If mechanics need different skill checks, i would not use diplomacy - perform is not only her better skill, it is everything she was designed to do.

Lya steps into the room with her glaive across her back, calmly listens to the woman, carefully considering her words.

Lya breathes for a moment letting her statement ring true.

We did not travel through time to plunder - indeed we couldn't if we wanted to - the Sky Key would not allow us to take those treasures back to our time. Just as you cannot succeed in your goal to bring back Aroden.

History is written, and Aroden can't come back - and you tarnish his great legacy by murdering so many to futiley try. Your mind is being twisted by the Sky Key, just as your Harbingers suffered. Please see reason - find the meaning in Aroden's teachings - let go of this evil plan and live to honor his memory again!"

Lya perks up as she continues to apply the second LoH. "Shelyn has blessed us with very little trouble today. Her graces continue to be available."

Upon standing, she turns to Faustus. "While your words have swayed many. Perhaps someone less threatening would be able to reach her. If we can avoid the bloodshed, many more lives can still be saved, and I would welcome the opportunity to stand front and center, taking the risks should she have a chance at redemption."

Lya sees her allies target the ooze, and decides to confront the "Avatar" instead, striding slowly and purposefully towards him.

"And you believe Aroden would approve of you, taking his guise, twisting it for your own purposes? Taking advantage of his people? Summoning such a horrid creature as this ooze?

Shelyn worked with Aroden. Hand in Hand to create the greatest works of art and beauty in all of Azlant. To see someone claim to be his avatar... to use this hideous creature to scare his people. It is incomprehensible!"

Without any combat options, she turns to climb on Fairbanks' back, hoping he is distracted enough by the serpent to not mind a momentary step up.

if GM approves... Move action to climb up Fairbank's armor, provoking an AoO. Second move action to climb the next ledge which i believe is right around her head level standing on top of Fairbanks.

Lya breaks out running up and around the staircase double hasted move - kind of guessing on the 120 feet minus elavation

Lya will call upon her training... aka tricks of the trade... to assist with the disabling of the mechanical trap.

She will also activate Martyr's Shard 3 as a free action for +1 additional weapon enhancement for one minute

She raises her Glaive high and brings it down on the Cobra.

Lya steps through the illusion without flinch. She surveys the combat, before stepping behind Fung. "you should be more careful. Shelyn may have plans for you yet. Come here."

Yes, that seems totally reasonable. I think if you wanted to buy one we could handwaive the checks to move between islands.

For the sake of simplicity and time, if you have a swan boat I'm also inclined to bot these skill checks for your characters, in the most efficient way possible. (Unless anyone is opposed to that and really wants to roll a mountain bunch of dc20's… each plinth could have up to 5 checks / PC). This is an exercise that probably runs okay at the table but doesn't translate well to PbP.

Lya's Exchange boon covers the cost of the swan boat so i am good with doing that.
