Not sure where to go from here folks... are there any obvious tasks to do other than clearing the castle? if not, are there clues on the map where the next part of the castle is?

I think our next move should be to question one of the giants that's still breathing. I can stabilize/heal if necessary to bring back to consciousness.
As for the questioning itself, my only contribution would be to discern lies.

I really hope Adeah isn't getting on anyone's nerves. Especially in this situation-- nobody likes "escort missions" but I honestly really dig the idea of a couple of random farmers taking up pitchforks against an army of giants to avenge their huts.

Farrokh's view was essentially that he thought the farmers would probably be of more use repairing their farms and their desire to get revenge on the giants could complicate the party's mission of getting to the bottom of why Zoarth's castle was attacked. So his inclination would be to not bring them. But if they had useful skills and the rest of the party wanted to bring them along he would be happy to go along with the majority view.
So from the last couple of posts, it seems like the majority (3-2) view is not to take the farmers along? If that's the call, I need a Diplomacy, Intimidate, or Bluff check at a -2 penalty to persuade them not to follow you.
Or if you want to role-play more to come to see about a consensus or compromise, I'm perfectly happy with that too.

@GM: is it possible to get a map showing the camp's layout and where the giants are? thanks
@Berato: I have or can make up a map. I'm usually reluctant to put gridded maps and minis on the table at the outset because it instantly puts players into a combat mindset :) For now, as the group is still deciding on their approach, the general description should be enough--there's a few large fire pits, around each fire pit is four or five tents, the whole camp is near the side of a rocky hill, and a few lethargic giants are visible wandering around the edges of the camp.

I'm not trying to sway them about anything. They either have the info or not. You ask and we'll back you up. Their reply to you will reveal their intent towards our party.
Edit: besides, if we're gonna peak at each other's character sheet, you're part inquisitor, with stern gaze, discern lies, etc. Asking questions should be right in your alley. ;)

I was thinking Diplomacy would be needed to get them to not immediately attack. Yes, Adeah is well-equipped to handle an interrogation, but if they don't use their words those abilities don't do much. But whatever.
A map of the Jurn camp is now up on Slide # 3. You can place your tokens around the "H1" and assume the hills giants and ettin are there as well. There are a few other scattered giants as the description of the camp indicated, and I can put them on if it becomes relevant. The cave entrance is a few squares south of the H2. (Sorry it took me ages to get this up.

Very minor complaint: love the module so far, but I feel we're moving a tad slower than we should... anything we can do to speed this up to regular pace GM Jhaeman?
@Purple Dragon Knight: Good point--I should have botted Xilt's Diplomacy check sooner. I've now done so. Looks like these giants are coming along, whether you want them to or not :) (unless you decide to get rid of them through some other means)
