Sorry for the long absence guys. I injured my back a little while ago and have not been able to stop working to heal. By the end of the day I am getting home too tired and in too much pain to do anything but go to bed. Looking at the structure he tries to guess the right moment to run in and make his attempt. He chooses the wrong time.

Mollok gies through the room, his eyes carefully taking everything in. I have read about this place. This old observatory houses an astronomical artifact that was the jewel of Nal-Kashel, a device for making prophecies, controlling the weather, and discovering new arcana. The crystal dome magically filters the light of day from the interior of the structure, revealing the stars normally concealed by the sun’s light. Some of the metal spheres and crystal orbs orbiting through the air, are mounts for lenses that focus concentrated starlight on a series of perimeter-orbiting glyphs. Its lenses cracked, its glyphs faded, and its spheres out of synchronization, the once finely calibrated machine now works only erratically.

And I belive those stales the hover around the room are instructional steles inscribed in the Azlanti. That one has received recent attention. He points.
