Iesha's furious yell envelops all the cultists around her before it ends, along with the gruesome death of their companion, whose body slumps to the floor in more pieces than it should be allowed to be in.

A pause happens, blood dripping, spiders crawling over the blade to the noise of fingers on chalkboards, before with a shattering crack, a suddenly blink and then her sword is through the nearest enemy.

Will vs Invoke Spirits: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (16) + 18 = 341d20 + 18 ⇒ (19) + 18 = 371d20 + 18 ⇒ (5) + 18 = 23

Torisen moves his spirits to menace more of the cultists, though there isn't much to recall about them than he already knows. Torisen hurls a projectile at the furthest cultist, who blocks some of the impact with his shield spell before the shield shatters.

Iesha's howl terrifies all of the remaining enemies as she appears next to another one, cutting her down with two brutal slashes. Alaznist delivers a devastating spellstrike to the next enemy in line, magical force battering an adjacent cultist as well, as Batman moves in with a shield bash. That cultist's shield spell is the only thing that keeps him on his feet.

The cultists sustain their illusory sinspawn, which move to follow Iesha and attack her again, two scoring hits. The far cultists maintain their shield spells (except for the one Torisen hit, who moves to take cover). Those near Alaznist blindly attack with their polearms, but she is able to parry their attacks.

Illusory Creature Attacks vs Iesha: 1d20 + 18 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 18 - 2 = 201d20 + 18 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 18 - 2 = 211d20 + 18 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 18 - 2 = 301d20 + 18 - 2 ⇒ (1) + 18 - 2 = 171d20 + 18 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 18 - 2 = 351d20 + 18 - 2 ⇒ (8) + 18 - 2 = 24

Bec de Corbins vs Alaznist: 1d20 + 16 - 2 ⇒ (13) + 16 - 2 = 271d20 + 16 - 2 ⇒ (2) + 16 - 2 = 16

The blinding poison continues to sap the cultist's health. The most wounded of them coughs up blood and keels over, falling to the floor and lying still! Five foes remain.

Fortitude vs Blinding Poison: 1d20 + 13 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 13 - 2 = 261d20 + 13 - 2 ⇒ (11) + 13 - 2 = 221d20 + 13 - 2 ⇒ (18) + 13 - 2 = 291d20 + 13 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 13 - 2 = 151d20 + 13 - 2 ⇒ (11) + 13 - 2 = 221d20 + 13 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 13 - 2 = 15

The pale ghost pulls her sword out of her victim, blood pouring out, coupled with hundreds of ghostly cries of friend's past. Then the blade hammers a hair's breath from the nose of the next cultist, making his stomach wrench. The relief of the miss is lost as the blade cleaves back up biting deep into the meat of their leg.

These cultists seemed quite susceptible to his poison, so he didn't feel the need to dip into his other spells, and just kept a barrage of telekinetically hurled debris and his shield.
