He takes the vial from Camil and gets ready to throw it when Zherxikas mentions a fireball. He looks down at the vial and then at the wizard. "A fireball seems more effective. Besides, we were planning on burning the place down anyway."

He puts his spear away and picks up his sword, inspecting the blade to make sure it wasn't damaged by dropping it. He moves with the others into the room to help search. "Wow that is a nice sword. We should consider keeping it in case we need it. That material is expensive," he says as he takes his turn inspecting the newly found sword. At the mention of the bounty, Lavanor shrugs his shoulders. "I can't say I've ever collected a bounty on a person but just having some of their items might not be enough. The thought of carrying his head around isn't too appealing but I suppose it's better than carrying his whole body around, especially if we need to take it all the way to Magnimar. We can test the new sword out," he states, looking to the group for confirmation. "I do think we should finish searching the building before we burn it down, though," he adds.

Lavanor almost walks into Forest, when the fighter suddenly stops. Peeking over his shoulder into the room, the ranger can see the giant bat. He gets ready to move forward to attack, when Forest seems to ready to defend himself. "Forest, if you choose to fight where you are, the rest of us won't be able to help you much, as we won't be able to engage. I would encourage you to move into the room so more of us can attack," he states, hoping the fighter will move so he can also move up.

Lavanor watches to make sure the body doesn't move while the others search the room and tend to Camil. "I realize he had information that would have been useful, but I doubt he would have given it to us. Besides, having been paralyzed twice by undead, I felt it was too dangerous to hold back. We did move though the building rather quickly to get here, so I agree a more careful search is warranted. Then I have no qualms about burning it down."

Sorry for not posting. It's been a crazy couple of weeks. Was trying to keep an eye on things but apparently hadn't checked recently. Seeing the others move in to engage, Lavanor draws his sword and joins the attack. He wasn't sure if the creature was truly concerned about "the Hurter" or if the monstrosity was speaking of itself, but he wasn't interested in continuing the conversation. With a 20' speed, I don't think I can make it through the narrow part in 1 move. I placed my token where I think I can move to. Hearing the dinosaur attacking something, Lavanor tries his best to squeeze through the narrow passage. Not able to move into the next area, Lavanor prepares to defend himself should a ghoul get past the dinasaur. As quickly as he was struck with fear and couldn't move, Lavanor seemed to return to normal. "Curly, open that door to let Scout into the room.
