"My people have been bred so long to do evil, it's literally in their blood to hunt and kill other civilized people, and take their stuff. One could almost excuse them for just being who they are. You chose this life, of hurting your fellow humans, just to get things. That's truly sickening. If I were like you, you'd be on fire now. Ask him," she says, nodding at Arthrax. "I like setting things on fire." She glances down at the man she burned and goes a little pale. "You shout a warning, you die. Lie on your bed, keep your mouth shut, and hope I forget how you make your 'living'." With that, she turns and storms out of the room, looking for the stairs.

In that case, she won't have to move as much. I changed Demona's and Arthrax's movement. Hope it's okay. Seeing Connor dash north, Demona steps south, right between Arthrax and the orange bandit, and blasts him with the afore-mentioned jet of flame.

She hopes that she survives long enough for Arthrax to take her to task for taking such a risk. She holds out her hand and unleashes a jet of fire which catches both green and blue. She waits until Arthrax tells her that danger is imminent (likely within the next hour or so) then casts her spell. Wisps of ethereal flame surround her feet, then whoosh up to the top of her head, leaving her sheathed in what looks like a heat shimmer.

She reaches down to ruffle his hair affectionately before rolling over and letting sleep take her.

"Lots of fires might make them think twice about approaching our camp." She takes the time to smile at Arthrax and squeeze his shoulder. "You're doing a really good job keeping me alive. 100% success rate so far. Thanks for agreeing to do this." Then she enjoys some chicken and goes to sleep.

The house rule I've always used is that if you get interrupted (by either a random encounter or a watch rotation), you figure out the percentage of 8 hours that have gone by and restore that percentage of spells of each level. If you then end up using one or more spells during the night (assuming you've recovered enough to have them available), you wake up the next morning with those spells gone.

I play manipulator or controller wizards, when I play one at all. Demona is just special, although she's also trying to capitalize on the winter fey's apparent fear of fire. And yes, setting the arms on fire was also just a cheeky juvenile prank to help her vent frustrations at these fey, and neither she not I make any apologies for it! :)

She keeps glancing at him and smirking, however, as they proceed.
