We're getting these out ahead of time because you will notice that near the end of the year, the expected authorizations and shipping dates shift significantly earlier than other months. Keep that in mind to know when your order will process and charge in the coming months.

Your November subscriptions should show as either pending or shipped at the bottom of that page.
I am referring to the "Upcoming Subscription Shipments" section at the top of the page. The November shipment should have disappeared from there shortly before the auths were run. The first item there now should be your December shipment. In my case, it says "21 items. Not yet shipped." -- and the subscription items listed under that are the items for January, not December. It is followed by projected shipments for February and March.

Under "Account Settings" there's a "My Subscriptions", but it's just a list of the lines I'm subscribed to. Doesn't show anything about individual items in those subscriptions or the months.
And it's not on a separate page; it's just a section on the settings page.

But I'm like David: nothing physical showing as shipping in December.
No AP, no maps.
it does show my Pathfinder Society and Starfinder Society PDFs.
There are two "unknown timeframe" shipments which correspond to January and February items.
So, count me as a "No December shipments" showing.

My problem was fixed and then became broken again.
My Customer Service thread on the subject got moved to Website Feedback, where I received a very non-helpful response when I recently reported this reoccurrence of the problem. The person said that my December shipment would show up again when earlier shipments get out of the way, which is ridiculous because the December shipment is the next one to be authorized, even ahead of the November PFS/SFS subscriptions.
For me, that page is now showing November PFS/SFS, January physical, and February physical in that order. March 2020 was apparently correctly bumped off the page when November PFS/SFS was added, but so far there has been no adequate reason for the disappearance of the December physical section twice in advance of the auths to be run next Thursday.

Update: The Weapons & Armor Deck has been moved to January.

I noticed yesterday that my December order has come back. Not much subscription stuff, but most of those minis that I have been ordering and throwing into my sidecart seem to have suddenly become available.

We have begun the order generation process. This process usually takes most of the day. Keep an eye out for your order confirmation emails! We will update when we expect that all orders have been generated.
No confirmation email again, but have a pending order in my Order History.

Yesterday, I put in two orders for more minis to be sidecarted and my monthly subscription order was generated.
I received two out of the three e-mails, one of which was the monthly subscription order.
My conclusion is that there are still a few glitches in the e-mail generation process.

We have completed the order generation process. I checked with tech team and it seems that they are aware the email issues carried over from the previous auth, and they are not yet at the point to implement a fix for that. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
Please check your order history page to ensure you have an order generated if you are expecting one. Please contact us via email, phone (contact info at the bottom of most of our webpages), or by starting your own thread in this forum if you have any questions or concerns.

Don't have a shipping email for December subs yet, but I did get an email about my Pathfinder and Starfinder Society subs. "We estimate processing and fulfilling your Pathfinder and/or Starfinder Society Subscription order Wednesday, November 27th, 2019. Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments to your digital subscription subscription."
I think it's the first time I've seen that statement, and I wonder why they felt it necessary. <shrug> Maybe it's because my debit card expires the end of next month.

Hello folks!
Glad to see everything is shipping out and so quickly too! There's not a lot of products this month which also makes life easier on our warehouse, a holiday respite before the craziness that will be January.
I also got the November Society Scenario thread up. That blurb about the estimation of processing and fulfilling the scenarios is supposed to always be attached to those emails...assuming the human behind it remembered to add it.

Has anyone noticed an issue with the download of the single file version of Broken Promises? Mine did not have the Interactive Maps, though the multi-chapter version does.
i wondered about that. I’ve gotten used to them and figured there weren’t any with this volume. I just haven’t had a chance to take a close look at the volume yet.
