I would love to see Pathfinder Society 1e options still included on the post-2019 convention circuit. Updated Retired Scenarios run by the original authors or Paizo staff would be great, as well as a Tier 19-20 scenario involving the Test of the Starstone (possibly venturing into The Boneyard, facing the challenges there, and finding Aroden for insight. Instead maybe limited time travel to stop one of the other Starstone successes or help others who initially failed). Oh well, extremely unlikely, but a guy can dream.

ooc Can you replace my character with Akaash659? Thanks, Scott.

ooc I missed the notes on how the mechanics work for the PBP.

Akaasha, an amber-eyed, sandy-haired "human" in a chain shirt, with exposed flesh fully-covered in blue, textured tatoo, steps forward, circles his hands in an arcane manner, and releases a powerful blast of wind from his palm, whooshing toward "blue". "Let us see if you like the feel of that."

I would like to see a spot for GM's to write a line, perhaps a quote from a villain, Venture Captain praise, etc. and a spot for players to write a line about the scenario for reminiscence and for contribution to the Pathfinder Journals.
I would like to see a list of creature encounters, to reference for future knowledge checks (if that will still be a thing in 2E. It is silly for a mid-level character not to know what a giant is, etc.).
I have heard downtime is more of a thing now in 2E. I want to see that incorporated on the sheet, or, day jobs should scale more.
I would like a descriptive blurb about the scenario to appear somewhere.
As many others requested, there needs to be only unique or discounted loot listed on the sheet.

Race boons are the most valuable it seems, so make them only available as a special reward for a scenario series finale, con special, etc.
Either make an "I know a guy. . ." sheet, similar to the current item purchase sheet, to track minor boons at a glance (one-time +1 to specific somesuch, etc.)or instead limit these to say, only useful for the next three scenarios so you don't have to keep track. I still like rewards, so I don't want to lose them, but they are unwieldy, slow, and cumbersome as is, especially recent ones that are good for all your characters, etc.

I am a fan of both the early scenario faction missions and the newer faction journal card system. I enjoy faction leaders making guest appearances with Venture Captains at briefings. They makes PFS unique. I like the dynamic changes in factions each season. Many scenario hooks have come from faction interests. I would like to see them even more differentiated. Let increasing fame mean access to PFS boons in general, but give the greater variance to faction-specific boons and item and aid access. Let the diplomacy fame bonus to faction members be useful for knowledge checks, favors, whatever. In short, make faction choice be more important.

I see lots of folks asking for very high level content. Keep in mind that encounters at those high levels are very long and complex. It would be almost impossible to scale an encounter at high levels that can be completed in a 4 to 5 hour slot, let alone 3 encounters plus an optional.

If you have ever played a tier 10-11 special at a Con, you will understand what I am saying.

If the campaign was to go past the current 12-15 tier in 2.0, we as players will have to accept longer adventures that may take up to 10 hours to complete and multiple sessions for the same rewards.

I think it should be up to the writer of the scenario to make it playable in the allotted time-frame. Instead of three combat encounters, maybe change the formula to one deadlier combat encounter and have risky social encounters, lethal chase scenes, etc. for the other encounters.

We need more content though.

People are definitely speaking Tonya, we need more slots for the 12-15 special, and more Starfinder!

ALL THE STARFINDER! 8)

Add my request for the above to your request!

I submitted at noon, was 4800th-ish, and yep, the 12-15 Special and every Starfinder scenario were sold out. Those were high up on my priority list, too. Cut-throat competition fershizzle nephew! Gonna keep looking and keeping hope!
There needs to be GenCon seminars on Secrets to Becoming a VIG, Secrets to Getting On-Premise Housing, and Secrets to Successfully Getting Your Gaming Requests. Just sayin'.

Hello everyone,

I posted this list last on November 15 2011.
I am sure there are quite a few more level 12 characters, and possibly a few 13 or 14 level characters.

I am curious to see if there are more characters, or if the ones I have posted have leveled.

Thanks.

With the new PFS year, it seems Factions have been rendered irrelevant. Specifically, Prestige from Faction missions have been eliminated in favor of gaining a second Prestige Point through success at a secondary mission objective, now even retroactively to all seasons' scenarios.
Why shouldn't all characters just be Grand Lodge? It seems choice of Faction means as little in game now as age, height, weight, gender, and in SOME cases, alignment.
If all the Faction choices are kept, since there are Paizo sourcebooks involving Factions, shouldn't a clamor arise for a sourcebook or a rules expansion on age, height, weight, gender, and/or alignment? I'm not being sarcastic or snarky, I truly would like to know the reason to spend time on choosing a Faction.

Bring it!!

I like the Midnight Syndicate Dungeons and Dragons cd; the rest of the gang in my gaming group also like the original Conan soundtrack.

I wanted to take a minute to welcome aboard the new Venture-Captain assigned to western Michigan. I will let Daniel Luckett introduce himself, advise about a new website coming on board for his area, and any other information he wishes to share.

As for areas that fall within his region, these include Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Grand Rapids, Muskegon, and Lansing for the time being, as well as any other areas he wishes to add to his region. Note that he has graciously offered to assist greater Detroit, Flint and Ann Arbor until we find a Venture-Captain for Detroit and/or Eastern Michigan.

Welcome to the team Daniel!

VERY cool Daniel! Good luck and we'll be gaming soon!

I've thought about this with my own Enchanter, and think stealth could be pulled off with adding both Still Spell and Silent Spell metamagic. Kind of an expensive spell slot that way, so metamagic rods would be nice.

Or, how about Improved Invisibility plus Silent Spell?

I was starting to make sure all sessions I have run for friends have been entered. I realised that event #2923 was reported as running on the 25th of May when it was actually run on the 25th of August. I hope this can be fixed.

Have you tried to delete and re-report. This could have been more dangerous in the past as sometimes ghost entries would linger for a while - but it seems to me all ghosting has been taken care of.

I'm not saying this works - you are at your own risk trying it. Just report back if this would have fixed it.

I've been able to add new, corrected sessions okay, but have not found a way to delete the old, incorrect ones.

Are Prestige Awards there for the Pathfinder go-getter just to get around magic item access restrictions? It seems that whatever chronicle access a character gets means little if he is able to get all his allowed PA and access much more valuable items.

Are the languages listed under the Linguistics skill the only allowed choices in Pathfinder Society play? If so, can anyone, even a non-druid, take Druidic? (Ahh, I remember the days of Thief Cant. . .)
If not, would a dead language, such as Ancient Azlanti, mentioned in the Pathfinder wiki, be allowed?

Doug Doug, I have been keeping a lookout for this but keep getting previous years information.
1) Is there a website or POC for this? I'd like to post data at my local FLGS, Mikes Comics (shameless plug)
2) Should I plan on bringing my own games (BYOG) as well as my own Character sheet and Dice?

I'll be there on Friday only. My Saturday is packed. (perhaps a Sat Evening, but I aint holding my breath)

Edit: Yeah, Just found it on FB and the working website. Nevermind my questions.
