Ghroth moves on to one of the demons harassing Kira. The eidolon slams it in the side of the head with his fist before lashing out with a vicious black taloned foot to the chest. When the claw sticks Ghroth leaps off the ground with the other foot stomps downward shredding through demon flesh on his descent.

Ghroth leaps upward to grab a rafter and digs in with his claws. One hand after the other he swings above the fray and drops down between the tieflings and peryton. The eidolon lashes out at the peryton as he lands, but more as a feint than anything serious.

Kaygan is unlikely to conflict so...
Ghroth rounds the stairs in a low crouch, frill raised and challenging the room with a low gurgling hiss. The eidolon's tentacle lashes out and latches onto the schir's midsection with needle-like fangs reeling it in just enough for Ghroth to rake one claw across the demon's face before releasing it and spitting its own blood back at it.

Ghroth drops from his perch and lopes around to rush the stairs.
I don't think Ghroth can do anything but move this round, but I'm not 100% sure how far he can get. Stairs are double move right? So N7. If that is the same square Booam is in, I'll stop behind him.

Ghroth's toothy tentacle snakes out over the table and slithers around the nearest bandit throat. He rears back straining against the bandit as the tentacle tightens, but it is difficult to get a solid grip.

Ghroth drops low to all fours and tears into the shop with claws clacking on the floor. The amphibian terror slams into the table at full force, rocking it back against the defenders but it holds. Ghroth rises up with a full throated gurgling roar and claws extended as he towers over the table and defenders.

EDIT: I realized a little late that I didn't have enough movement to make it to either table and still take an action. Technically he could do it at reach with his tentacle/tongue, but it is a little ridiculous and fails in any case. I'll leave the post as is, but rules-wise he just double moved.

That last hit would have banished Ghroth. Rather than that I'll use life link to move all of that damage to Hannik. She is now at 7/18
The howler effectively rips Ghroth's throat open, but as it jerks away his slimy skin begins writhing and pulling itself back together. Behind him Hannik screams and her hand jerks up to her throat.
Undeterred Ghroth continues burrowing into the howler from below and rushes it on all fours. The spines along his neck stand up fully rigid as the eidolon gets under its belly and rips upward in an attempt to flip it over.

Ghroth leaps forward on all fours and his fanged jaw drops open allowing the eel-like tentacle to thrust out from under the howler. Teeth latch in and begin burrowing from below.
