Kiriko moves to a position where she is hidden and has a good few of the door and the corridor.

Kiriko reappears from behind the luggage and carefully approaches the crumbling monster to pick up her kunai.

In one fluid motion Kiriko throws her kunai, aiming for the meeting armor on the creature, rolls behind the cover of some baggage and draws her wakazashi.

I don't know much about gargoyles, but if they are still recognisable after colliding with the train, they are probably pretty tough, so we should avoid any open fight. Finding a place to that's easy to defend, till we know how we can escape would be the most sensible plan."
