Hi all... my name is Kevin, I'm a real world friend of Bishop's (Chris). I appreciate the invite to the game, and I'll do my best to not keep anyone waiting. :)

I'll also update my character info before we play too. But just so I'm providing info when I can, my character is a Halfling Cleric that focused on summoning... I can heal just fine, but I am fond of summoning a pack of celestial ankylosaurs... always a good time.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to playing with the group.

Evan and his celestial wolves close on the spell caster woman blue and green draw AoOs if it matters. The wolves try to tear into her...

Blue (with no flank yet unless they can all move and then all attack)

I think the spiritual weapon has a limited speed, so it probably fell behind and winked out of existence. And I'm realizing I don't have my character with me at the moment... I think Evan will give the red wolf bit of luck for next time it needs to roll well... there wasn't a point during the turn Evan could do it and still end up moving as much as he did.

Round 6
Evan uses the speed boost benefit of the Blessing of Fervor, and double moves into the room. The wolves are just fast and also double move into the room.

Why is what's happening so disorganized?

I thought the two rounds the GM passed were us traveling to another location... and the guard pleading for his life was left behind? So did Boom kill him? Or are we in another location? Combat map shows different location... so if Boom stayed behind to kill the final archer, does that mean Boom isn't there yet?

As for healing, if people look hurt, I can start firing off channels. Let me know.

So as I understand it, it's Kirael's turn on round 5 still... after we arrived in the new location. And Boom would be next on round 6.

Evan runs in and sees the guard up on the stairs, and casts his last spiritual weapon for the day...

attack roll: 1d20 + 11 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 11 + 2 = 26 (the +2 comes from blessing of fervor... does that work on something like this?)

Based on what Evan can see right now, the wolves appear where I placed them on the map, except the far ones (red and green) that had to run into flanking positions... though they had plenty of move to get there without AoOs. Evan directs them in Celestial to attack...

Round 2
Evan 5ft steps and spends the round casting that summon I mentioned before. If the GM wills it I'll keep the old role for number of celestial wolves, or I can of course roll again.

It'll last 8 rounds. A brief description of the effects as listed in the link above: You choose one beneficial effect from the list of options each round. Doesn't have to be the same each round.

pretty important to know if it's within 20 minutes of the last fight... seems like it would be but obviously need a GM ruling. If so... everyone but Harnac still has DR 20 vs fire. Also, weren't we doing a round of prep? I was hoping for a round to summon before we opened the door.

How many of us are there? And do we have a round to prep? Because I'm thinking that casting the summon first might still be the way to go. And then I can include most of the wolves in the blessing... assuming we're all close together.

And is init being rolled soon? don't forget my +1 Mr DM sir!

since we seem to have a round or two to plan... Evan will say he's happy to cast Blessing of Fervor on whoever wants to start near him. And he'll cast his summon after that. If the GM is okay with that. If I'm being held to what I said I would do in case I couldn't post, I'll summon first, and then hit whoever is within 30 feet of me.

roars of demons? And cries for help are coming from the same direction? Unless the group stops him, Evan is running up to where he can see and summoning a bunch of wolves...

Also, this seems pretty quick... we haven't done anything time consuming I think... We're still within the 20 minutes for DR 20 vs fire from my spell right?

Seeing that their foe isn't doing too well, Evan decides not to start summoning. He steps away from the beast and opts for the spiritual weapon of Desna again (Evan had 3 of them prepared)...

Yeah I haven't bothered with selective channel yet... can't exclude him. I went the summoning route... so if we get to a real bad fight I'll summon celestial things to tear into our foes. Actually... they count as "good" weapons right?

so Azdak is next... Evan is still hoping for an answer from him... because I'm pretty sure channeling won't affect the outsider. There's a whole feat to make it possible to affect outsiders... but I want GM confirmation via Azdak's good knowledge roll.

That's REALLY annoying. Genuine real world annoying. I have this spell prepared by default all the time...

Just seconds TOO LATE, Evan moves up and casts Communal Energy Resist. All but Harnac are in reach, and each of the four of us now has DR 20 versus Fire for the next 20 minutes.

With a wave of his hand Evan redirects the translucent spinning blade of his god to the nearest foe... and it sets to its work...

Seeing that foes are not staying up for very long, Evan opts to not cast another spell, but will survey his friends to see if any need a quick heal for next round...

Whether or not the others follow him, and seemingly without any interest in finding this gambler... he marches in to find out where he's supposed to get changed...

I was going to move in and channel to harm... but I can't move far enough. Sorry guys. Hopefully I get lucky on the only action I can take that might help now...

Evan tries to move closer hoping to channel Desna's wrath against the undead, but can't quite get close enough to reach the ghoul. Realizing this on the way, Evan draws his sling on the move, and uses one of the magic stones he just imbued with the power to greater harm undead and looses his hopeful shot at the ghoul...

attack roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (2, 2) + 2 = 6

(not within 30 feet... so no point blank shot bonus. But if Fel is chanting, those both get +1 right?)
