Jing Hao screams in pain as he takes more and more hits. He knows he can't continue fighting two creatures at once much longer. He has to fight with maximum offense while maintaining some tactical control.

He slides in towards the cat-faced creature.

Not sure what square Red (who I think is the goat?) is in. Either way, I think they are in charge's length of Jing. That is unless the dark green terrain counts as difficult terrain or would otherwise stop him from charging.

Jing strides forward, drawing his scythe, "One way or another they're attacking us, and self-defense is permitable under common law."

As a second level fighter, I don't have much on buffs. Can anyone do some knowledge checks on these guys?

Jing Hao was about to elbow Faeria, but this mad world of fairies and brownies, he wasn't sure if her moon-speak insanity wouldn't be more effective at negotiating than a more practiced diplomat.

"What ones of yesteryear?" Jing Hao was unnerved by this multi-eyed creature, keeping himself several steps away from both him and Desynthia.

"I hate dogs, you daft -- GAHH" Jing is interrupted by being slammed into. He steps to the side, trying to keep his body between the creature and Titus. "What are these things?"

Jing Hao moves as quickly as he can towards solid ground. His time spent crossing the Path of Aganhei left him with an aversion to fighting on ice.

"So, where are we, did we bother to ask?"

Jing Hao's face falls at the idea of entrusting his adventuring gear with a faceless void that hides a portal to another world.

He opens his backpack, and finally comes up with his crowbar.

I hope this works. He says before spinning widdershins.

Jing glances at the scrolls. "Absolute nonsense," he says after a moment, "You seem to like nonsense, take it." He hands his scroll to Faeria.

"I suppose we can attempt to get this color bag, but I suspect we will torn to shreds."

"Well, that seems to have answered our question. A hole here to the First World, that has to explain the unusual weather patterns. Let us return to Bellis and write this up for the Venture Captain." he bows to the odd gnome, "I wish you luck in your various chromatic problems."

Jing is entirely confused by the gnome's poem. He mumbles, hopefully out of earshot of the gnome, "Is this normal for a bleachling?"

Jing blinks as he couldn't even get his scythe out before the spellcasters took care of these frogs..

"Well done."

I should be relatively back to normal by the time the scenario starts but I am going in for a surgery next, so I might be a little slow right around the start.

Any Fancy Immediate Stuff???: I don't think so.
Tactics if any: Against intelligent humanoid creatures (besides giants) Jing Hao prefers to disarm and then trip his opponents, usually using combat expertise to improve his AC. Against other creatures, he'll move and attack them. He avoids power attack unless he knows the creature has some sort of damage reduction. He'll switch weapons if he knows they've got DR; he only uses the longbow against flying creatures or creatures long out of his movement range.

He moves forward to a kobold and tries to take another careful swipe.

He draws his warhammer in both hands and takes a swing at blue.

"Trial and error, I'll figure this out!" Hao says, noticing his allies' weapons can't pierce the creature. He drops his scythe and as he grows larger, he draws his silver warhammer.

"Let's try this!"

Hao moves across, surely opening himself up to attacks and then as he gets into position, attempts to strike.

I say we boost the allied offensive since we don't have a bard or a cleric to do the other boosts, and we're so low level that our skill checks won't be of use to most other tables.

If no one objects, I volunteer to do the attack roll.

Jing Hao laughs, his scythe continuing on to hit the larger dog. Hao positions himself to keep a piece of armor between him and the dogs.
