...hmmm, not to be cheesy here, but since I just threw up a magic circle, does that afford me another will save? 'tis an enchantment compulsion effect which I believe falls under the purvey of prot. vs. evil. It's not really an "exercise mental control" effect, so my inclination would be "no".

For what little its worth, I greatly disapprove of that interpretation of attack/grab/contstrict release shenanigans. It greatly overestimates the creature damage as appropriate to CR. Grumble, grumble. I choose not to take the interpretation as a GM.
The tentacles assault Chjara multiple times, but fail to bring her down.
"Perhaps this was the campsite of a gnome, or maybe a goblin. Those are the only creatures..." Chjara eyes Lini, and proceeds cautiously "...adventerous enough to practice alchemy in a place like this. Shall we investigate?"
Before they leave, Chjara asks for some symbol or unique piece of gear that their captain might bear, in precise and descriptive detail as the elves can bear to relate.
"Charming adventure. And I thought wandering around the worldwound was bothersome; I have now found new lows to experience."

We are warriors and scholars traveling under the auspice of the Pathfinder Society. We have come to seek your aid as renown demon hunters. General Tenasi thought your force lost. Is this your entire group?" Chjara asks, tentatively.
Chjara wave her rod of splendor in the direction of the Centipede, surrounding it in a giant tent filled with food to feed 100 people.
"Perhaps that will be enough food to keep it busy for a few moments?" she shrugs, not really believing her own words.

We are from the Pathfinder Society. If you could train your bows on the centipede rather then us, it would greatly reduce our level of anxiety."

Rather, we seek to save the lore of a fallen piece of history - a Sky citadel - from the hands of demons and their worshipers. I assure you our ultimate purpose is a noble one. While the battle of Kyonin against the tangible threat of the Tanglebriar is a very real one, our battle against the intangibles - loss of history and understanding of the past - is no less a vital cause."
Chjara will study her surroundings closely, and then turn to her companions.
No, I don't usually play her like this. She is normally quite diplomatic if a bit rigid. However, any dialogue that revolves around "Do you know who I am? Respect my authori-tay" is irksome. People generally don't deal with each other that way, unless they one of the Paris Hiltons of the world. The fact that Aram Zey is always portrayed in this light frustrates me to no end. I'd rather he went the way of the Lantern Lodge
"Indeed, I spoke in jest. We all know that outsiders would not be welcome in your realm unless matters were particularly dire, even those with elven heritage like myself.
