First action, Max moves back so he doesn't take the volley penalty, or rather in roleplaying terms rather than mechanics he is too close to move the longbow effectively into position as to where he wants the arrows. Think of it as some target being 10 feet to the left of you, you have to turn that longbow 90 degrees, versus another target being 10 feet to the left of you, but 60 feet forward so you only have to turn that longbow 15 degrees to line up that shot.

I realized I did the research wrong, I misunderstood it. I was suppose to roll the 2d8 before researching. It was confusing for me give there were 31 teams and only 7 listed, was very confused trying to figure out where the rolling of a d8 came from.

who: 2d8 ⇒ (8, 8) = 16 My first roll was an 18, so that plus my highest modifier probably does reach 30+, I'm trained in at least one skill for them all.

A little something about the treasure, do we have to upgrade to the exact...or can we take something less? Since we are keeping it 90% the same, sometimes the better version of something don't come until 2 levels later. And there isn't always 2 items we want at said level
