![]() Ah-Rekhmire bristles at the authority in the voice and it DEMANDING that he enter the ship....on the other hand, as he scans the sky for enemy vessels he realizes that he does not know this new enemy well and maybe the voice does. Floating into the craft, standing straight with his chin up, the decaying corpse settles into a chair, looks around at the others and confidently states; "I have decided to ride within this ship!" ![]()
![]() Ah-Rekhmire looks at the ship and the others filing on. "I shall follow under my own power. I will watch out for anything that might follow us!" With that, the Egyptian wizard floats into the air...awaiting the ship to leave so he can follow. Still has fly, and will add what he needs into it to keep up. He will also keep a watch over the ship to make sure that they are not followed or attacked, if possible ![]()
![]() Being tired of being in the dark, the undead wizard calls upon his powers to illuminate the area in a bright, white light. "Daw!" Will spend a bennie to gain energy control (Light) 5pts. As he speaks the word a dim light begins to grow until it is bright as the sun at noon...he then lowers the intensity so as not to injure anyone's sight. ![]()
![]() Ah-Rekhmire continues looking for his "treasure" and adds it to his growing personal jewellery collection. Each piece is ancient and probably worth thousands of dollars, but they also give odd a menacing vibe that makes anyone handling them feel like something was watching them... Once all his things are back, he joins the others, looking each of them over with dead eyes. ![]()
![]() See...I thought I had read that, but could not find it when I made the post...silly blind me!! will roll now! Notice: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 The corpse looks around the various shelves and notices more of his treasure scattered about...it will take some time to gather it all up! He looks over at the others also gathering their things and a ghastly smile crosses his face as he turns to Imagine. "You are quite pretty my dear. What powers do you profess to have?" ![]()
![]() Ah-Rekhmire stalks towards the table looking for his items that should be here. Seeing his golden bracers, he swiftly places them on and feels the magical power course through his body! He gathers up the rest of his personal gear and replaces it with his body. Gleaming gold can now be seen in the torn remains of his funerary wraps. Flight still active ![]()
![]() Hearing his personal items might have been discovered, the ancient Egyptian magician suddenly begins to run down the hallway until he enters the library where he leaps into the air and travels up the atrium to where he can see Imagine. Will 'cast' a fly spell (can he use his control of air to lift him up into the atrium) At the moment he has no abilities powered up. ![]()
![]() Ah-Rekhmire moves down the corridor to the sounds of combat. He does not seem in a hurry, nor is he seeming to be examining his surroundings. Using his control of energy, the corpse creates a bright ball of light that floats slightly before him, illuminating his path. I do not think he will get down to the drones this turn, so he will continue to hold onto his shield and add some light to the situation. ![]()
![]() Ah-Rekhmire once again takes aim at the two drones, but this time he decides to raise another whirlwind, as it worked to such great results the first time. This is one of the powers of Matter Control and will cause 2d6 damage. I want to use a bennie to increase the damage to 4d6 (adding the Power ability to the spell (+5 pts). Damage: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 2, 1) = 11
total Damage: 14 ![]()
![]() The desiccated corpse that is Ah-Rekhmire moves swiftly forward into the hallway where death and destruction seem to reign. Seeing the two drones at the end of the hall, he summons up two bolts of azure force and throws them at the enemy. No longer using telekenisis. Still has his magic shield spell up and will fire 2 bolts at the drones ![]()
![]() Ah...sorry...working late tonight and missed this. AR will do the "run" 1d6 ⇒ 3 towards the door, but will only move in front of it to 'cast' his spell if that is possible. Ah-Rekhmire does not make it to the door and lands on the floor. He calls upon his powers and a scintillating globe forms around him. Ok, so he cannot reach the doorway yet, so he uses aq bennie and calls up his absorption ability. He adds 'all' to it, as well as 'mastery' which should mean he can absorb any energy type...I think. Total cost is 11 pts. ![]()
![]() Hearing the voice in his head was annoying, but he had other more important things to worry about. Landing near the door where the blast of energy emanated, he gathered his powers and recreated the whirlwind that had worked so well against the drones before. Starting with a stiff breeze, the elements seem to take their fury out on whatever, or whoever is in the hallway. The roar of the wind is almost deafening, but the wind soon dies down after the various bit of debris which moments ago could strip flesh from bone fall to the ground. Damage: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 5, 6) = 19 ![]()
![]() Ah-Rekhmire looks at the girl who talks in his head. "I can!" Calling upon his mystical powers, a second powerful windstorm erupts in the hallway the heavy fire came from. A-R lands and sends the whirlwind down the hallway at the drones there. Once again the wind begins to increase, and soon the hallway is a whirlwind of debris that scourers everything in its wake. Damage: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 1, 5) = 11 ![]()
![]() The bright blue bolts which flew from the ancient magicians' hands strike the two drones. The first simply seems to melt, then short circuit and crumble to the ground. The one by the door spits sparks and part of its casing melts, but it still stands. He continues to hover over the gym, looking for other possible enemies. The air about him seems to flutter and gust like the air is holding him aloft. 4 rounds of flight left ![]()
![]() As the shrivelled corpse speaks, a whirlwind suddenly comes to life right where the drones are located. The wind is strong, but it is the rocks and other bits of debris that cause the most damage, scouring the mechanical troops with a punishing pummeling. When the wind subsides, only random bits that once might have been parts of the guards remain. ![]()
![]() With the chaos going on all around him, Ah-Rekhmire takes a moment to centre himself. Looking over to the front of the 'ship' he sees the swarm of drones attempting to attach something to the hull. Calling up his power to control matter, the ancient mummy conjures up a whirlwind of stones, metal and other debris and centres it on the drones. OK, first time for rolling. This is one of the powers of Matter Control and will cause 2d6 damage. I want to use a bennie to increase the damage to 4d6 (adding the Power ability to the spell (+5 pts). So as I understand it, I can use upto 22 points to modify my powers (Super Sorcery). Now is this correct? Do I need to roll to make this happen?

![]() Ah-Rekhmire surveys the area and makes his way out of the wreckage. He feels strange without his usual adornments.. especially his bracers!
"What..has..happened? Where am I?", he asks of no one in particular. ![]()
![]() The corpse stumbles from its restraints, looking more robust than it previously did. It looks over the group and sees some still in restraints, the creature utters some guttural noises and suddenly the bars are gone..turned to vapour. DM: Ok, using my matter control can I just change the restraints from metal to water vapour? I control both forms of matter...not too sure what to roll...
