I purchased two of the Starfinder syrinscape sound packs for my husband for Christmas but when I click "fetch serial number" the page reloads and I can't get the code. Judging from the CS forums this is an ongoing problem.
Can someone from CS please reach out to me when you all are back in the office? Thanks and Happy Holidays!

I've been able to populate the code for one of the two soundsets, however the other one does appear to be having trouble. You should be able to claim the initial redemption code on your My Downloads page at this time. I've reached out to Syrinscape to get the second redemption key, I'll send you an email with a follow up in the mean time. Thanks for checking in with us about this!

I sent an email to follow up but I'm going to post here as well. My husband and I were able to get the first code to work but have not heard from you regarding the second code since the 26th. Do you have any updates for us? Thanks!
