Gothia once again moves directly towards the foe, her faith in her god rounding her like another layer of armour.
"Flee back into the swamp or meet your death, it matters not to me...it is your "queen" who I have business with this day!"

As she counts the money out of her pouch, the paladin detects any evil vibrations from those in the room...especially the Innkeeper.
"Indeed, that I think would be best!" When they arrive, she pays for all the party's rooms and a meal in the morning. "Now then, how much will that be, Innkeeper?"
"Now we can return and make sure that creature does not escape to continue its evil schemes elsewhere!" Gothia looks ready to head right out again
Gothia moves towards the creature, her sword at the ready and attempts to scare the beast away from the group, but realizes that she might simply be making herself a target. "Go on...get out of here. There is no easy meal for you here...go on!!"
"Shall I try to draw the beast off while the rest of you move past??"
The paladin nods in reluctent agreement with the bard's statement. "I just hope we are doing the right thing. I know the people need to be protected on the way back...but I cannot shake the feeling that the naga is the greater evil here. AHhh...never mind! Let us care for these poor souls and get them back to their homes and families!" Gothis smiles as she is reminded of the good they are doing for these people.
The paladin stands there, torn between her duty to the people and her oath to stamp out evil. It is easy to see the conflict within her, as she sways slightly back and forth and clenches and unclenches her hands, as if she can fight away this decision. She finally takes a deep breath and turns to the rest of the group. "No, you are correct. These people come first. I can only hope that this evil stays put and that I have not allowed it to escape to terrorize others." She smiles as she looks over the battered townspeople. "Well now, let's get you all home safely...any who are in particular need of healing?"
Wait...what about the creature that caused all this misery? If we leave, it might escape! Can the people stay here for now as we attempt to destroy this evil?" She looks wildly at the others, almost unbelieving that they are simply going to leave when so close to destroying the evil for good.
"Here. TT, try these! Maybe they will work." Once the keys are found, Gothia goes to stand guard to make sure the trogs do not come back in force!
"Come on.... let's get these poor people out of there..now!" The paladin looks around for a key or something to open the cage.
Gothia moves forward to locate the source of the voices, in the hope of freeing any prisoners.
Swinging her sword around after the last hit, Gothia again slices at the Trog threatening her and her friends. Attack:
Gothia maneuvers towards the closest trog, and sends a wicked slash towards her foe. Attack: Damage:
"In the name of Heironeous, stand aside or be smote by his power!"
Gothia follows a step or two behind TT...her sword at the ready and her senses sharp!
Still here and ready to enter the cave/lair!!!
Gothia also runs from cover and strikes at the nearest trog. Attack: Damage:

Gothia watches the two sneak up on the guards and reacts if either is spotted, bursting out of the undergrowth and rushing the two sentries.
Waving the others over, just out of the sight and hearing of the trogs, Gothia whispers. "Finally, we are here! Let us dispose of those guards and search the area before entering the Naga's lair. What do you say?!"
Nodding at the wise advice, Gothia switches directions, but keeps moving forward. When TT mentions the orcs heading off, the paladin looks some-what relieved. "I am glad that they go their own way...I was uncomfortable with them here. While individuals might show mercy and remorse, as a group orcs can be very ill behaved and savage!" She smiles at the bard and thanks her for the information.
"Yes, let's get moving and be wary...these marshes could hide all sorts of dangers!" The paladin takes the lead, for the moment, as the group troops out into the swamp.

Before heading back to sleep, Gothia does a quick check of the camp to ensure everything is ok before retreating back to her bedroll.
"WHo...WHat....Whats happening!" the paladin says, trying to get her bearings as she rises.
Gothia stands and looks over the rest of the group. "I will stand the first watch. Rest and eat...I will wake Chestman for the next watch."
Gothia hands off the trogs to the orc's with them. "They are prisoners and shall not be harmed in any way. Perhaps once we have rooted out this cult they can be released."
Gothia says a quick prayer of thanks before taking the two remaining trog into custody. "Now, tell us where your camp is!"
Stepping past the writhing trog, Gothia moves forward to strike at the remaining creatures and free the poor boy they held as a prisoner.

Gothia lets out a warcry as she moves to meet her foe in combat. Attack:

Trying to make the trogs focus on her, Gothia again hurles insults and oaths at the creatures in the hopes her fellow adventurers can take some advantage of this distraction.
Moving forward to confront the evil before her, Gothia calls out to the lizards. "Stand and face me and face the justice of Heironeous!"
"Well then let's go and see what is burning. Perhaps a lone homestead was plundered and the owners are in need of our help!" The Paladin moves quicker in the direction of the smoke, hoping that there is a non-violent answer for the fire.
"Let's get moving...we have wasted enough time as it is..." With a stern look at the elf, the paladin moves forward to set the pace as the group heads off into the swamps.
Gothia places her hand on the dwarf's shoulder. "I think we need to move on and NOT insult our supposed allies and companions." She looks over to the elf and simply stares at him for several seconds before she slowly turns and joins the others. "Come on...let's go"
Trying to wait patiently while the orcs talk, Gothia gets a little jittery. Not only can she not understand what is being said, but these orcs are not her idea of allies...having battled many of their kind back home.

Gothia watches as the two orcs talk. While diplomacy is always a worthwhile endeavour, she is unsure that in this case, it will work...but Krishka seems to know what she is doing, so the paladin waits and watches.
Gothia stands behind Krishka to help back her up, if needed. Having battled many orcish tribes back home, Gothia feels that Krishka is approaching this in the right way.
Perception:
"Greetings and well met Nailo. We look forward to your help in dismantling this cult and freeing all the slaves the naga has taken. I am Gothia VonSalis, paladin of Heironeous."
Gothia hands her money pouch over to Chestman. "Take what you need for supplies for us all."
"I do not believe that will be necessary. We know where we need to go and how to get there. Let us gather our gear, drop this beast off with the mayor and his constables and be off into the swamp to destroy this evil. I fear this was just the tip of the spear..." The paladin looks ready to go, but a close look will reveal her sunken eyes and lines of fatigue upon her brow.
