Readied action: shoot when opponent moves. Move action: Spot check for hidden opponents.
Chiro, upon seeing some action start, will begin scanning for targets. Hopefully he will not need to reveal his location before the birds arrive.
Chiro gently and carefully handles Nixon.
"I shall take very good care of him."
Chiro scans buildings carefully, and then sneaks (Like a bat!)to a good spot.

"If I could borrow your most awesome firearm Cocaman, I will find some camouflage and hide upon a rooftop."
Should I make a survival check or hide check to find a place with a good view that is hard to spot from the air as well as the ground?
"A plan! I say, we have a plan!"
"Hmmm any other towers nearby that are close to this ones height? Thinking sniper spot."
Ka-Ching!
Chiro checks the little furball's gear and thinks about how he could improve their situation. Hmmmm maybe crossbows?
Chiro wiggles his ears and takes an echolocation scan, the better to recognize him later.
"Nice to meet you purple dinosaur guy."
"Do these bad birds fly at night? I am thinking a nighttime assault would favor at least three of us if not."
"I luv you, you luv me, we are just one big happy family!"
Ahem, bat, ahem, climbing claws, ahem, I think my taking a 10 gives me 16
"I can lower a rope after we get up the shaft if anyone wants it."
Chiro will happily fill in Eva on the last 20 minutes or so.
".....vulture things or hoops, certainly not bats, nope not bats."
"Well I for one would be glad to help out these 'Fur Folk' by checking into these evil fliers, do they attack at night or day?"
Sweat rolls down Chiro's brow for a second as he thinks about the various things he likes to eat....then he hears "hoops"
"Oh yeah, those darn dirty hoops! flying and attacking people from the air!"
"HELLO!, we won't hurt you."
Someone other than me should talk, I tend to scare people, why? I don't know.....Ready my pistol behind my back :)
Hmmmm, I would prefer the darkest part of the night so middle shift for me
Chiro looks longingly at the upper levels of the building, hoping for a glimpse of a perch for tomorrow morning.
"Hmmm, you gonna eat those spider goat innards? I could use a snack..."
Chiro smacks his lips as he drools over the best parts of a beastie.
"more live steel on our side the better I say. Go with the talking and thinking machine."
"I am impressed, I say, impressed."
Chiro puts away his grenades, hoping they won't be needed.
Chiro readies grenades, thinking his trusty AK-AK probably won't cut it.
"Say EVA, whats the size of a house and clanks around on metal feet?"
Chiro will motion to everyone to be on alert for "something bad" on the way, then sneak over to the outside door to have a look-see.

Chiro waggles his ears.

"Hmmm, gold to Roach and Cocoa, gun... you want that Germain or Sherman? Electronics and bits to Eva, and the cards to the most human looking....which would not be me, thank goodness!"
Chiro gives another patented grin of doom as he flexes his wings.
I will take the gun and ammo to carry, if no one else wants. Unless you meant that was a Glock 22 at 10mm caliber and not .22 caliber? In which case it is not too bad of a gun.
"Cool, you found a backpack! I hope there is some ancient relics we can learn about the past from inside. Oh, and loot."
Chiro will happily search the skeleton and aid Roach
Chiro will use his amazing groundskeeper skills and try and "rake" the remains from the foot of the stairs without putting his precious hide in harms way.
Will try and use pieces of furniture or bits of debris to push or pull the remains around to get a look at what is under the pile of spidergoat and other skeletons.
"Hmmm maintenance or emergency type cards? I shall check the front desk area again. Maybe someone left one behind. What do these cards look like?"
Search +9+2; 1d20+11=15
Chiro yells: "We are emergency maintenance users! Let us pass!"
Well its worth a try, maybe Eva can convince it.
"Righto, AK-47 loaded and ready."
Gotcha, sharp. What did the outside look like again? Any open widows high up? And what is blocking the elevator shaft so we can't climb it? I can't find either descriptions in the posts. But for now we try the stairs.
Chiro will let one of the bigger mals lead the way.
Anything we could use to look around the corners of the stairs (other than Roach). Looking for a piece of flat glass or a mirror.

"I have rope and I am a VERY good climber. But we could try and rush it using that door as cover."
Chiro whips out his notebook and scribbles down a few new observations about the strange world of the ancients.
"Wow they sure dressed funny back then, thanks EVA."
"Maybe try climbing the elevator shaft to bypass the trap?"
Head out into the "lobby"? and check out the elevator shaft.
"Huh, man I wish those ancients had some kind of reason for the words they use. They look like random numbers and letters to me. Here ya go EVA, maybe you can do something with this. Might be part of another ancient device or such."
Hands it over to EVA.
Plans on snagging that AK-47 magazine. Unless there is an objection?
Chiro will pick up the strange item he found and look for any writing on it or clue to it's use.
Chiro will use his Skilled Searcher talent to look for any hidden or secret items. Also looking for any written material or images (that whole explorer thing).

"You open it, there might be something dangerous or booby trapped or something."
*grins*
Then opens the door forcibly.
Strength 14, do you need a check?
Chiro advances and tries to open the door.
Chiro will advance and check out the desk behind the plastic, then the elevator shafts. Checking to make sure his compatriots have his back.
Chiro will quietly skulk into the lobby, using his big eyes to best effect to search the shadows. If he can't spot anything he will switch to echolocation, not that he thinks that will go unnoticed by live metal.
