Hia, Nico Bolas here :)
I was one of the original players in the last Lords of Creation game, I was the Lord of Dragons, Scalykind, Authority and Rulership, and I set out to populate the world with reptiles and dragons.
I was basically a big, regal Dragon King :)

But that was then, now I am not sure what I would be. One thought is to create an earth based entity. He is lord over things like earth elementals and he dwells in the earth, moving it as he passes by (think of the earth as rolling waves).
Second idea is a Lord of the forge and all created tools. Kind of a mix between prometheus and Hephaestus (the god who created Zues's thunderbolts) from greek mythology.

As for which game, I would probably prefer the clean slate Lord of Creation one, but I will wait to see what you have in store :)

And here is Nico Bolas, the Eidolon for Samos, prophet of the Dragon all finished up.
I also gave Samos the feat extra evolution, so the only thing I can think of that needs to be finished is spending 3k gold :/
Enjoy!

And here is Nico, Smaugs eidolon :)

Here is the startings of Forgeborn :)
It looks like recruitment is already closed and frankly, i dont care XD as i stated before, i intend to write a book using these characters and i am using your space to put thoughts to paper :) well, code but you get the point
Since the original idea had the character around lvl 17 i intend to do this in 3 parts; Before Asending, Transendant and The Time of Imprisonment. Before Asending details the time, stories and myths of his lifetime before ataining godhood and is mostly detailed in reverse cronological order. Transendant refers to the time he has spent since ataining godhood (and will be using elements of the Lords Of Creation campaign modified to suit my imaginative creations). The time of Imprisonment will chronical a time spent after he had been "betrayed" (spoiler alert XD) and imprisoned with all knowledge of him wiped out of the universe, why he had been betrayed and his attempt to return.
If i had actually gotten to play, it would have started here.
So without further ado!

First Story (of many):

There are many myths about the time before the Forgelord was known as such. In fact he was at one point known as Forgeborn, Dwarven Forgemaster of Stone and the tales of his time among mortals was no less legendary then his time among the divine. Here, come listen to a tale or two...

His greatest Creation
There was a single point in his history where the Forgeborn became the Forgelord and it was here that he had gained the greatest gift he never wanted. The Imortal Spark. The gift of Divinity.

Legdorn, the First Inventor God had taken notice of the Legendary Forgemaster and had been watching him and his creations for a time, watching as his minor creations had spread out far and wide. Watching as his lesser minions, even when not under direct control of the Forgemaster were equal to any greater creation of any other machinist or conjurer or crafter. Yet some of the greatest of his creations could even match the minor minions of the deities, mere mortal playthings on par with the divine! And of the greatest of these was the very suit of armor he wore, a nealy indestructable golem of brass and iron with a massive cannon for a right arm and his renouned Hammer of Force held in his left hand. His armor so closely attuned to his flesh as to be insepperatable, fused as one. Liquid metal coursing through his veins, gears and grinds responding to a thought and construct sustaining the soul.

Taking on a film of humanity, Legdorn approached the Dwarf, beseeching him to create for him a golem created of pure Adamantine, a relic fit for to do battle among the gods and aid the war in the heavens. If he would attempt such a creation, Legdorn would grant him any wish.
The Forgeborn simply asked to be taken to the heart of a planet.
Smiling, Legdorn wisked him away.

Ariving on the planet of Terrasect, a place with no sky and no sea, just earth and stone and precious metals in all directions, there sat the Forgeborn for a year and a day, neither eating nor drinking nor moving. A stone becoming one with the ground and attuning to the spirit of the earth. It was there and then that the earth told the Forgeborn of a cashe of Adamintine deep within the planet and mighty enough for the undertaking, if only the dwarf could make the journy to the planets Heart. A journy where there is no trail and where there is no up nor down nor food nor air and once there, wrest the bones of the planet free with his on hands and power.
Taking up his mighty Force Hammer, The Forgelord struck the earth and a mighty earthquake erupted from the point of impact, a fissure  few hundred feet deep into the ground. A few hundred feet of the hundreds of thousands to go. The year and a day was but a fraction of the time the Forgelord spent toiling away, just to get to his destination, the heart of the planet and decades passed as inneumerable hammerfall after hammerfall rang out. Yet the dwarf-turned metal had no need to eat nor sleep nor even breathe and time ment little to the long lived race.
Finally, after long last, the worn hammer met rock so hard that it could not crack it open, adamantine so durable that even the Force Hammer of the Forgelord had trouble shaping it, here did he find the prize he was looking for. Yet the prize was unwrought and unrefined and there were no tools in existance that were up for the task of shaping the creation he so desired. Before he could even create the golem, he needed to create the tools capable of cutting and shaping adamantine, tools capable of diverting and containing lava to heat the metal, and tools capable of creating the immense pressure required to morph and bend the rock. To create these tools he needed an entirely new and different set of equipment and forms capable of creating them.

Yet create them he did (and i will write that story later :p).
Finally ready to just begin his work, The Forgemaster started shaping his craft. But where does one begin when creating the entirety of such a creature from nothing? One must have knowledge of the workings of the entire body down to the smallest workings, the kind of knowledge only a god should posess. Yet in this he was aided by the spirit of the planet. A spirit who longed for the freedom of life and movement beyond that which was trapped within unmoving stone. And so it wispered to the Forgemaster. First shape the skeleton. Create the backbone that is to hold the entire being together, defining its form as much as limiting its essence to a singular entity. Next began the inner workings of the massive beast to be. Each gear, each spoke, each rod, pully and casing painsakingly wrought out of the earth, the most dimunitive of gears taking as much effort as the largest of plates. Of those, the largest gears, two feet in diameter providing motion for the shoulders down to the smallest of levers mere millimeters across forming the heart. An entire labrynthe of cogs, gears and springs a thousand times more complex than anything that was created before was given shape in that forge at the heart of the planet, the vicera befitting of a body sculpted for the planet itself. Next came the musclature, a latticework of interwoven pistons so miniscule as to seem like fine silk, yet capable of expanding and contracting and supporting immense weight and carrying the very bones of the mountians. Layers and layers of this were woven around the viceria of the golem, built up over and over as to create the driving force of the machine. Next came the skin. Bands of thick, dense Adamantine were woven together to create a durable yet mobile skin for the arms, the legs, the back and the chest. A skin to wrap around the head, creating cheekbones, a nose, eyelids and a furrowed brow. Creating the facial features mimicing that of a bronzed giant, the face of the perfect warrior and greatest defender.

Lastly came the hands and feet. Where as the chest was complex and the head elegant and the back and skeleton strong, the hands had to be delecate and percise, capable of manipulating a quill or turning a coin over, yet they needed the strength to lift mountians and the durability to withstand the force of impact from its own punch. He finally decided on an armored, six-fingered hand. Four digits and two thumbs on opposite sides with reinforced and durable plates covering the back of each finger and along the back of each hand.
With the golem finally complete, a form of perfect funconality and unmatched complexity.

The Forgeborn rejoiced together with his longtime friend, the spirit of the planet only to despair when he realized that no soul would be great enough to run such a mecanical form. No soul could incorporate the vastness needed to run every single gear and control each mechanism. Not even his own soul could hope to acomplish a fraction of such a task.
It was then that the sly spirit of the planet whispered into the dwarfs ear. I will go.
At first the Forgeborn refused, for to do such an act would force it to abandon its old home, the planet and risk driving his old friend insane or outright destroying the spirit. At last he relented, for it was the only spirit capable of feeling every gear as it did every stone, for moving every pulley as it did every rock in an avalanche, for feeling the vastness of that bronzed back as it did an entire planet. Only its spirit could.

At last it could be finished! The spirit of the planet pouring into the Adamantine golem, an entire planet died so that one metal body could live, so that the planet could understand movement. Flexing muscles! An entity so singular and defined that it could feel its beginnings and its ends! And a voice! It could talk!
I am Golath. The spirit of the STONE!
The first, and last, words of the now Forgelords closest friend.
For in the next moment, Legdorn, the First Inventor God came and collected his prize, wisking Golath away from the mortal plane and onto the nebulousness of the divine wars.
NO!! the shout of the Forgelord, signaling the loss of his friend, Golath, the spirit of the Stone as it heralded his assention into Godhood. The Greatest Gift he Never Wanted.

***Stone Plaque detailing the creation of the singular greatest golem, Golath, the Spirit of the Stone.
Found in the forge known as "The Forge Of Stone", in the heart of the dead planet, Terrasect.***

Hi Yidhra, Nico Bolas here ^.^
One of the original players from the lords of creation game (that i had to sadly drop out of due to personal reasons :(
Do you remember the forge god i was debating playing? Well he was a character from back in the day when i was playing 3.0 and wanted to build up.
(little known fact. Most of my characters are people that i intend to write a book about some time in the future and pathfinder just happens to be a great way to breathe life into my future creations)
Well he will be a dwarf.
First side will be a sorcerer (bedrock). The magical side of him. The creator/golem crafter. yes, a dwarf sorcerer. Not the most optimized.
The second side of him will be a fighter/armiger or something focused on melee fighting and heavy armor. A wizard wearing heavy armor. See why i couldnt do this in a normal game yet? This wouldeventually turn into the armor bonded prestige class. an integeral part of the concept is him bonding to his armor and becoming one with it. This part is probably the least negotiable part of him.
The third side would be either something skill based to round him out, paladin or gunslinger as a secondary role for him or cleric to further cement his creationist side of him.

At his core he is a dwarf tied to the earth and his massive armor who is the forgemaster creating golems to both wear and set loose on the world. Who closes in melee with his foes but has potent spellcasting (mostly focused on crafting).

Regardless on wether you choose me or not, i still intend to create him up (again, for my book) but it would be great fun to build him up through story and bring him to life :)
I will be building him up to the complexity of The Kommandar, his History and his Herald. I still have lots to do on him :) [ooc]Hes also for my story]
Now, its 3 in the morning -_- good night!

Hey, ive been out of this for a bit this last week, looking to see everything that i missed and jump back in :)
I really like the idea of compiling the world that we are creating, I think that is a great idea (and honestly, you beat me to it), so I will be working on that for sure :)

I think that the 2 rolls in a roll for death for the higher beings is a good idea, if only for "greater life" against "normal mundane life". If its 2 different groups (or individuals) of greater life fight, then it should only be 1 roll, or best out of 3 would be good.

As is, I am worried that an accidental sea creature might prematurely end the current epic :)

I am up for joining in that panthion, it would be a good fit for a god who one day wants to rule everything (its hard to be a ruler when you are not part of the "cool kids" :P)
Except i am struggling on the interaction part with the other gods. I am doing fine with the world right now, but that seems to create a writers bock.

Ohh! Dinosaurs! I like the idea of food :)
A few things i got to add, i finally figured out what the 3/7 chaos and 5/7 law thingie that Yidhra was posting meant. That is you building actions towards those domains. Note that i already have the law domain, but it is more of the laws, rules, and civil order. You having the law domain as in opposite of chaos should be fine.
That got me thinking, and here is where i intend to go as time goes on.
First i am working towards the society domain, so to that end i created the ruling class and next i intend to make a slave class, if you would be ok with the Half-Giants taking humans as slaves. I also intend to bless those slaves, they wont just be forgotten!
After that i intend to work on the monsters domain by creating more monsterous races.
At some point i intend to create the decree: The strong rule the weak or something to that effect.
Anyways, those are my plans and i figure ill get them out now so people can see them and are not surprised :)

As Kargoth set sail, riding on his magnificent ship, The Winds Call, the seas began to swell and the winds howled. The tiny ship (or fleet of ships) was tossed about like a tiny ragdoll among the wild beasts. Worse yet, among the storm a trio of sea serpents rose up and began to pound against the hull with their dorsal fins. It would be a fight for their lives amidst the high seas.
Random Encounter!: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10

Meanwhile, Joshua, the man tasked by Golath to make sure the journey ended in the Amaranthine bid his time...

i kind of let time slip by this week :p I have a god to run and a world to subujate!

im just going to edit this post till i run out of time, or energy :p

Meanwhile, Golath was a step behind. After having splintered off and creating his own faction, Golath knew that he would have to rule with an iron fist if he were to maintain his position in charge. To that end he gathered up his motley crew and chose 3 of them at random. The first 2 he slew. He claimed that they were instigators of the next rebellion, and that all who rebelled would face the same. Of the last one, he charged the crew with his death. That way everyone was responsible with carrying out justice and so the new law was created. Next Golath selected the 6 strongest and called them his household, granting them athourity over the rest and so the new ruling class was born. With the people now firmly under his control, Golath issued that they errect a great fort, to be their base of opperations and their stronghold. Only then did Golath set sail, taking 3 of his household with him and the promise that he WILL be back.

Nico Bolas watched this all unfold and was pleased. So much that he granted them a boon, he allowed them to grow in size, strength and stature. The Half-Giants were born.

Actions:

+4AP. Neww week!
1AP. Create mundane concept. The law.
1AP. Create mundane concept. The ruling class.
1AP. Create society. Half-Giants.

7AP left.

As Nico Bolas breathed life into his creations he took notice of the humans in the surrounding lands with increasing interest. Here is a race ripe for for conquest. I can bend these to my will. I will create kingdoms from these people, both those who rule and those who are ruled.
Gravitating to the greatest sense of athourity Nico Bolas found himself in the mead hall of Kargoth of the Indars. He watched them for a time. Watched as they partied and drank. He could see the secret aliances and rivaleries in their hearts and of this he took invested interest. As he watched, his gaze fell on Golath, and he saw an inner resentment towards Kargoth. Peering into his past he saw Golath, always the strong one, always the one in charge, leading a ring on men. He watched as they tormented a boy, pushed him into the lake. He watched as this boy revived, took command, stole the athourity from Golath, this small and weak boy led while the strong Golath could only watch! He saw as over time the boy grew into a great leader of men, and Golath seethed. Bact to the present, Nico Bolas whispered; remember your rage. Remember your hatred. Do what you always wanted to do. Take charge, sieze it with your strength! The strong was meant to rule. The strong was meant to rule...
With that a coup broke out that night. Golath and his men fought with Kargoth and those loyal to him. There was bloodshed. There was resentment. There was anarchy.
Anarchy. Interesting. An undesired side effect. It would have to be stamped out in time. But for now...
With neither side winning a desisive battle the two factions split, both weakened, both intent on sailing the seas and claiming their rightful place in the fabled land atop the mountian.
With this, Nico Bolas was satisfied.

Actions:

2AP. Raise Hero. Created Golath the Resentful.

6AP left.

Also, Nico Bolas hasnt had much interaction with the other gods. I think ill change that here soon.
Btw, Ol' Nico would be up for joining a pantheon if it was offered ;) wink wink

I think i will hold off on the kingmaker ability for now.
As a side note, how would you like a bit of competition?
Would you be ok with me raising up a rival? Someone who would be trying to compete to get the sword and become king? Whichever one wins, you get to keep, its your land and people, i just want to be a part of the story :)

Umm. What did Empty say? All i get is boxes and i dont feel like playing Hangman :S

No, we can allow you to affect our stuff as well if we want (and i think it would be a good idea)
To set the example, if you want to give the dragon race music and poetry, i would be glad :)
Although dont give them anything involving writing or building. They are more of a "monsterous" race in that they dont build things.

Deciding that the time was now, Nico Bolas leaned in and breathed over the land. It was not a blast of eldritch power and flame, rather a quiet breeze carrying power none the same. It settled in the caves and cracks. It also penetrated the fissures and stone of the great chasim. The tiny lizards and reptiles began to stir. Some began to elongate and their scales harden. Jaws hardening and growing more powerful. Others grew wings on their backs and sharp claws. A select few took to the seas and stone, becoming sea serpents and scaled wyrms, exerting dominance over their elements.
This filled Nico Bolas with pride but it was not enough. Exerting far greater will he raised up the greatest of these. Growing them to ten times their size he gave them power. Grand wings in his image, great durable hides that were nigh impervious to harm. With majestic claws and fang he adorned them. He gifted them with long lives and great intelegence. Nico Bolas had made his image mortal and they were his children. But even that was not enough, it was never enough! So he gave these select few children a boon. He gave them his breath of eldritch power. A gift so strong that they might display his power. Then he was satisfied, for now.

Actions:

1ap. Create monstorous life. Nico Bolas created crocodiles (strong, durable land creatures), Drakes (flying creatures with strong claws and fangs), Sea Serpents (Swimmers with strong dorsal fins and jaws) and Rock Wyrms (underground wingless, sightless, armor covered worms).

5ap. Create Legendary Life. He then created Dragons. Great beings in his own image with a temperment and lust for power to match.
3ap. Create Magical Concept. He gave the Dragons the power to breathe magical, eldritch fire. His creations finished.
9ap spent. 8 ap left.

There they are. These will be some of the creatures you may have to fight against on your journeys, for what kind of tale would it be if you had no monsters to fight?!
Ex. you want to cross the seas to get to the other side. Each ship would have to fight a Sea Serpent (+1 combat), and those that failed would be lost at sea.
The Dragons being the big exceptions :p
Skinks and salamanders coming some time in the future!

Thats exactly what i wanted to hear and i can get behind that 100% :)
That would be perfectly viable for the 3 ap exalt action.
And i like it btw :)

i ask because i am about to create a powerful race of dragons and i am going to be spending at least 8 ap to create them, more then half of my starting ap :S

on a side note, i am thinking of taking the kingmaker ability, it jives really well with the law domain. Would you guys be ok with me "promoting" some of your races indiduals? Heck, tell me which ones you want promoted and ill do the action for you then give you the reigns. Nico Bolas cares more that he creates the rulers then that they worship him (for now). I just want to be the promoter and hey, its cheaper for you!!

Ya, your first onw was rather unreasonable, or at least not specific enough.
If you are not allowed to make the gods immortal, you shouldnt be able to make the mortals immortal!
So you are trying to use the exault action to make your specific group unaffected by death. Thats fine, but i have a few questions.
To what limit is the exception? Cannot die of old age? Natural causes? What happens when they get in a fight and lose? If they get ripped in half or have their head crushed in, are they still alive?
I think that you need to define it some more and it should be good.
What i would sugest would be
3ap. Exalt. The group of twelve cannot die of natural causes and have an unlimited lifespan as long as something dosent kill them off or they stop worshiping Yidhra.
3ap. Create magical concept. Whenever one of the twelve dies, they have a chance to ressurect or regenerate (dr who style!).

The other thing you could do and looks like it is what you would want would be the divine covenant.

Nico addressed the miniture god sitting atop his snout
Yidhra, my dear old friend. I am... Glad. To see you are not diminished for my absence. But no, you may not keep me, no, no one will ever keep me, nor will i submit to anyone ever again.

he then turned to the mortal world below and studied it for a time. He took special note of the barbarians and the humans and of the mountians and of the great chasim created by his birth. After a time, he smiled and said
This is good. I can create those that might worship me here. Those that i may rule over and those that may rule in my image. In time...

Actions:
Ceate land. Create a great chasim or canyon, long and narrow, part way through the tundra lands and ending near the sea. At the one end is a group of mountians, small area wise but tall. The canyon is filled with all manner of lizards and reptiles, generally no bigger than a foot across, while they get bigger the higher into the mountian you go.
13 ap left.

In the midst of chaos, the soul of Yidhra, existed ineumerable concepts, uncounted possibilities. Yet they existed in potential only, they were neither divine nor mortal nor had any substance of their own. And for each potental possibility there was its paradox. Its twin. For light there was darkness, for illumination, insanity. For each yes, its own no. And for every one its own possibilities.
Yet what was the paradox for the paradox itself?
It was in this possibility that something stirred, for this was a far greater concept than any other. Taking on a simple sentinence this paradox of paradoxes bid its time, slowly absorbing more and more into itself. Growing stronger and more forcefull, yet always avoiding the gaze of Yidhra. Why it knew not, just that it must if it were to survive. When it felt strong enough it waited for its oppertunity and when Yidhras attention was elsewhere, convening with the other gods, it struck.
With a scream that was heard by every mortal, every immortal soul and every divine being, it erupted into the physical world. The ground ripped asunder by its passing, a great eldrich fireball of potental. But it was not satisfied with that so with another wrench it sundered its way through the barrier between the corpeal world and the afterlife. Yet even there, it did not find what it desired and so it craved more. But what more could there be to be had? With a soul splitting shreek a million times stronger than those before, it ripped itself out of the material plane, indeed it riped itself out of all planes. It had found home. It had become divine.
And in a quiet whisper heard by all;
I am born.

Yet even then, it did not fully understand what it was.
It would need form, so it took on the form it had entered into the realm with. A long coiling form that snaked through the material universe. It would need protection, so it cloaked itself in shimmering scales made of the souls obliterated by its short stay in the underverse. It would need to defend itself, so it created claws for itself made of the very bones of the earth it sundered. It would need to excert its will apon others, so it bore fangs and majestic wings for all to see and be brought low in worship. For that was what it craved, to rule! And to never be under someones sway again.
It roared, for it knew itself and a great ball of eldritch fire erupted from its jaws!
Yes, it was the paradox of paradoxes. It was order to its chaos, definant and distinct. Were Yidhra was inconcievable, Nico Bolas was easilly comprehended, for that was its name and what a name it was! A name fit to rule.

Whew! Got that done :) ive been building that up quite a bit and didnt have time to get that all down. But now that wall of text is done, my other posts will be smaller :)
i have used the action Create Land, as well as doing some damage to what has been already created but that can just be superfical if you want. I will have to actually do the rest tomorrow.
