Well, I used half of my spell slots on Marvelous Mounts, so I'm limited in what I can do here.

"Hmp. Of course there are bandits." Knowing that they'd be able to hurt her before she could get close enough to hurt them, Itka decides to try to help Yakuthiel with the metal bush first. She conjures greasy black tendrils coated with frost, which pick up a mud-covered rock and fling it at the hazard.

She shifts her fingers, revealing that she holds an old, rusty clock hand against the handle of the mirror. She concentrates on the symbol, and focuses its power into her hammer.

"And you brutes, I'll be doing this to you soon enough," she says warningly, as she brings the weapon down. It's not her best swing, but it is mostly inanimate, so maybe...

Clover has the Sealed Poppet feat, so at least she doesn't have a weakness to fire.

Yakuthiel charges up the hill. No Acrobatics needed, it's just difficult terrain to charge up the hill. There's no guidance on what squares are what elevation, so I kind of winged it. But, passing by the bushes does earn an Opportune Attack.

I don't suppose the hazards' attacks have the Concentrate or Manipulate trait? Implement's Interruption has slightly different triggers from Reactive Strike. It is triggered by Concentrate but is not triggered by ranged attacks. Well darn.

Clover realizes that the spindly things are vulnerable to a good smashing. She looks down at her warhammer. She... didn't need any magic to make this work. Oh well.

Yakuthiel might need help, but the "bushes" seem more dangerous. And she might be the best equipped to deal with them (if she can actually hit them). So...

"Rally Pathfinders! We have them outnumbered!" Unless you also count the "bushes." But that can be remedied by destroying them, which is what she sets to work doing.

Clover considers leaping back onto the path closer to the melee. She also considers staying near the other "plant" to try to destroy it. Why not both? That'll buy her a few seconds to decide.

She angles her mirror towards the path. Nobody is near enough to see, t she is reflected in the mirror's surface as though she was standing there. Because she is.

◆ Mirror's Reflection. Clover is in two spaces. Neither is an illusion, and she can act from and be targeted from either space. I have to choose which position to keep at the start of her turn.

The bushes seem interconnected, and as one bush goes inert, the others aren't as active. One fewer attack for each bush destroyed. It focuses its ire on 2d3 ⇒ (2, 3) = 5 Arfsnarf and Morrin.

Okay, if you stepped west, then Green would have had to Stride, not Step, and would not have had flanking with his attacks. That doesn't change any outcomes, but does mean that Yakuthiel would have passed on an OA vs Green to go for Blue. I don't think Blue would have acted differently, but but he triggers by Reloading (Manipulate), so Critting would have prevented the reload.

In addition to their gear, the bandits - each of which has a blue streak in their hair - have a strange metal and glass slate that bears a glowing image of a map on the glass. By tapping on the image, they can find directions to Annihilation Canyon, a local Blue Streaks hideout.

One of the assailants also has a handwritten note in their pocket. See Slide 6.

For the most part, I can handwave hit point healing, but I do need to know if anyone's using up spell slots, just in case anyone uses spells for the next skill challenge:

Once the ambushers have been defeated, the Pathfinders continue to scout a path through the acid pools. There are no other reasonable routes to the meeting place north of Gorum Pots.

Each PC must attempt a DC 23 checks to find their way through the pools safely. The listed skills are: Acrobatics (to step carefully), Crafting (to create tools or devices to block or neutralize the acid), Scouting Lore (to find a safe path), Survival (to protect themselves from the acidic pools), Perception (to observe areas with fewer technoorganic bushes), a ranged attack roll (to help destroy the bushes from long distance), or any relevant Lore skill. Lores will have a lower DC, and other skills can be attempted with a higher DC.

As the Pathfinders approach the steaming foothills of Gorum Pots, they can smell the sulfur in the air and feel the hot, humid air stick to them. Ahead, a longspear stuck in the ground marks a small encampment. A long gray banner emblazoned with the sign of a sword impaling a mountain hangs from the tallest point in the camp.

At the center of the camp, several warriors steep themselves in a deep hot spring, steam rises up around them as they lounge, relaxing their powerful muscles. A woman dressed in furs and bits of metal spots the Pathfinders and approaches, her hand hovering close to the hilt of her sword.

Who are you? Have you come to test yourself against the will of Our Lord in Iron? I, Landra Steelreaper, can ensure that you receive a glorious death soaked in sweat and blood. Otherwise, turn back while you piss yourselves; we don’t allow squeamish brigands among our ranks.

No spells used for healing. Between Ra'uf and Itka, everyone should get back to normal with time.

Itka is unimpressed. Sure, they could break her body in half if they got close enough, but phrases such as "turn back while you piss yourselves" sound like ridiculous posturing to her. The witch looks right past Landra Steelreaper as if she's nothing more than a gnat and addresses the rest of the Gorumites with her grinding, gravelly voice: "Hmp.
