I have had problems with the german customs for almost all packgages in the old system (glued their label over the paizo label with the tx-informations and I had to pay the tax a second time - to get this back I had to fill out a lot horrible forms - tried this one time and after that I just paid this extra)
There was no problem with the DHL package.

But I understand that this is not the case for everyone.

So maybe it could be a solution to let us choose which carrier we want for our packages. There was something like this in the old system.

My package arrived yesterday (germany), this was very fast and I have had no problems with customs or second payments for tax.
DHL delivered right to my adress without any extra fees, yay !

In the old system there was a problem almost every time with US-Post glueing their label over the tax-information of the paizo label.

Something went totally wrong with my AP-Subscription.

I complaint on Nov 19. to customer-servive that AP 220 (from last monthe) was in my order instead of AP 221 and they wrote back that the correct AP 221 will be send.
But in my Subscription-Order there is still AP 220, and in the Library there are only the files for Draconic Codex and the Flip Mat, but not for AP 221.
So I guess that AP 220 is in the package and not AP 221.
I wrot customer-service again but I guess it is too late now to fix this.

So I am eagerly waiting for the pdf
I hope it will be AP 221 and not as shown in the order AP 220.
I contacted customer-servive about this last week and they told me everything will be OK, but still getting nervous when I see the wrong Adventure Path Volume on the order

Different issue - I got my next subscription order email, but it says Crypt of Runes is shipping, not Into the Apocolypse Archive. I THINK this in error, but it would defintely be a thing to be double checked.

I have the same problem, mailed customer-service and hope it is just an Error.

I had to add all my subscriptions in the new store.
Send an email about my charter status tocustomer sevice an got it back really quick.

But: the email i have got for the subscription shows only the adventure path module (without the 15% - but in My Subscription it is shown with thr right price)
Codex Draconis is missing in the Email and on the page for my subscriptions only placeholders are shown for the Lost Omen Legends and for the Pathfinder Maps subscription in the Subscription Order.

Has anybody a similar problem or is Codex Draconis included in the December order as I think it should ? (then I have to pester customer-service again, what I want to avoid if possible - they have git enough work)

Hi i'm from germany. I pay the pre-Customs fees and it should work
BUT: in most months the Paizo Lable with all this information disappears under an US-Post Lable and the german customs office does not look inside the package (where all this information ist duplicated) - so i'm slapped again with custom fees

I have got the same problems with two of my last shipments.
It seems that US-Post glues their label over the Paizo label so the relevant information is no lange visisble

The subscription package (July) arrived without extra tax for the first time this year (germany) !

I have got the same problem here in germany, DeutschePost/DHL collects the tax a second time.
For me it looks like they don't even bother to open the packages, so they missed the nice letter from paizo in the January shipment and the tax-informations on the bill inside the package.

So far I have send a letter to the german custums office in Frankfurt every month and demand to get these double taxes back. Until now just automated answer "please wait - we have to much work" but no real results.

I hope the new system with the numbers on the shipping lable will work better

2 Packages, one UPS Ground with the two Pawn boxes, shipping to Germany 8.20 $ (and complete gone with the shipping discount)
This can't be right (it would be great, but I expect some sort of error)

Will there be any special information how to roll over the subscription from PF1 tod PF2 ?

I want to keep all my actual subscriptions and get everything in print except the standalone modules.

That was indeed how the shipment had been set up by the postal service, but there was the option to ship all the items in one box, and it was only $.40 more expensive, so I bumped it up to that. Let me know if you would prefer a different shipping method.

But I tried the Option you mentioned and the clicking the "Download problem link" only started the authorization again.

i just bought some pdfs, but one of them I can not open with acrobat reader. I tried a second download, but after unzipping I got the same problem. Maybe there is something wrong with the file.

Some maybe silly questions here - glad if someone could give an good opinion on this:
Lets say I have a character like a monk with an AC-Bonus from Wisdom and a scaling Damage from levels (or the flurry of blows feature)

What carries over with an polymorph ?

I think nothing if it is a not humanoid form, but Form of the Giant for example would make use of all this features.
So no kungfu-fighting Tiger, but a kungfu-fighting giant.

What do you think ? Any rules options ?
(Just for Information: I am the GM, but I have a very interested Player)

Still the same problem, I tried this with an other browser (Internet Explorer) and even an other PC.

Found out that I can download direct from the products page, but I have to search for every product, quite a hassle but better than no pdf :-)

Everytime I try to got to the My Downloads page I am send back to "returning customer" after what feels like a Minute or so.
I check in again on this page, but the situation just repeats itself.
This is going on since last week.

something went wrong with my starfinder subscriptions, i subscribed to all 4 lines but the Starfinder Accessories Subscripton is not showing on "My Subscriptions" and several items from this line and the "Map" line are still in my sidecart without a subscription sign.
The Accessorie subscription is missing from my tag as well.

Just purchased some pdfs - the same problem here.
I get kicked back to the downloads page without any download-link opening.

looks like something went wrong with the order spawning for the comics subscriptions.
I get all my stuff usually in one monthly subscription-shipping, but it looks like the comic Worldscape #2 wants to get shipped all alone :-)

Could someone please fix that error.

yesterday I made an order for the new pawn-bases (# 3957176), but i never got an confirmation email.
I have the same situation with all my orders outside of my subscriptions for many many months. These were all pdf-only so I thought this was the reason - but now I see that it happens on orders with physical products too.

Could you please check whats wrong here, because it is better to have the order condfirmation when I am unlucky and I have to pick up the package at the customs-office.

I printed these order from my Order History, so no need to hurry anything.

i will be patient :-)
yesterday when i came back from work i got the two packages from the january-subscription - including a holiday-card - so my collection is complete

Order 3778320 was shipped in two packages.
The first one (Shipping email 14. December, Player companion & Flip mat) arrived in the first week of January, but the second one (Shipping email 16. December) has not arrived until now.

Should I wait a bit longer or is it the time to ask for an replacement ?
When you send a replacement. please is it possible to include the holiday card even if it is alraedy 2016 ?
It was just this shipment - and so far i have collected them all for their goblin fun :-)

the summer15 discount on this order is not working.
I have got my 15% subscriber discount but not the 10% extra.
I thought that this discounts will add up - is this wrong ?

I don't know of any proxy (it is my work-PC) and my browser settings allow all cookies.
It ist something like an timeout-procecc i guess, because it tries to reach the secure page for about 10 seconds before sending me back to login again.

(Edit) So after 3 times it worked this morning :-)

I have some problems to reach the My Downloads page.
I can log in and reach My Account without any problems, but when I try for My Downloads I am redirected to "Returnuing customer" login. Time and time again...
For my last subscription downloads i tried this in the morning, at noon and in the afternoon during a whole week until i was able to reach My Downloads.
Now when I try to get the Player Guide for Hells Rebels i face the same problem.

I tried to delete the whole browser-cash, but to no avail, on both browsers: firefox and IE

Any idea for a solution ?

I tireid this from My Account and direct from the links on top of the page, I tried firefox and internet explorer - everytime the same problem.

I tried again to log in to my Downloads and now it is working again !

Thank you - i will remember this for future orders.

But now i can not log in to my downloads - every time i try this i get the "returning customer" screen, have to type the password again and then i am redirected to the same screen to do it again
I guess there is some other problem with my account

Same problem here
I use Outlook 2010 too. The program freezes for a few minutes when I try to open this emails.

i have got 38 pdf in my shopping cart but i can not check out.
I am redirected to "returning customer" to type my password again, then a long time nothing happens (white screen, loading symbol is running), then i am back to the mainpage

please help
