We are in a hostile town looking for an entrance into a sky citadel that the townspeople don't know exists. We need to be looking for sewers or ruins underground not a citadel. Asking locals about a citadel entrance could be terminal for the mission and anything in that citadel. That is unless I totally missed the briefing.
