Thank you, Computerpro82 and everyone else!
On the Paizo website go: My Account > Organized Play > Boons tab > Game rewards earned through Story Rewards (or something like that, 3rd one down), click to expand options, select the character > Purchase the 0 AcP Wayfinder boon > scroll to bottom and Print.
Your Organized Play Boons tab is a rather important place to learn about if you care about boons, since they all moved off of the chronicles.
Play 2 scenarios and the character qualifies for the wayfinder boon.
Sympathies and no rush. :)
Nanoc is Conan. Hasvi is being funny. :)

Quote: Question: Is there a limit to the number of boons that can be slotted per adventure? Not since they did away with the Fame system.
You can only use 1 hireling boon per scenario, but you don't need to pick which until the first time you use one.
And some individual boons might spell out specific restrictions on usage.
I apparently did not post as I imagined posting... I'm fine with recruiting, but want to be wary about flipping the tier.
Quote: Flory: Cast magic fang, Stride
Sir Miles: Stride, Strike Yellow
Ah, Flory, you need to spend an action Commanding your companion to do anything (until you take a feat for Mature Animal Companion where they gain 1 to use on their own if not commanded). Would be easy enough to take back the Stride to replace with Command.
My home internet went out, so I'm slow catching up on games. Apologies.
It was just a weird smell, I gathered.
What is the duration on the Stupefied 1?
Tekawenda, please. Using PFS lore for 25.
Well, shoot. Cross posted with GM.
Would you convert that to a Lore (Magic Warrior) to influence the one we haven't completed yet?
The Moon Bear engages Takewenda in conversation to try to gauge their perspectives.
Athletics +7 to Discover
Quote: I believe the 16 will hit Sun Bear's Flat Footed AC That depends on if the raven is Tiny or Small, since Tiny needs to be in your square to threaten.
And also not be flying if Small, since that wouldn't be a flank.
LOL! You were just prognosticating the poison damage.
That is what he's supposed to look like. :)
Sun bear should be at -16, right? -8 + -8, unless I'm missing the obvious other -2 hp somewhere.
EDIT: It doesn't change anything with that set of attacks, but spider fangs are finesse but not agile, so MAP is -5, -10.
Ha ha. The dark one that looks like an actual bear is the sun bear animal companion. The stylized gold mask is the Moon Bear PC. :)
I see that I have added undue confusion in 1) being a Magic Warrior archetype who needs to keep his identity a secret and 2) being clever with my animal companion naming.
Masigonde is the true identity of the Moon Bear, the human ranger-magic warrior. Feel free to remove Masigonde from the campaign to avoid confusion.
The Sun Bear is the bear animal companion.
On the combat, the first wave of attacks appears to not include a MAP until the raven, so the 17 vs. the bear (Sun Bear) should have been a 12 and would miss. The 25 vs. the masked ranger (Moon Bear) would have been a 20 and still hit.
Everyone can have their own Hireling.
An individual character can only have one in use during a Scenario.
You can upgrade them too as your reputation increases. Can even score an extra skill feat with the most advanced hireling.
They cost 4 AcP. You can only have one in use per Scenario (and don’t have to pick until you use one to make a check, then it’s locked in for the rest of the Scenario), but you can own as many as you want.
For stats at +0 they’re good. If you have a -1 stat, then it’s a good boost. However, it pales next to a trained skill with a positive modifier.
Give me a little bit and I’ll buy a Diplomacy hireling just in case.
I’m highest level, so I can forgo the extra Hero Point.
I have 1 Glyph Hero Point to give away.
School item: 2 minor healing potions

If Lady Gwendolyn is a familiar, they don't need their own space in the marching order since as a tiny creature they can share space with larger creatures.
Masigonde is a Magic Warrior, so he will be using the Alias, "The Moon Bear."
GM Computerpro82 wrote: Watery Soup wrote: Can we organize so that all the higher tier characters are at one table and all the lower tier characters are at another? Looking at the current list in RPG Chronicles, there is only 1 level 1 signed up. However, It looks like if two level 2s from Table 1 move to table 2 and two level 3s from table 2 swap to table 1 to replace them, table 2 ends up with 5 level 1-2 and 1 level 3, and table 1 is five level 3s and one level 4.
That's the best division I can come up with, and only leaves 1 character "Out of Tier" as a level 3 at a mostly level 2 table.
Any objections? Any volunteers to move? Or to be the one level 3 to stay with the level 1-2 group? I wouldn't mind being a 3rd level melee in a low tier table.
I can also switch to a level 1 to bring the CP down to 18 so we can choose low tier with 1st level Rogue.
Thanks, Computerpro82, as long as it's not overbooking you. :)
I push the tier into High Tier despite quite a few Level 1s also signed up. I can switch to a lower level character.
It looks like more people went directly to the RPGChronicles sign-up than the recruiting thread. Alas. Lesson learned.
I'm interested with my Level 3 XP Blob/Animal Companion Ranger.
"Probably so," Masigonde agrees somberly.
"Was he alone? Just a soul that had taken too strongly to the wild and become cannibal?" Masigonde asks as he begins to search the cave.
Masignode swiftly strikes twice at the beastman before ripping himself free of the webbing and trudging around the large brazier to try to pen in their foe.

Quote: Actions 1,2 & 3 (◆◆◆)Cast a Spell:HealTargeting me using 2 action option and third to Heightened
Heal: 2d8 + 16 ⇒ (3, 7) + 16 = 26
I'm not certain where the misunderstanding is, but 1) Heightening occurs automatically for prepared casters when they prepare the spells in higher level slots, 2) a 2nd level spellcaster cannot cast a 2nd level spell/version of a spell.
Masigonde charges across the cliff and leaps.
Athletics (T): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23
He lands deftly in front of the halfling beastman and throws two quick, clawed strikes at him.
Long Jump (DC 15), Flurry of Blows
Fire Talon (T): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Fire: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Fire Talon (T): 1d20 + 7 - 4 ⇒ (15) + 7 - 4 = 18
Fire: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Or Ahmad could probably Hero Point that natural 1. I don't recall him using a Hero Point yet, and he had 2.
EDIT: Also, we look to be at the end of the scenario and my recall and quick search suggests no Hero Points have been given out.
Masigonde advances onto a cliff overlooking the crevasse.
Stride, Stride, Stride
Masigonde adopts the Rain of Embers stance and advances behind the natural column where he hides from the halfling's view.
Rain of Embers Stance, Stride, Hide (Stealth +5, if it becomes important)
"Do you suppose he will engage in parlay?" Masigonde asks while keeping an eye out for lions or other predators in the shadows.
Masigonde activates his wayfinder for illumination before entering the cave. "I apologize, but I do not have the eyes of a dwarf."

"There is, possibly, something appealing about gnome flesh?" Masigonde poses to Ulrich with a straight face.
"If the assaults are to stop, we will probably need to try to find the source," Masigonde says. "Their behavior seemed strange."
cmlobue wrote: I'm so used to raising the attack roll on a flanked target instead of lowering DC. So many of us are. :)
Quote: The first barely misses This is neither here nor there for us, since the result is equivalent, but attacks had previously hit on an 18 where Ahmad rolled a 17 vs a flanked target. The GM adjusts the AC down by 2 when a target is flanked, so a attack of 17 vs. an AC of at most 16 should have hit. Just a reminder.
Unless the earlier hit was an error and they really do have AC 20+.
Masigonde applies a poultice to his wound, collecting fresh ingredients from the river bank. However, he fails to accomplish much.
Nature (T), Wildnerness: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 2 = 14
At the funeral, he appears morose at his personal failure in rescuing the goblin.
Despite bleeding from the deep stripes on his thigh, Masigonde moves to block the escape of the lion dragging the goblin. He throws two swift strikes with his clawed hands at the cat. Unbalanced, he throws one last desperate strike.

Fire: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Fire Talon (T): 1d20 + 7 - 8 ⇒ (4) + 7 - 8 = 3

Well, that was a whole lot of nothing.
