”Oh feh,” Tess grumbled as the red enemy closed on her before she expected. She tries to cast dimension door defensively to get away from the threat.

I'm not sure about how to interact with the Emerald Roots, so I'm going to put a couple options here and hope that I can get to the baddy. Things to note: I have a climb speed of 20' and a regular speed of 70' while hasted and it's 25' of horizontal distance.
Kahwen rushes to the aid of Tessara, nimbly dealing with the blocking roots of the emerald spire.
If jumping over the roots is possible:
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 27 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 27 + 5 = 52
If climbing over the roots is possible:
Climb: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (3) + 25 = 28
He twists as he gets close to avoid leaving himself vulnerable to an attack by the Gug.
Acrobatics (To Avoid AoO): 1d20 + 27 ⇒ (20) + 27 = 47
And then slashes the creature with his sword.
+2 keen shock elven curve blade: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (2) + 19 = 21
Slashing: 1d10 + 15 + 6d6 ⇒ (10) + 15 + (5, 1, 5, 3, 2, 4) = 45 plus Electricity: 1d6 ⇒ 6
On the off chance that's a hit, if the target is subject to sneak attack damage I'll also apply the Disoriented Debilitating injury, so it gets -2 to attack rolls for 1 round and a -6 to attack rolls against Kahwen. If it's subject to bleed damage, it's also bleeding 6.

Roland sends several arrows into the nearest gug, badly injuring it. Kahwen steps forward, placing himself between the spellcasters and danger. His blade hits the creature due to Cerisa's magic, ending its threat to your party.
The yellowish monster bites and claws at Kahwen.

claw 4 damage: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

47 total damage to Kahwen; the remaining gug is at -43 HP.
The party is up again.

Kahwen is almost the very definition of a glass dagger and even as he's celebrating the end of one of their opponents, the other one very nearly ends him.
That doesn't mean that his fight is ended though, and he takes the healing from his companion before moving around their opponent, twisting and tumbling to avoid any retribution.
Acrobatics (Avoid AoO: 1d20 + 27 ⇒ (19) + 27 = 46
I also have Mobility so my AC is 34 against any AoOs for movement.
Kahwen is careful when he attacks again, worrying as much about defense as offense.
+2 keen shock elven curve blade (Haste, Fighting Defensively): 1d20 + 19 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (10) + 19 + 1 - 4 = 26
Slashing: 1d10 + 15 + 6d6 ⇒ (3) + 15 + (1, 3, 2, 5, 6, 2) = 37 plus Electricity: 1d6 ⇒ 6
Assuming that's a hit, if the target is subject to sneak attack damage I'll also apply the Disoriented Debilitating injury, so it gets -2 to attack rolls for 1 round and a -6 to attack rolls against Kahwen. If it's subject to bleed damage, it's also bleeding 6.
And fighting Defensively, my AC is 33.

Kahwen and Roland both damage the gug, who is now clearly not looking so good (about 3/4 health).
He continues to attack Kahwen.

GM said in discussion that they would have to take a short pause due to real life stuff, and would get back to us as soon as they could.

After ensuring that the door itself is not dangerous, Kahwen nods to his fellow Pathfinders, opens the door then takes a firm grip on his sword with both hands.
Apparently, he doesn't need Toshiro's reminding as he looks to the samurai expectantly.

A careful check of the door by Kahwen reveals no locks or traps, so he moves to let Toshiro open the door.
A long stone counter runs along the edges of this L-shaped room, its surface cluttered with strange tools, alchemical devices, urns of bubbling liquid, and shuddering clots of flesh. Three pedestals to the south support small mounds of glowing green crystals. Three alien creatures are doing something at the counter.

Kahwen does not like arbitrarily killing people who may be innocently going about their business. He also doesn't like being caught in a big group if area affects start taking place.
He enters the chamber, close enough to attack, if necessary, but does not attack, yet.

If that's a hit, if the target is subject to sneak attack damage I'll also apply the Disoriented Debilitating injury, so it gets -2 to attack rolls for 1 round and a -6 to attack rolls against Kahwen. If it's subject to bleed damage, it's also bleeding 6.
Using Spring Attack to deny Blue the chance to take an AoO.
