I keep downloading O KB files every time I try to download the files.

I was able to download all the organized play scenarios

I’ve refreshed the download, cleared the cache, tried different browsers, and computers

Keep getting 9 kB files

Still can’t download the single file versions.

And apologies if I offended. My intent was to try to bring some levity in here, especially since SOON(TM) is something that I've been learned to use in abundance in Starfinder-land. My means of community interaction tends to rely more on levity and a bit of self-deprecation in order to keep communication lines open.

As far as communication goes, rest assured that the Pathfinder team is working to resolve these issues as quickly as they can. In fact, if they appear quiet, it's because they're working on a ton of stuff that will hopefully be out to all of you... well... SOON(TM)

I imagine having three times to volume of ..say season 5 or 6, with the same amount of folks (give or take) makes for a heavy work load. Add in that at any time 1 or 2 members of the Organized crew out at a con makes you guys very very busy. You got 3 lines of scenarios (PF 2, SF and the Card Game).

Thursty you guys are WAY busy.

It’s the holidays, earliest we’d see it would be the 2nd and most likely midmonthish because post holiday issues will pop up..

I just hope the post holiday fallout is small and non stressful

I ran into one summoner who used her Eidion (which was a MLP) figure as a trap detector and such.. it was horrific watching Derpy trip trap after trap and get sent down a well ...

Its for a character thats gotten the boons they want from their faction and bails on it but keeps leveling until a new faction comes along (say, second seekers Ehu Hadif Ko'Ra Amares of Clan Tolar) then they can plop down the accrued fame and go right to the head of the class in the new faction.

I don’t understand. You get no access to boons beyond the buyback plan ?

Envoy who is Profession (Mobster), she’s a member of the Szarni family
Operative/Engineer who is a stunt pilot
Engineer who has two professions (Programmer and Video Gamer)

You can see all of the details of the PFS2 playtest boons on your Organized Play area, on the Boons tab.

Not ALL the details. The excavation boon doesn’t show everything. Which is why my 2001 pc has seen 0play and I REALLY want to try him out but some booms have a short life span in terms of play/level. I love LOVE my solar cannon boon for my mechanic but I’m creeping up on a level where it simply isn’t going to be useful anymore. I figure one or two levels more

I am curious, since we are no longer going to see 1e Pathfinder scenarios, can the ‘reserve for chronicle sheets’ it’s be opened up for use? The reason I’m asking is I’d like to try out my remaining 1e plays with access to the Brewkeeper for one of my Cayden worshiping alchemists.

Official Update: The Character Operations Manual Pregens are valid for play in Starfinder Society. The additional resources is coming (Soon™), however these pregens have been written in mind with valid options and their options remain unaffected from the impending Additional Resources update.

Go forth and conquer (with your new pregens).

Does that mean we HAVE them now or will soon?

I wish they’d put in a ‘blank boon’ option so we can put in a title/slot type/fame cost/etc to have them for slotting

I think basically, PFS2 isn't quite enough on its feet yet to also accommodate a playtest.

I disagree, and it would be helpful to get an idea of how to acccodate the new classes early on so as to avoid surprise

Continue to be iffy to access. Over 3/4s of the time I get kicked back to the front page of the site no matter how I try to get into the forum threads.

My issue is the time sensitive part of the play test is just a month or so..the PFS element, if any, should have been fooled out at the same time. While I’d like a chance to play test I fear the current backlog won’t enable it

There is NO season 2 in my list at all. I found the download links on the individual product pages and I have NO access to 10-22 at all. I can buy it but it’s not available by product page or my digital content page

One of the GMs around here likes to do 'knowledge: Local" by some NPCs to see if they recognize players..

Many of my PCs tend towards 'infamous'.

It's always fun to find small ways to ham things up without derailing play..

The big spoonful for us is that we got a new store (Java Game Haus) running things for these last few months and an old Con that shut down is starting back up (Odds are we won't get onboard THIS year but next year is looking good,

I like this idea too. Sure, people would replay certain scenarios with what they deem to the be the 'right' character to receive the chronicle the second time around but is that really all that different from what happens with the Core campaign or with folks who both GM -and- play a fair amount? And in some cases it's not even a matter of cherry-picking chronicles but a matter of, in retrospect, knowing that your Character A would've had more personal ties to elements of the scenario than the Character B that you actually played. It's a second chance to enjoy a scenario that might've been a subpar experience the first time around, for any number of reasons beyond a player's control - crowded convention hall setting, disruptive tablemates, a poor/inexperienced GM, the game was rushed, etc.

But, if we're limited to the options listed in the first few posts, I'd vote for Option #3 combined with Hilary's Option #5. I'm definitely against true unlimited replay.

As a player who has had more than a few GM blobs come out.. I like Slow advancement.. it lets me play that character longer

I mean, you pile up do for a 3rd, 4th, or higher character you might want to play them out.

My ‘Runelord’ started play @5th level and now that I’m 10th, I want more than 6 sessions as an Mover/Shaker/Empress Maker...

Uh..NO. Just no. I won’t go as far as Tallow but I’ve seen enough LN followers of Asmodeous play ‘lawful asshat’ that I don’t want to further empower them.

I mean two ‘Chelaxian Marshalls’ hassling a Liberies Edge halfling player to ‘prove’ he’s not a slave was bad enough with just Lawful Nuetral (and hard enough to step on then)

So there's some groups that actually released Koth'Vaul from nightmarch? That seems unlikely. I mean the entire thing was a dull slog, but I don't think anyone would actually let the guy out.

Sorry to those who like it, but I don't even remember my play-through, and when I ran it they went over to the dragon, realized the illusion, and used a scroll of command undead on it. No save, just done. Only memorable encounter was the skunks.

We had one player say..

Two hours later we are still howling with laughter
