were very much prepared for them - and the construct wasn't looking forward into being pinned by arrows.
We can carry these two cooks with us, gagged and dressed as prisoners. They will know better not to do anything suspicious... As they'd be the first to be pierced into piles of blood.
The idea of dressing as guards was the best going around, even if not perfect.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Hm. - Seltyiel grunted thwarted, but finally decided to climb back up the chimney to inspect. The smokes didn't disturb him, so he just took the time to go over the rope he left hanging. At the end of the day, he had to trust these people no matter what... And the idea of assessing the prison from the vantage point was genuinely good.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
You’re right! It won’t scale well, though, so I’ll definitely depend on finding defensive gear at some point. :)

Shifter - I can’t use metal. It’s like druids.

Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
@GM: I didn't even think about gear for Seltyiel! Lol. He can't use metal armor or shields, so it seems nothing is really suited for him. He can only use simple weapons and a handful of others, and Norgorber's weapon is a short sword. If there was anything with him when he was captured, it would be some sort of animal hide or leather armor, wooden shield, and maybe a sickle and some sort of simple ranged weapon. Certainly, however, he'd have his unholy symbol and other tools from the cleric kit.
Seltyiel looks at Demian. He wasn't really in the mood of climbing back up alone, now that hell was breaking lose. Yet... He imagined it could be their best chance to be informed. But how, how to trust these people?
You know, I might have twisted my left claw when it got stuck on this last guard's shield. I might need some time before climbing up again. - he lies, unconvincingly.
Bluff: 1d20 + 7 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 7 + 4 = 12
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Seltyiel doesn't much care for Barnabas request for him to climb back to the roof, and just proceeds back to the kitchen. He would keep an eye the entire time on the group - and right now, didn't really want to risk being left behind.
As the servants talk about the barracks and the Warden's tower, he makes a movement to speak - but immediately holds his silence as Sarela asks a new question.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
With one of the guards still up, Seltyiel does a sidestep and attacks him with his claws.
Attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (2) + 7 - 1 = 8 PA
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 1 + 3 = 5
Attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (3) + 7 - 1 = 9 PA
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 1 + 3 = 6
He curses as he sees both claws being ineffecive. At the end of the day, though, he isn't truly murderous - just really doesn't care if he's leaving a trail of blood as their escape plan evolves.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Now finally closer to the guards, Seltyiel attacks Gerrin with both his claws, trying to help put the man down.
Attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (14) + 7 - 1 = 20 PA
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 1 + 3 = 6
Attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (10) + 7 - 1 = 16 PA

I am wasting all my good rolls on these pansy d4 claw attacks! :)
Seltyiel moves as fast as he can behind Barnabas - first through the doors, and once on the hall, the cleric shifter goes South towards Morthos in the Stairwell.
Assuming he hears the sounds by the stairwell, he's double moving - if the door to the stairwell is closed, he will stop his movement by it to open next round. If he can't hear the sounds of the stairwell, he will instead go towards Sarela.

Attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (19) + 7 - 1 = 25 PA, AoO
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 3 = 8
Seltyiel takes his attack of opportunity, and the painted tiefling claw cut the man with violence before he could open the door. He then moves to the closest enemy by Barnabas to help.
Attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (20) + 7 - 1 = 26 PA
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 3 = 8
Confirm?: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (16) + 7 - 1 = 22 PA
Extra Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 3 = 8
With an insanely violent new movement, the Trompe L'Oeil critically wounds the enemy and smiles with the conviction of who's happy with the job.
Man, look at these d4s! Of course, if I was rolling d8s or d10s for damage I'd probably be rolling 1s and 2s, but these d4s are rocking!

Seltyiel takes his opportunity as the guard goes for the weapon.
Claw: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (13) + 7 - 1 = 19 PA, AoO
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 3 = 8
If the enemy goes down, he will 5-foot-step towards the one closer to the door.
He then continues to attack with his claws. In his core, he was starting to enjoy the company of these other outlaws - it was good to be fighting alongside Barnabas, for instance, as they both seemed to favor a certain flavor of subtlety followed by incommensurable violence.
Claw: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (11) + 7 - 1 = 17 PA
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 3 = 8
Claw: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (17) + 7 - 1 = 23 PA

Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
The fiendish vessel moves to the closest enemy and swipes at him with one of his claws.
Attack: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (14) + 7 - 1 = 20 PA
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 2 = 6
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Seltyiel does a single move in the room towards the guards, immediately assuming a total defense position as he ends his movement.
Total defense as a standard for AC+4. I can't reach them this turn

Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Seltyiel lets the woman go back to crawl with the other servant. He squats and points at her with his bloodied claw.
Believe me, I take no pleasure in hurting you, but at the same time I won't let any of you disrupt our plans. Behave, cooperate, and you might not meet my claws again.
While he doesn't really care for anyone's life other than his own artificial one - and while he doesn't care about respecting agreements either, being a consummate liar by definition - the cleric of Norgorber is not a psychopath. He kills without remorse, but takes no pleasure in it either. It's like he simply doesn't care either way.
Where are the others? We got to move! - says the tiefling-looking tridimensional painting, standing and turning to Sarela and Barnabas. He is now a lot more visible - clawed hands, small horns, and a swinging devilish tail. To anyone that knows Solomon Tyrath - he looks like him, but younger, imperfect, and obviously made to look like an asura from Hell.
He moves to the cooking pans to check what's in there, but keeps his ears well open to outside as he waits for answers.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12 Do we hear the guards?
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Beating her in initiative, Seltyiel does a sidestep to get closer to the woman and the door. Trying to be precise, he swings his claws to trip her.
CMB (Trip): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19 If she has a weapon or can attack, he is provoking an AoO
Attack (Claw 2): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22 If the first attack didn't trip her, please replace this damaging attack with another trip attempt
Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Don't kill him! He's not doing anything to us! I will deal with her. She's probably just scared... I'm sure she will come to her senses! - says Seltyiel, not too loudly, trying to keep the farce.

Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Oh well., thinks the construct, It seems Norgorber wants to give me some challenges today...
The cleric moves between the two doors (diagonal square NW of the East one) and latches the East one. He speaks as he does it.
Thanks for pulling me out, guys. No, no, wait! No need to cut their necks! No bloodshed, they're just servants! No need to kill anyone, they will behave! - he lies to his teeth, pretending to be speaking to invisible companions; his eyes then turn to the servants - You will behave, right? Please, please, don't make a sound. It's not worth dying for it! I might even slide you some coins for your trouble, and we will all be out of your hair in a second.
Bluff: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17 Will use my reroll of 12 now to make it a 23, if allowed - the dice seems to still hate us
He finishes gesturing with his arms open, as if they were surrounded by invisible people. Seltyiel is as evil as they come and couldn't care less for the servants - but will keep lying to try to gain time. He doesn't plan to honor any part of what he just said.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
I should have remembered the reroll :/ sorry guys. I’ll have another post by the morning when I’m back to my computer.
1d20 ⇒ 12
Oh, look at that, better than a fricking 3! Heh
Did the team hear me? Can they act too?
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Trying to buy some time for you guys to reach me... He already saw me, so I might as well try to work the situation. :$
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Seltyiel pretends to cough, and uses the smoke to hide himself the best he can.
Bluff: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14 - as he lies to his teeth.
H... Help. Please... The prisoners... - he says, interrupting to cough, carefully trying to control his tone in such way that the servants and his companions on top of the chimney hear him, but not anyone outside the room - Please, you two servants, pull me out! Quick! We don't have much time!
He emphasizes the "two servants", trying to give as much information to his team as he can; maybe he can still salvage this situation somehow.

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23
Seltyiel climbs down and inspects the overall kitchen. Two servants..., he thinks, Easy prey. But they will certainly yell to alert the guards. I can't deal with them and at the same time the guards!
Can Seltyiel see keys at the door or doors? Can I sneak on their back and lock it or them? If not, Seltyiel will go back up and relay the details.
Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
Yes, that's what I wanted to do, hence why I went for the chimney with the rope. I don't need to breath, so it's simple for my character to guide the way there. As for Grumblejack, just unleash him and let him distract the guards... I don't think we need to keep trying to control his actions.

Male Trompe L'Oeil Tiefling Cleric (Fiendish Vessel) 2 / Shifter (Elementalist) 2 | HP 24/24 | AC 20 TO 18 FF 15 | F +5 R +8 W +6 (+1 vs. divine) | CMD 21 | Init +7 | Perc +7 DV LLV | Construct Traits | Cold 5 Elec 5 Fire 5 | Channel 5/5 | Copycat 6/6 | Aspect 5/5 | Touch of Evil 6/6
I don't think I actually bought any kind of gear, to be honest, as I knew we'd start in jail. But boy, wouldn't a holy symbol and spell components help :P Regardless, if I can get at least my shifter stuff this will be already a plus.
Seltyiel doesn't speak much, but absorbs everything being said. He's just some animated ink, but through his unholy birth he got a natural will for deception and destruction and - maybe in a twisted way - misses his best abilities to do so, and finding this warden seemed to be a solution for it.
Internally, he didn't really much care for the guard and whatever shed of honor to agreement people seemed to be shown. For him, the ogre could do whatever he'd like to and he wouldn't really bat an eye. For a moment he considered if there were no other useful information to take from the guard.

Seltyiel keeps swinging his claws, somewhat happy to see they drawing blood.

There's only one spell that we truly don't use in my in-person games: This bad boy, reminiscent from 3.5 with another name people might know... Mordenkainen - we have an unspoken agreement that players or GMs simply avoid it. If you guys played 3.5, you probably know of the horror stories around it, and I saw too many of them happen with my own eyes - and sheets :'(

I have no issues at all with save or suck. Even if they render a certain encounter trivial, there will be others where they simply don't work and I'm fine with it. My character has nothing of the sorts, but I have no issues if other characters in the party are more powerful or suited for certain encounters and can end them quickly. I don't see this kind of competition between the characters and I'm sure the GM can tailor certain encounters to give everybody their day in the sun.

Rolling 1d4+1 for damage in a x2 weapon, I'd rather keep hitting until they go down than trying a coup de grace. In top of it, pinned isn't a valid status for coup de grace unless you have certain feats; he would have to be bound (tied while pinned) to qualify for it. Pinned isn't helpless neither paralyzed.
