Wooohooo Jacob! That should be just in time for the desert adventure path that's coming out.

Congrats-zie! Get some sleep man.

Welcome back!

Good attitude man!

Sweet! How is the Battlestar Galactica game?

Nice plan there, enjoy it! Though I am sure baby hurgahs are a lot of work.

Say, I wonder why the GM has begun keeping track of time?

Because you're cruel and we were in a confined space. ;)

Holy mackerel, that hydra pounce is a lot of typing! Isn't a 10 headed hydra like way over our CR band? Was pacstone perhaps trying to end the game? I'm guessing that since the rest of you are still here you somehow prevailed.

Also, Hal man, I totally dug that whole my two PCs each advocate for opposite decisions thing. Nice one.

I re-name thee Haldal.

You and the rest of us.

Uh, dare I ask what happened to Jason?

Well see you Gandel! Let me give you props again for solving the statue puzzle thing with the scales. We might be missing you next time we hit one of those rooms.

Congrats! Isn't the fourth of July a special day for you Americans?

I think we're pretty important.

If Xerissa croaks, feel free to "waste" it on her!

Groovy map. Thx.

Just stopping in to say congrats on keeping this great game going, Pact Stone and company. A lot has happened over the last two years....Man, just thought about that as I typed it. Good stuff.

Thanks man!

Fencing! Cool! Always wanted to try that. (My Mom said i was too good looking to wear a mask)

Yay maps! I guess one of us should actually be mapping then huh? Xerissa could volunteer going forward, unless somebody else has special skills that make them a better choice. Also, thanks for the explainy on the hero points. Yes, i know what the srd is. Jeesh. : )

Sold! Xerissa is now mapping for the Dune Squad. Thank you for adding a little bit of realism to the game then.

What this means is, the default during travel is that she's holding paper and a charcoal stick (or quill if you're inclined). So unless you indicate she's holding her bombs (such as you have clearly done in this recent encounter, for example) she's not combat ready.

Also, if Xerissa and her map are ever separated from the Dune Squad, I'll remove the associated dungeon maps. Cool!

Cool. Got it. Xerissa's your map girl.

Hope you heal soon Gandel. And your mom too Monotony!

Hey, I know I'm kind late on this, but how do the hero points work? What do i gotta do to get Xerissa some of that love?

Baby Hurgah is as adorable as the real thing.

Screw you clown! We beat you twice already on depleted resources and now we're doing it again with literally half the party.

Am I easy to bait or what?

Hope everything went OK there at the hospital Halstadt (insert real name)! Best wishes and all.

The shine came off when he started crit'in my dungeon monsters.
Just more proof of the GM's anti-weasel bias.

Why a fish? Shouldn't the Bunky Avatar be like brown and furry?

Just go all emo and stuff. Whatever plops into your mind. It'll be awesome. We need our power brute at level 8.

Thank you sir! I believe the Americans get President's Day. Do the Euros get a pseudo-holiday as well? (Not bashing! I'll take any day off and like it.)

Happy New Year people! 2013 - Year of the Dune Squad baby.

New year's Resolution #1

To increase Xerissa's hawtness. Nah, not possible.

New Year's resolution #2

Get a mass area effect hit in with a bomb.

Slow suuuuuuuucks! What's Superstar season?

I think it is great, not world bending great, but enough to suck me into a black hole. I'd say people who don't like ti probably just suck at it. I ain't no newb to these kinds of games. YMMV!

So when are we going to get our rest/leveling in? We want to get out of the shaft first? Resting on the far side of the bridge would give us a good position for defence if the devil monks come pouring in behind us. but we'd also be [I think] sitting next to the unknown room ahead of us and it would be unexplored. I still got tons of spells left, and there's no more injuries, but the clerics are getting light, no?

That would have been awesome. A size small halfling would fit inside a basilisk too!

Note to self: when adventuring always bring weasel. Or summon dire weasel or something.

Hey are we allowed to post and leave comments on the photos? Or is that a GM only thing? I really liked the girallon one!

Since we are already in mid-combat, I don't think a surprise round is appropriate here. But perhaps we can at least make him flat-footed. The problem I have is this would make Mr. Exciting right after all.

I can see why that would be hard for you, but you should be used to it by now!

Gonna be away for next week.

What happens does someone get put in charge of my character for me? Can Donkor do it? Does she freeze or does the GM roll for her?

Keep her alive guys! I'm finally starting to understand what the heck is going on.

Our GM's totally got a thing about number mysticism. If he's at it, we should totally watch out for this.

Xerissa will take one of those spots at the back. Like in-between HM and BS. Heh, don't believe what BS tells you.

I think Beetle is hinting we're kinda packed together for an area effect. Is the idea that KK and GT will go on ahead and scout for traps?

I am cool with that. Xerissa should be in favor of implementing her boss' plan after all. I just didn't want you guys to think that the newb was chicken.

I am totally down for bringing out the hammer. Let's depopulate! Mike did make me read the recruitment FAQ thing and I saw that it says the first part of the adventure is supposed to require Stealth/Skill and Savvy, so I think we can take that to mean the odds would be against us with the 'full frontal'. But dudes, don't we got double-cleric in this party? We can take a punch. Plus, I got a PC who can blow things up!

Hey Mr. Exciting, any chance I could talk you into using the "ooc" tags in the gameplay thread when you're not speaking for your pc? It'd make it a bit easier to discern who's speaking. No biggie if you'd rather not, just thought I'd ask.

My bad! Just a PBP newb is all. I'll pick it up.

Also, I don't know who Schmoosh is but I'll just assume Xerissa wouldn't know anyways.

Enjoy San Fran,

...and the marriage thing too!

***CONGRATULATIONS***

Maybe I need to do some soul searching as to why my players engender such mistrust. Hey, Mr. Exciting you'll vouch for me right? Right?

Of course I will. You've never had an ally turn bad in any of our games - NOT! (Shard comes to mind.)

I also think "Beetle" has like an Ian Flemming thing going - beautiful woman are disproportionately evil. Watch them especially. What's Lydia's charisma score?

Got it, there Beetle. I've always been a roll it in the open kind of guy, but this makes sense to me. Please have Xerissa make Stealth and Perception checks as she and Donkor approach the designated point.

Good to have you on-board Mr. Exciting. Long-time no game.

I like your alias. Us Mr.s gotta stick together. Alas, my Mr. somehow seems drab and boring compared to yours. You're not starting out this game taking jabs at me are you?

Totally. But i still remember a certain game where you were a little too exciting if you get what i mean and we almost lost the whole party. you playing a drab character strikes me as a good idea. (You guys do know your DM is total PC killa, right?) Maybe I'll handle the excitement this time round.

Cool to be RPing with you Monotony.

Mike, does this mean I can finally do stuff on the board?

(and) have a great trip Mr. Hurgah!
