i just bought some pdfs, but one of them I can not open with acrobat reader. I tried a second download, but after unzipping I got the same problem. Maybe there is something wrong with the file.

Everytime I try to got to the My Downloads page I am send back to "returning customer" after what feels like a Minute or so.
I check in again on this page, but the situation just repeats itself.
This is going on since last week.

something went wrong with my starfinder subscriptions, i subscribed to all 4 lines but the Starfinder Accessories Subscripton is not showing on "My Subscriptions" and several items from this line and the "Map" line are still in my sidecart without a subscription sign.
The Accessorie subscription is missing from my tag as well.

looks like something went wrong with the order spawning for the comics subscriptions.
I get all my stuff usually in one monthly subscription-shipping, but it looks like the comic Worldscape #2 wants to get shipped all alone :-)

Could someone please fix that error.

yesterday I made an order for the new pawn-bases (# 3957176), but i never got an confirmation email.
I have the same situation with all my orders outside of my subscriptions for many many months. These were all pdf-only so I thought this was the reason - but now I see that it happens on orders with physical products too.

Could you please check whats wrong here, because it is better to have the order condfirmation when I am unlucky and I have to pick up the package at the customs-office.

I printed these order from my Order History, so no need to hurry anything.

Order 3778320 was shipped in two packages.
The first one (Shipping email 14. December, Player companion & Flip mat) arrived in the first week of January, but the second one (Shipping email 16. December) has not arrived until now.

Should I wait a bit longer or is it the time to ask for an replacement ?
When you send a replacement. please is it possible to include the holiday card even if it is alraedy 2016 ?
It was just this shipment - and so far i have collected them all for their goblin fun :-)

the summer15 discount on this order is not working.
I have got my 15% subscriber discount but not the 10% extra.
I thought that this discounts will add up - is this wrong ?
I have only Pathfinder Society Modules in my order.

I have some problems to reach the My Downloads page.
I can log in and reach My Account without any problems, but when I try for My Downloads I am redirected to "Returnuing customer" login. Time and time again...
For my last subscription downloads i tried this in the morning, at noon and in the afternoon during a whole week until i was able to reach My Downloads.
Now when I try to get the Player Guide for Hells Rebels i face the same problem.

I tried to delete the whole browser-cash, but to no avail, on both browsers: firefox and IE

Any idea for a solution ?

i tried several times to reach the My Downloads page today, but it is not working.
I get the "returning customer" screen and have to log in again and then I am redirected to this screen again

I tireid this from My Account and direct from the links on top of the page, I tried firefox and internet explorer - everytime the same problem.

i have got 38 pdf in my shopping cart but i can not check out.
I am redirected to "returning customer" to type my password again, then a long time nothing happens (white screen, loading symbol is running), then i am back to the mainpage

Dear customer service team,

i preordered the Strategy Guide and during the checkout under "Confirm" the system told me it would go to the sidecart and ship with my subspriptions (as i want it).
There was no option for the shipping available during the order process.

So after my last bad experiences with such orders i checked the sidecart - Order 3354303 is listed as pending but not in the sidecart.

Please give it a kick to the sidecart.

dear customer service team.

there seems to be an problem with my order checkout for products that should ship with my subscriptions.

I can not change the shipping meethod, there is no link or button for this.
At the end of the order process the system is telling me that the article will ship with my next subscription.
But it does not and it does not show in my sidecard after i place the order.

This is the third order with this problem and this time i am sure that i did not see any button to choose "ship with subscription"
I only get 3 big button on top of the screen: order, payment method, confirmation - nothing abou shipment methods.
On the confirmation screen there is the small text about this order shipping with the next possible subscription order

just a second thought: is it normal that i have to "change" the payment method for every order ? There is never a method pre choosen, but i have only one registered in your system.

I have ordered three different products in the last few weeks and for all I have gotten the message "will ship with a future subscription shipment" at the end of the order process.
But for order 3139135 and 3130646 I have got the shipping-mail today, both products were shipped on their own and not together with my subscriptions.

Could you please check that the remaining order 3167284 will ship with some of my next subsriptions.

Was this my fault, did I forgot a shipping-choice ?
I never saw a button to change the shipping-method for this orders.

all the files from my subscriptions were working, just the Psionics Bestiary is stubborn and comes again and again with ther mesaage "personalizing - click again in 10 seconds"

could you please prodd the stubborn file :-)

i have got a problem dowmloading "Deep Magic - glyphs, Seals & Wizard marks".
since about 5 Minutes i try to download this file, but everytime i get the message "personalizing, please wait..."
All other files of this order had no problems with personalizing & download, just this one.

I have just bought the Psionics Augmented pdf&print bundle an I would like to have the print copy shipped with one of the next subscription shipments instead of an extra shipping.
I could not change this during the order process and the print copy does not show in my sidecard.
Is this because it is an preorder ?

I tried this with firefox and with windows explorer.

I have got 8 "special order" items in this order, should any of these items be the reason for the still pending order (like last month...) please shift them to my sidecart for later shipment.

If this is the case, is it possible to get all this "special order" items into one seperate order that will ship when these items are available ?

i guess this order is "pending" since Jan 12 because of the two "special order" items.
Would it be possible to send the 2x Brick Pathfinder Battles Miniatures now (maybe including some of the other items of this order as well as longs as it is only onee package)and the rest later together with the special order items ?

I have got a problem with the download for Game Geek 2 from Avalon.
even after I repersonalize it, the file will not load.
I get the message "waiting for paizo-remote1..." an the site has a hangup - i waited a few minutes but nothing happend, so i was forced to close the browser and log in again.
All other downloads from the same order are working fine.

i found that the pdf of "Avalon character Vol 1 issue #3 Naomi windsong" has a wrong price.
All other pdf of these series are 1$ this one is 100$.
I deleted it in time from my order but thought it wuold be better to tell you about this bug

I send this email last wednesday, but had some problems with the internet-connection - so maybe it never arrived
Sorry if you get this the second time.

It seems that one part of the subsription-order 1269725 has gone missing. It was send in two parts according to the shipping-emails from 24. November 2009. On 9. December 2009 package 1 from this order arrived (Pathfinder Bestiary, Map pack extradimensional spaces, Seekers of secrets), but the second package has not shown up until today. I have got even the next subscription-shipment (1319382) last on 2. January 2010.

The missing package contains:
Pathfinder GM screen
Adventure path #27
Book of the damned, Vol 1
Cities of Golarion
Flip-Mat: Pathfinder Lodge

Is there a chance it will be extrem late ?
If not, could you please send me a replacement.

Is it possible to send the 5 "pending" miniatures now and the rest that are on "preorder" in a second shipment later ?
I know that I will have to pay more for shipping, but I think in the end it will be cheaper than paying for customs for the whole order.
I found out the hard way that an order over app. 80$ will need an extra payment on customs here in germany.
And on miniatures that will be 19% (incl. on shipping costs !)

i wanted to get the free Suzerain pfd but it shows up as costing 12.95 in the shopping cart.
It shows as 0.00 for "each" but 12.95 for "total"
I guess this must be a bug

i wrote an email last week because only 3 of 5 items arrived in the shipment für this order.
Now over the weekend the situation has changed completely.
On saturday a second package arrived - containing all 5 ordered items.
So now I have got 2 of :
Pathfinder Chronicles: Campaign Setting (OGL) Hardcover Print Edition
Pathfinder Chronicles: Curse of the Crimson Throne Map Folio Print Edition
Pathfinder Companion: Second Darkness (OGL) Print Edition

What now ?
Can I send them back ?

will there be PDF-versions of W2 and D3 or are all the "new" pathfinder modules only print-versions ?
I would like to buy the pdf's but there is only the print-version in the shop
