"A smart first step to a longer career. May I suggest an honest profession, like smithing. Or smelting. Or maybe mining?" Klank puts his electrically charged hammer away but keeps his shield in hand just in case as he helps round up the remaining agents that haven't fled or fallen.

Back at base camp Klank returns Evindal's mantle "That works pretty well, could have a bit thicker cloth but it definitely stops the light stuff." Once equipment returned and gear maintenance completed Klank turns his sights to food, drink, and a festive mood. "Who wants to challenge me to an eating challenge?" He eyes up a pile of roasted grouse on a nearby table.

"Well fought." Klank congratulates the crew while Shayla pulls out her medical kit. He immediately starts looking through the pile of bodies for any useful gear and equipment the team may benefit from.

"Thanks for the patch up. Anyone have any damaged equipment that needs a quick fix?"

Afterwards he piles the bodies up as both a physical and mental deterrent to anyone looking to get past the group.

Klank turns just in time for Henri to splash him in the face with water. A Dwarf with a sopping wet beard is often an unhappy Dwarf, but for some reason he feels refreshed in this heat. "Thanks. I guess." He IS more immediately thankful though with the flanking opportunity on the plucky red agent. With his ◆ shield raised Kernal whips his warhammer up at Red's exposed chin with a crushing sound.

"Let them come to us." Klank states the obvious, just in case someone decides to charge off into battle. His eyes light up as the haste settles in on his muscles. He raises his shield and takes a small step forward to block the path to the door with Joli.

"Don't let them pass and we'll be fine." He sets his feet and readies himself.

Not sure if you rolled blue white's fort save vs hammer specialization knockdown? DC22. Joli also put conductive on Klank's warhammer so on the crit it would have zapped blue black for 1 zort damage. With a quick look to the side Klank nods as Joli is mostly cured of his wounds, his own continue to mount but at a pace he's comfortable with. His shield is starting to get battered, but that's not hard to fix either. "Keep up the pressure, they'll fall before long." Am I right to understand that since I was going with raised shield exploration mode that I'll have a shield raised til my turn? If so then I'll delay until the demons go in hopes they come to melee. That would put my AC at 27 and I'll shield block the first hit if it comes.

He bends down to retrieve the locket from the ashes and wipes it off, squinting to get a better look at it. "I asked the woman's name so hopefully we could look her family up with the stone sisters." He adds "But maybe we can find more info about them with this instead."
