![]() I wanted to use the font in the interior of the book to make some supplementary material for my players, but no app I’ve downloaded can recognize it. It’s also used in the interior for chapter headings. Does anyone know what it is? Paizo design overlords? It’s a beautifully designed book, by the way! ![]()
![]() I’m a GM running Extinction Curse, and one of my players wants to be a chic business woman from Absolom — but whose business really originated in a much more hardscrabble city. She suggested “the Detroit of Golarion”. What would that city be? Is there a city that’s fallen upon hard economic times that’s a reasonable distance from Absolom? ![]()

![]() I have a few questions about this cockatrice encounter-- first of all, there's no duration to the slowed effect the cockatrice puts on people, which feels like an an oversight? Are we treating it as though the character has been petrified, and so must wait 24 hours before he can attempt at DC 20 Fortitude check to reduce the slowed status by 1? If so this seems very tedious -- basically forcing the party to stop investigating for a few days so that Patricia get a good enough roll to play the game properly. DC20 can be a high check for level 1 players, and it's very easy to get slowed 1 or even 2 from the encounter. I don't mind that it's hard -- but as written it feels _unfun_. Or is this just a sort of typo, and the slowed shouldn't last more than, say, 10 minutes. What's the intent, here? I'm also not wholly certain why the players would even find the cockatrice, as there's not a trail of Nemmia's that leads there, but I suppose you could lamppost it with a missing cow, or some such. How are other GMs handling this encounter? ![]()

If this is the case, Paizo, he said nervously — please post so, as I am having five people over on Saturday night to run The Show Mist Go On. :bites nails: ![]()
![]() This is my first time at the rodeo, so if someone could help clarify the details for me, I'd be much obliged. I haven't gotten any sort of confirmation email, but my two products (Gods and Magic and the new AP) show as Pending. That means everything is going to plan, correct? And then, when the items ship, it's possible at that time to also download the pdfs for the shipped items. Am I understanding all of that correctly? ![]()
