Well, I figured it out. It’s Al Brachella Drumal Regular, using a ton of glyphs. Beautiful, though!

I wanted to use the font in the interior of the book to make some supplementary material for my players, but no app I’ve downloaded can recognize it. It’s also used in the interior for chapter headings.

Does anyone know what it is? Paizo design overlords?

It’s a beautifully designed book, by the way!

Updated the document through to the end of Part 1.

I'm going to run this too, after we finish with Extinction Curse. This thread is supremely helpful!

I can’t find this product _anywhere_. My LGS only received the Divine and Focus spell decks, and no other store I’ve called have received them at all, even a week later. Has anyone seen these in the wild?

I just wanted to say how spectacularly useful (and timely!) this post is. I don’t have anything to add to it, but it’s much appreciated.

Also, Escadar is a pretty fabulous setting! I wish we had more info on the Wethouse or St. Sarnax.

I’m a GM running Extinction Curse, and one of my players wants to be a chic business woman from Absolom — but whose business really originated in a much more hardscrabble city. She suggested “the Detroit of Golarion”.

What would that city be? Is there a city that’s fallen upon hard economic times that’s a reasonable distance from Absolom?

That was a fun read — keep them coming!

I wish we could just consistently get the PDFs in a predictable time frame. I don’t understand why they’re married to the ship date in the first place.

So everyone is supposed to be able to download their PDFs by the end of the day, is that still correct?

Is anything being shipped today (for the purposes of pdf downloads) or is President’s Day pre-empting all that?

I enjoy the new sidebar at the beginning of each chapter that announces the treasure that the PCs are able to earn. Helps me keep track of where those items are at.
Yes! And it helps when I decide to scale it for a larger party.

I just wanted to weigh in as well that those treasure sidebars are a great little innovation.

I have a few questions about this cockatrice encounter-- first of all, there's no duration to the slowed effect the cockatrice puts on people, which feels like an an oversight? Are we treating it as though the character has been petrified, and so must wait 24 hours before he can attempt at DC 20 Fortitude check to reduce the slowed status by 1?

If so this seems very tedious -- basically forcing the party to stop investigating for a few days so that Patricia get a good enough roll to play the game properly. DC20 can be a high check for level 1 players, and it's very easy to get slowed 1 or even 2 from the encounter. I don't mind that it's hard -- but as written it feels _unfun_.

Or is this just a sort of typo, and the slowed shouldn't last more than, say, 10 minutes. What's the intent, here?

I'm also not wholly certain why the players would even find the cockatrice, as there's not a trail of Nemmia's that leads there, but I suppose you could lamppost it with a missing cow, or some such.

How are other GMs handling this encounter?

My order hasn't shipped as well, and the end shipping date is an estimate, so they might need to still ship orders on Monday as well.

If this is the case, Paizo, he said nervously — please post so, as I am having five people over on Saturday night to run The Show Mist Go On. :bites nails:

I appreciate all the information you guys have been able to give me. And I don’t want to give off the aura of complaining either — I’m just checking to make sure the deadline of the 24th is still holding, since I’m running it on the 25th!

It is spooking me that we're on day five of an eight day period and no one seems to have it yet, at least on the boards. I was planning on running Extinction Curse this weekend, so if the deadline of the 24th isn't going to happen it would be good to know ahead of time.

Has anyone’s order shown as shipped yet? The Extinction Curse boards are up but there’s not as much as a single comment yet. Likewise for Gods and Magic.

The soundtrack to the documentary "Fast, Cheap & Out of Control" is haunting and circus like. It'd be a good go-to when you want background circus-y music that's not too on-the-nose.

This is my first time at the rodeo, so if someone could help clarify the details for me, I'd be much obliged.

I haven't gotten any sort of confirmation email, but my two products (Gods and Magic and the new AP) show as Pending. That means everything is going to plan, correct?

And then, when the items ship, it's possible at that time to also download the pdfs for the shipped items. Am I understanding all of that correctly?

Must... resist... refreshing page.

Just updating here that the Player’s Guide is coming out Tuesday, as per the developers on Pathfinder Friday’s.

I’m confused as to the what the beginning shipping date and the end shipping date mean. Am I understanding that things will be shipped at some unknown point between the 13th and the 24th?

When would subscriptions start shipping? I see the PDF release date is the 29th. Subscriptions usually go out before that?

I’m “landing” a 5E campaign soon— probably this weekend — and I’d like to transition my players into this AP with as little downtime as possible.

I really enjoy them, and think they’re a lot of fun.

I keep checking back in on this thread — I can’t wait for the next update.

Not to revive an old thread, but is there a chance will we see a new faction or two rise to take the place of the two fallen ones? Something involving Numeria, maybe?

Has our bard actually confirmed for this game? He hasn't posted since Tuesday.

I'd also be game for anything lower level. I've already added my name to the spreadsheet.

Yes I am still recruiting a second table. Just let me now what classes you plan on playing and their levels.

1. Relildrorn- Prankster Bard
2. Kharine-
3. Matopi-

I'll be going with a Level 1 Human Ranger (Falconer). Crunch to follow.

This one is full, as people came I didn't hear back from you and it filled. I will start up a 2nd table for you though to make up for it. We can easily get more people.

Yes, I'm very interested in the second table if you put it together.

Looking to see if anyone is interested in playing We Be Goblins which will then lead into Jade Regent. The players would be keeping their goblin characters from We Be Goblins to play in Jade Regent.

I am looking for five players, each to take on the normal roles: Tank, healer, controller, trap-monkey and range.

If there is interest, I will start recruiting.

Dotting for interest.

I'm also interested, and am happy to roll up whatever is needed.
