Ree has no training in any of these skills, so when the scream is heard she just kips up, rapier already flying out of its sheath and in her hand as she moves into a defensive posture.

Ree hasn't really gotten a handle on how best she can approach Stunvolk, but she agrees with a more stealthy crossing of open territory as being the smartest play they could make as a group.

Ree stays relatively silent but helps out getting ready for the voyage, giving Stunvolk lots of smiles and compliments while trying to get a gauge of him. sorry for posting late crazy last couple of days

Ree nods in Sothkoro's direction, idly hooking her thumbs in her belt as she leans back against a nearby wall or support in thought. A young woman with bronze skin and red hair that is so fiery it almost seems to lift with heat off of her skin when she moves arrives a little later than the others looking slightly unwell. She wears light armor and has a pair of rapiers and a few other small weapons about her but nothing even remotely close to being considered heavily armed. If you traveled with her on the boat from Absalom you'd know that she was violently sea sick multiple times during the trip, having cursed out loud several times...

You get the sense she'd be more bubbly and fiery if it wasn't for their proximity to the ocean as she nods to all of you. "Ree Soiel at your service...well at least as long as the society continues to pay my bills at least." She tries a semi-seductive wink to the party members but ends up sneezing in the middle of it then muttering something about "...I swear I'm allergic to the damn ocean."

She'll also see if anyone introduces themselves as being able to use cure wands and she'll ask them really nicely if they could hold onto hers (cure light wounds wand with 44 charges remaining)

special note, unusual feat: Ree just got the Weapon Trick feat for one-handed weapons. At her current level it means anyone who misses her AC by 5 or more provokes an AoO, which she'll totally take advantage of whenever she can since she has 5 AoOs per round. Ree crumples then her potion lets her float silently to the ground. Not much fanfare possible when she's taken down that way.

...but somehow laying down in the sands seems to stifle the blood flow.

Yep, I have to beat the attack roll to parry/riposte and the 5' move is just fine ty! :)

Ree curses as her blade skates off her attacker's weapon but then reacts just in time to avoid getting crushed by Helkit! She slips 5' forward to threaten both, but focuses on the big lady!

Ree snarls a bit as she's struck, but she keeps herself focused for now. She adjusts five feet diagonally up and to the side between Dylph and the one he shot, stabbing with her rapier!

Ree rubs her eyes intentionally comedicly and exclaims loudly "Wait, that's her? I expected a sniveling thieving coward to look tougher than, well... that!" She waves her hand in Helkit's general direction with a dismissive wave.

"Also, really, silver slayers? Aiming for second place is so depressing...but I guess you have to be true to yourself, right?"

Ree will run around behind where the spellcaster was (if she passes through his square I think he gets to choose whether to take an aoo or not?) and then will try and attack with her rapier!

Ree will run to the back of the boat while using a spring-loaded wrist sheath to drop a dagger into her hand, which she'll throw at the fleeing bird!

10 foot range incriments so -1 at 20ft -2 at 30ft etc.
Damage!: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7

Whether or not it hits, the dagger probably hits the water making the fiery lady sigh and mutter, "...I *really* hate the water."

Ree comes out from around the corner to get an idea where the enemy's boat is, then continues to swear as they're still too far away for her to jump the distance...and she is not going in the water especially with a crocodile there.

She will total defense as a standard action her AC is now 26 this round to give the pirates something else to shoot at and to try and take the pressure off her teammates who can shoot back!

"Bastards! Hey gang I'm only really impressive fighting up close and personal, so either let me know when they get close enough for an acrobatic jump across the water or if anyone wants to join me chugging a potion of fly to take the fight to them!"

To Demeliah she gives a wink and a grin. "Just get us close enough for blades and you might be winning yourself an extra boat! ...that's how it works, right? They attack you, lose, and you get their boat?"

I second the question about a map? That will help me tons figure out what I'm doing in combat.

Ree has no ranged options unless she drinks a potion and flies off leaving her companions behind so she'll hold until she can figure out timing and maybe jumping to the other boat to fight them with her sword.

A young woman with bronze skin and red hair that is so fiery it almost seems to lift with heat off of her skin when she moves arrives very late. She wears light armor and has a rapier and a few other weapons about her but nothing even remotely close to being considered "heavy". After catching part of that briefing, she mutters a bit under her breath...
