Hey guys, Kibbles is unfortunately going to have to drop out. I'm stepping back my involvement in PbPs, and as one of the newest this is one of the ones falling by the wayside. Hope you guys have lots of fun, and make an awesome kingdom. Venkelvore feel free to do whatever you see fit with Kibbles and Snouts. I can hang around and finish out the fight if you'd like me to.

Seeing Farg Farg and Fang Face taking care of Happs Kibbles wheels Snouts around, sending the abused wolf to the next victim, laying into the evil horse.

Movement may provoke attack from Haps unless he is already dead. you didn't make the ride roll to see if he took damage and ended prone when his horse was taken out from under him :)
Snouts Bite vs Horse B: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Free Trip: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13

Snout's leap fails to tumble the horse this time, making Kibbles turn red with anger. "Stupid Snouts! Meant make horse fall!" he berates the wolf, before stabbing at it himself with his chopper, missing horribly in his rage, which only continues to build.

Horsechopper vs Horse B: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

"Snouts! Bite mean horse!" Kibbles demands, kicking his mount to urge it forward, the wolf leaping at Haps, but obediently snapping at the hated horses instead, the mount clearly the more dangerous foe than whatever nits may be riding it.

Snouts PA Bite vs Flat-footed Haps' Horse: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Free trip check: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24

With a mighty lunge Snout's fangs sink into the wicked horse's chest, knocking it to the ground as the weight of Kibbles and Snouts hits it. With the beast at his mercy Kibbles raises his horsechopper high and brings it downward for it's intended use, slicing the beasties' throat, covering himself and Farg Farg in arterial spray.

Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14

I think Haps needs to make a DC 15 Ride check to avoid being crushed by falling horse (treating as the Soft Fall riding task)

I haven't tried Okki's way but that could work better, otherwise sometimes you end up having to repost actions when your action is invalidated by someone earlier in the initiative.

I haven't done it with us having the stats before either (well, maybe once), but it seems like it would help make things smoother, so sounds fine.

I believe since I am riding Snouts we just go on the same initiative. Also when I GM it's usually faster if the GM just rolls for initiative (and some other roles too), so I'd be happy for you to do that in future :)

Kibbles wakes with a start as the sound of the bad nits reaches him, he scrambles up from his position sprawled in a ditch and roughly clobbers Snouts awake. "Don't snore Snouts, bad nits hear you!" he whispers angrily at his minion, who just whines resignedly. The cloth swathed figure scratches himself, before climbing onto his beast's back, laying low in the ditch, but ready to pounce.

If by interactive you mean we can click on different things then sure, but don't seem to be able to move anything around

Heh, I know that feeling monjebleu. I've found my own posting a bit disrupted recently; trying not to spend so much time online :) Good luck sorting everything out, and I'll be sure to keep an eye on this place whatever happens to it.

I'm still here and interested, but posting will be sparse from me next couple days. Back to back 12 hour shifts tend to get in the way of posting.

Kibbles hope so. Snouts get really hungry then Kibbles have beat more, Kibbles beat too much Snouts die! That what happen to Hoofs, then had find and wrastle new wolf, found Snouts.

Gobs always serious

For my needs I bought the Paizo PDF of the basic Flip-Mat, print-screen'd it and then pasted it into Paint.net (freely available 'advanced' paint program with support for things like layers and such). Saved everyone's avatars from the forum, took screen caps of monsters from the Bestiary PDFs I had, then used Dropbox to host the images. Took a bit of playing around to get the hang of it, but worked out okay :)

If you don't mind splashing the cash you could get the Bandit Outpost Flip Matt which has both the current encounter area on one side, and a generic grassy terrain on the other. Then there's a few generic ones like Forest, Deep Forest, and Woodlands

Kibbles looks confused as humans respond in strange language, and then annoyed, glaring at gate as Okki says humans refuse to become part of great goblin kingdom.

"This why big longshanks not make good slave. Small longshanks do what told, but not very strong." Kibbles dispenses more wisdom while the others hammer at the door. After Okki and Feeva relate an agreement with the longshanks, Kibbles nods at their wisdom. He leaves the others to their digging and scraping and hiding as he rides out a ways on his woof, clobbering Snouts with the butt of his Horsechopper.

"Snouts find tax nits!" he declares, his reluctant mount growling at his master, but diligently sniffing at the ground for a while. Of course, not having anything to sniff he ends up just chasing down some of the local wildlife.

Survival to gather food: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 6 + 1 = 25
Food enough for himself and 7 others :)

"Kibble am mighty hunter! Bring food for all!" he declares as he rides back to the fort.

Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13

"Where gobs go?" he asks the apparently deserted area, scratching his head. A moment later he spots Feeva crouched down on the edge of a ditch. He puffs his chest out importantly as he rides up to her and pulls a squirell from behind him. "Nice Feeva like furry thing?" he offers, hopping off his mount to present it to her.

Stealth for After the feeding frenzy dies down: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (5) + 14 = 19

Kibbles nods in agreement, still seated astride his mount as Okki makes longshanks talk.

"If stab and poke then Snouts eat them; make belly pie for Chief. Or put chains on, make work. Not work good if make pie too." Kibbles explains to noone in particular, benevolently bestowing his great wisdom and experience of slave taking.

Kibbles has 50 golds! Kibbles rich! Rich!

Kibbles has finished sheet! *holds up piece of bark smeared in poo*

Kibbles looks around at the other goblins when the longshanks voice sounds, the diminuitive goblin swathed in many rags, riding upon a rather mangy, maltreated looking Wolf who has been similarly, though not quite so effectively swathed in dozens of overlapping belts, bits of fur poking out in strange tufts between the many belts.

"Is Kibbles Darkswaddle! Great hero, come to... ummm, come to Make King in Green-Belt, in land of many squiggly waters!" he declares, puffing up his chest importantly as he sits astride Kibbles back. He then looks around at the others again "Other gobs come Make King too."

Kibbles reaches into his rags and rummages around for a while, before pulling out a couple of half squished insects.

"Kibbles have lots bugs. Bite Kibble and make itch. Stinger can eat bugs"

Kibbles hope aminals don't eat each other, take long time to beat Snouts so he do what Kibbles want, unless find better thing to ride in land of squiggly waters?

Favorite Food of Gob: Seagull tasty, especially pickled, but Kibble's favourite food is eel stew.

Mmmm, Kibbles be mighty general, lead army wolfs and gobs, chase longshanks, take their stuff.

Currently running Kingmaker myself, would work well enough with Goblins :) Maybe change some of the other NPCs to more monstrous/unusual races
