With foes defeated, Magima turns and breaches the surface of the water before the elemental rift closes. She starts to steam as she dries herself off with the fires of her own internal elemental gate.

Moments later she offers a polite but surely unneeded hand to pull Ulvard out of the water as he returns to shore from his deep dive. "The party wouldn't be the same without its heroes. Everyone who has heard of Ulvard would surely lament at his absence!"

Ready to head to that party.

Magima boldly dives into the strange pool, and with all her might throws an extra-aquadynamic stone spear at the red shark. It's probably actually a trident cuz she thinks that seems more underwatery. So the range of her 100-foot range infusion is cut to 50 feet, so should be 1 range increment.

"I'm mostly elven too - but with an extraplanar splash of the Abyss - hence the horns and tail which are not standard issue elven. I grew up calling myself a tiefling but now I understand there's some scholarly reclassification to go by the term nephilim instead. Don't worry it's all still confusing to me too!"

Magima casually dances to try and calm the wisps. She uses a little bit of fire from her Kineticist powers. (She can add earth/stone if that matches the other one, in case they are more likely to be coerced by display of their own element)

Magima does nothing to disturb the portals or runes, but does make a copy of the runes in case she can use them later. They might be important somewhere here, or useful for herself later.

Magima isn't going to try and disrupt the portals, but if the group decides to try she can give her best shot with her Kinesis.

"It's so warm here - and beautiful..."

As Earth and Fire are her elements, Magima feels remarkably comfortable here, though the feeling may quickly pass if the two elements are working in opposition somehow. If she gets that sense, she wants to either bring them to harmony or at least cut them off from one another to remove their dissonance. Or if I'm misinterpreting the situation, ignore the rest of the post :)

Maybe she can beg the GM for a bonus for trying to figure out something she can do with her kineticist powers in this sort of uniquely synergistic environment?

Base Kinesis might allow her to alter/erase these runes? It sounds like a great idea to her, though if anyone tries to stop her she won't really argue too much.

Base Kinesis:
It's trivial for you to create some of your element or alter a portion of it that already exists. Choose one of your kinetic elements to affect. This impulse has a range of 30 feet, and the Bulk of the target must be negligible or light. The GM decides what Bulk the element is. You can't affect an element that's magical, secured in place (like a stone mortared in a wall), or attended by a creature unwilling to let you.

Choose one of the following options, though the GM might allow you to make similar small alterations. Base Kinesis can't deal damage or cause conditions unless otherwise noted.
Generate You bring an ordinary, non-magical piece of the chosen element from its elemental plane. The element can be used for any of its normal uses. For example, air can be breathed by an air-breathing creature, and fire casts light and can ignite flammable substances.
Move Move an existing piece of the element up to 20 feet in any direction. If you bring it into your space, you can catch it in an open hand. You can Sustain the impulse to keep moving the element.
Suppress You destroy an existing piece of element, such as snuffing out a flame or evaporating water from a cup. This affects only natural forms of the element, not durable, crafted goods like a stone statue, metal lock, or wooden door.

Probably not recalling much more than the others, Magima does try to clarify her understanding of the mission. "So we aren't so much navigating a maze, but popping through an unexplored portal and hoping to get back out?"

An strong tiefling joins the gathering, tiny flames licking at the ends of her hair and tail. Heavy stone armor fits her perfectly, and she moves effortlessly, even gracefully in it. "Greetings, Magima here. You've likely never heard of me unless you've been to the arenas of Varisia. Then maybe, it's not like I was a big deal yet."

After hearing the briefing, Magima remarks "Tour guide for someplace we've never been? I guess we'll mostly have top make sure this is entertaining!"

In case it matters, I noticed Planar Migrant is rare so Magima shouldn't have it. Updating her to Gladiator background, and also ancestry to elf tiefling instead of human tiefling. Or nephilim or whatever :)

If yellow is down, Magima would fire her fire blast at the witch, since it's the only one that can reach it. Die is d6 instead of d8, but I did roll a 1 on the larger d8 so I suppose should keep that lol.

Magima could take the brooch of shielding if no one else does. She can't use most of the other stuff. Doesn't use real weapons or real armor or cast real spells.

Magima will choose and roll once we see Atlach's healing if that's ok. If we get another 1 then she'll prolly have to put her medicine skill to work!

For the disease saving throw, it looks like you were definitely clear and i didn't read it carefully enough. So I'll roll the reflex saves in gameplay.

Magima (no 'r') doesn't feel so well after her thick armor, strong fortitude, and tactical movment seem to have not mattered at all.

Noting how irrelevant her fire attack was against the larger rats, she focuses on the swarm around her.

Then she runs through the swarm toward the north, trying not to get herself too far away from the group.

If needed on her next turn she can try and get Hector back up. would that be 3 actions? (step, grab the void healing potion off him, make him drink it)

Magima crosses her hands into the shape of a bird and waves her hands to mimic the birds flapping wings, and summons a hawk of pure fire that flies through the swarm and two of the rats before snuffing out of existence. The tiefling then moves away from the swarm, ending nearest to the rat that she didn't burn.

Using Flying Flames, I drew the path it took from her starting position.

I think this would count as AoE damage against the swarm, but it is probably open to interpretation and I'm not very confident.

She is physical / corporeal, right? Best I can come up with is +6 Athletics to grab and hold her. Maybe need to do something like that while Eliadyr works out his circle?

If Magima has a whole minute she can pull manacles or near any other helpful level 0 adventuring gear our of her bag due to Prescient Planner, but I doubt we have that kind of time.

I assume these 8 potions are freebies with likely no cost to us for using, similar to PFS 1? If so Magima will probably drink one since we have so many. Unless there is another way to top off after her failed medicine check.
