Gus starts asking people in the area around the dressing rooms if they saw anyone or anything suspicious. After asking the general question, he moves on to who saw people entering and leaving Tsuchi-ko’s dressing room. Finally the picture of the bracket is brought out and he asks if anyone had seen someone carrying it around.

Gus starts talking a bit about the Iomedaean training regimen. Some of you suspect his primary sources are action movies, but he makes it sound real and exciting.

Pardoin me, I’m Gus. Although I’m not a Starfinder, my friend here is much too humble.

He then takes off giving a much more animated account of the mission. Although it follows the general outline of what happened, Gus takes quite a bit of license playing up parts of it. You are fairly sure that the crabs at the ending battle did not sprout buzz-blade claws, although it is quite entertaining hearing Gus describe it.

Unfortunately Gus may have gone a bit too far with his artistic license.

Thanks, that explains it nicely. I had not absorbed the part about granting the fire ward taking an action. Fortunately it acted quickly enough to grant it before the fireball.

So as a tree, do I get three actions?

I’m just wondering if I should have attacked more when I acted. Each attack is only one action, so if I had more actions I could have soaked more fire creatures!

Ester gives Sparks a puzzled look. Well, that Ysoki probably is. Buster seems sensible though.

Lifting her nose slightly in a dismissive fashion, she then focuses her attention back on the Hespers. Well, the boss only said to explain why they should allow her to work. I don’t think this is what she meant, but she is also the type to allow fools to volunteer.

When Ester finds Mikka, she quickly gets into the gap in the crowd behind her. She then tries to calm some of the more startled concert goers that may not have realized what a good idea it is to stay out of the way of a Vesk intent on getting someplace.

Waving a paw, then she says “Nevermind, I’ll do it myself!

Looking to the rest of you, she holds her paw out in greeting and says “I’m Ester. The Izado family has retained my services to help Mikkazuki when the situation may call for better social graces.
