Thankfully haste will give folks an extra attack each round, which might make the difference with an adamantine weapon. I was really hoping pilfering hand might have been of use here, but a bar is a bit more than a Steal or Disarm maneuver can handle.

"I think Faliana could make use of both that belt and that wand," Matrialda also adds.
At least, if Faliana didn't choose to not gain the Intermediate Heirophant power - it would give her the ability to channel positive energy as well as add all 'cure' spells to her spells known. I think. Regardless, Faliana doesn't seem to have a belt and tends to get more up close and personal with enemies than Kitoro or Matrialda, so she might benefit the most from the additional hitpoints and Fortitude bonus.

Knowledge (arcana):1d20 + 15 ⇒ (7) + 15 = 22- does Matrialda think dispel magic could remove blindness/deafness? The spell doesn't say it can't be removed with dispel magic (like bestow curse does), but it still has the [curse] descriptor.

The nice thing about a spread attack like fireball is that you don't have to be terribly accurate with it. If he wants to, Elado could cast a spell that has an effect somewhere near where he last saw the little miscreants. No 50% miss chance on an AoE, after all!
