In Tengu: He looks over to the others and motions them to come over. "I'm good with a blade, but not too bright on binding wounds and such. Any of you know how?"
"Blasted crazy bastard..." Silently, he vows to pluck out Plugg's eyes...

AC 17 T 14 FF 13 HP 9 (1d8 [+1 FC] ) Fort 0 Ref 5 Will 0 Init +3 Perc +6 Well, we've learned he talked almost all about himself at least once to Rosie. He seems to be full of himself in the idea that he's a proper pirate. Maybe play that up. Tell him that a proper pirate wouldn't put up with Plugg and his gang. That women respect men who stand up to men who aren't really pirates, implying Plugg isn't one. Make him right proper mad that he may not be getting the respect he feels he deserves. Feed his ego n_n

AC 17 T 14 FF 13 HP 9 (1d8 [+1 FC] ) Fort 0 Ref 5 Will 0 Init +3 Perc +6 Nicpic listens to Jack intently. "Agreed. And take it from one who just can't seem to get a lick of luck around here. I'll try and work that Gnome lass, Giffer. She's about like us, a swab. Might be willing to help." Lifting the handaxe up, he tilts his head about at it. "Fine little dandy here. Might come in handy later..." He pockets it, trying to conceal it on his person.
Once he gets back on deck, he seeks out his gnome compatriot, Giffer. He spends a short while attempting to sway her to his side, commenting he thought that while discipline was good that torture of fellow pirates wasn't.

Nicpic looks to Sarrien and nods. "Don't want any more beasties. Hmm... Do any of you find it odd that all four of us were brought down here? Against vicious big rats?" He muses on this for a moment before he looks about. "Hmm... Maybe there is something down here?" Will take 20 is given the time, otherwise I'll roll Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23

AC 17 T 14 FF 13 HP 9 (1d8 [+1 FC] ) Fort 0 Ref 5 Will 0 Init +3 Perc +6 Sorry, a lot of stuff got hectic/crazy/screwy Monday night in my life. Sorry for missing most of the week @.@ The hard work and the occasional beating/whipping having left him dazed for some time, Nicpic has barely registered he had followed some crew mates below. But at the sight of Viviana assaulting a giant rat, he snaps to. "By Besmara's tricorn!" Looking at the one next to him upper right, he instinctively nips at it with his beak. Miss: 1d100 ⇒ 13

AC 17 T 14 FF 13 HP 9 (1d8 [+1 FC] ) Fort 0 Ref 5 Will 0 Init +3 Perc +6 @Jack: Nicpic is fine for now. He plans to ingratiate himself with the crew. Thinking he'll start with the Gnome, Conchobar. Nicpic, that evening while Rosie fiddles, approaches Conchobar. "A pretty lass, yes? Hearing that fiddle in her hands eases the days. You know, a woman who plays is also one who likes to hear how her music sounds." He tries his best to nudge the gnome towards the halfing, not physically but by giving hints. Diplomacy: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6 And I think I may have nudged a little hard... :/

After catching a few nasty vermin, he looks over at the Tiefling who is apparently talking to a... "Raven?" He steps over looking at the poor caged bird and then the witch. "You know this bird?" Being a bird person, he feels strong sympathy for the thing to be all caged up like this...

Is that what they refer to Halflings round here?" Laughing in quick little caws, he starts looking around at those assembled. "Darts? Daggers? Any truly good games around here?" He then caws loudly before speaking again. "Nicpic Whitefeather, son of Daba Screechbeak and Highroost of Hightides."

"Thank you, friend... You have my arm, what that's worth here..." Weak, hurt both physically and emotionally, thoughts begin to go through his mind. This Plugg will learn to fear the name Whitefeather... He looks around, seeing the fellows who had been with him that morning. He shakes his head, slumping down...

Hey, if your going to be press-ganged, might as well find something relatively decent to do. He looks about, trying to find something that he may be decent at. Cooking? Not sure they'd like my food. Spoiler:
AC 17 T 14 FF 13 HP 9 (1d8 [+1 FC] ) Fort 0 Ref 5 Will 0 Init +3 Perc +6 With a pounding headache like none he'd ever had (this month), Nicpic lets out a loud groan. Cursing in Tengu under his breath, swearing never to drink like that again, he looks blearily at the man before him.
The Formidably Maid: With the sun setting and his 'cousins' having been given a few coins from his recent job, Nicpic makes his ways through his hometown's streets. He felt like getting a little 'wet', and with a sigh (that sounded a little like a caw), he rounds the corner to a dingy little tavern. "The Formidably Maid? How long has it been?" He had been there before, but a bar fight had sort of ruined that night for him. But shrugging and wanting a little grog before sunup, he makes his way in.
The place is fairly busy, but he soon settles in at a side table. A pint in, he remembers the other reason he had left the place. Bad booze. At least it's cheap. Wow! Unlike her! He rises and approaches the beautiful Tengu, clad in leathers and a tricorn atop her head. "Never seen you round these parts. Must be new in port. Name's Nicpic." His head jerks slightly about before a twinkle appears in his eyes. "Mind if I buy you a drink?" The gorgeous Tengu looks him over, a look that can only be described as a smile appearing on her. "Sure thing, sailor. Name's Aikio. So, how long have you been in Port Peril?" The night went on and on, rounds of drinks being ordered by Nicpic as he tries to woo the lady with tales of heroism (that he may have even been a part of). And slowly his senses dim, his eyesight blurs, and the last thing he remembers is a sharp pain from the back of his head as all goes black... |
