Parrym opens the "secret" door, and, her eyes on Amiri, she invokes Ketephys and casts Shield Other.
The rings on the fingers of Amiri and Parrym glow, and a Divine Link is created.
Amiri feels an aura of protection around her.

Amiri: you have +1 deflection bonus to AC ; and +1 resistance bonus to all your saves (this does not count if you already have this type of bonus in one or the other case).
GM of the cool hat: so long as we are withing 45 ft, Parrym takes 50% of the hit point damage Amiri takes (it is split 50/50). HP dam' but not Con' drain etc.

Parrym will move (last move from round) to where the coup de grâce was just performed, and then if I am correct in have read that we know about this door Parrym opens the secret door, and then moves down the corridor.
At the end, there is no door right now, correct?

I do not want to remove your white squares hiding things.
What Parrym's action were was:
• having Parrym open the door to her left
• then, depending on what is inside-- have Meneldor move across, and have Parrym open another door on the opposite side if it goes through

If the door opens, and there is no lunatic attacking her, Parrym still can have Meneldor move through the room, and then Parrym can open the next door

(the main goal is to have Meneldor enter the room and then for Parrym to open the other door-- but who knows what's in there?

GM's call of course, but, normally I think not, you have to move to face the door, and then move through (corners block Sneak Attacks etc. ; they give Cover etc.)

Is this old man giving us the finger? Parrym asks herself, grumbling and somewhat upset that the Beast turned out to be so weak as to have her waste the second summoning of an Elemental.

I had the Elemental do it's full round of actions:
• move to the door
• move to open the door
Meaning that I imagined the beast would then act and it would be the GM's turn
(If the Elemental was actually summoned right in front of the door, it could get 1 Slam attack vs. the Beast, but I do not think that was the configuration, in case here is a roll:

Slam: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 111d6 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12

Parrym's call to Ketephys to send a Herald of the Hunt finishes, and a small Earth Elemental appears out of the shimmering air, stepping across the portal that was created for a few seconds, linking the Material Plane to that of the Earth.
The Elemental is a hulking, roughly humanoid, creature of dirt and stone, faceless save for two glowing gemstone eyes.

Parrym calls out in Terran, obviously ordering the Elemental to open the door.
The Elemental moves up to the door and opens it.

Parrym could cast Summon Monster II and invoke an Augmented Small Earth Elemental to either open the door if it can ; or to Earth Glide through the floor or wall into the prison and attack the tentacled monster, making so that we can open the door

If the others agree, Parrym starts incanting.

Seeing Amiri wipe out half the opposing force in one blow and another being bludgeoned by Narayan, Parrym waits where the corridors cross, keeping an eye out so they are not boxed in or attacked from behind.

Tomorrow morning I'm off to Austria. Will be working a few days outside Vienna, and then moving to Vienna for a couple nights.
Should have Internet all the time, and be able to post twice a day, but, since I'm travelling for a week you never know what might wrong: in case I disappear that'd be the explanation.

Coming along behind on Meneldor, Parrym will cast Guidance upon Amiri before key moments, such as opening a door, or going down to a landing, trying to keep the blessing of Ketephys on the Barbarian, but mainly wanting to show that Amiri is not alone and that the group shares her burden, even if she is the tip of the sword.

Guided by Parrym, Meneldor flies into the room, and hovers behind Amiri, flapping its wings in this crazy house.
Parrym leans over and calls upon Ketephys, Lord of the Hunt, to give the Barbarian lass Guidance in her moves.

Amiri: within the next 10 rounds you have a +1 Competence bonus on a single attack roll, saving throw, or skill check. You must choose to use the bonus before making the roll.

Actions:
• Meneldor does less than 1/2 his move (but DC 10 to do so and he has +12 Fly) and then he will hover in place (DC 15)
Fly DC15: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (14) + 12 = 26
• Parrym casts Guidance and touches Amiri

I am not sure, but is Augury not to see whether an action bears good or bad results (rather than answering a question)? And is not a short term thing - like 1 hour into the future or so?
