From: Baskoro, Starfinder Society Re: Tabrid Minor Protectorate Status We investigated the floating city on Tabrid Minor as requested. What we found is not a good story. In copaxi history there has been repression of people who confronted the government and oppression of sentient robots. This happened shortly post-gap and since then the planet has spiraled downward in ecological disaster. Our liasson on Tabrid Minor has given us all possible cooperation and has acted admirably when confronted with our findings. Findings that in some cases against all he believed to be true. This willingness to adapt to new circumstances is something that the copaxi of old might have lacked. It is my opinion that Tabrid Minor needs to set steps towards a reduction of industrialization and protection of the environment. Including these requirements in an agreement to enter protectorate status is advisable. It is my conclusion that granting this protectorate status is called for. Signed, Baskoro.
