Waiting on Seelah's Fort save. Iovo might need to retcon actions if Seelah fails her save.

Seelah 4 pregen |

Fortitude save: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (17) + 9 = 26 Looks good! :-D
"In the name of Iomedae, I will smite you, foul creature!"
Seelah steps towards the wall and brings down her longsword with a mighty swing.
(5-foot-step to open a charge lane for @Markus, swift action to activate smite)
+1 longsword, PA, Diviner’s Fortune, IC smite: 1d20 + 9 - 2 + 1 + 2 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 9 - 2 + 1 + 2 + 3 = 22
magic slashing, PA, IC, smite: 1d8 + 4 + 6 + 2 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 + 6 + 2 + 4 = 21
Add another +4 damage if it’s an outsider with the evil subtype, an evil-aligned dragon, or an undead creature. Smite also bypasses any DR. However, if the creature isn't evil, the smite has no effect at all.

“Why is it all the creatures want to grab you, Seelah?”
"I wouldn’t know, Iovo. But I don't like it at all!"

As Seelah steps to the side, Markus charges forward, his Ki aura surrounding him protectively. As he closes with the monster, he lashes out with a fist, attempting to stun the inhuman thing!
CHARGE! Stunning Fist, IC: 1d20 + 6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 6 + 2 + 2 = 16

Farlen calls out to the group that this creature is a Chaos Beast (CN Medium Outsider [chaotic, extraplanar]). Its most infamous abilities are its Resistance to Transmutation effects (polymorph, petrification, etc...) and the Incorporeal Instability curse that it can inflict with a successful attack. This curse causes a creature to become a spongy, shapeless mass.
Damiar inspires courage in her teammates.
Iovo casts diviner's fortune on Seelah.
Seelah brings holy wrath down on the alien creature. Unfortunately, the creature dodges the swing of the blade. (Not evil).
She does continue to feel quite ill, however.
Need another Fort save at the beginning of your turn.
Markus charges with all of his might. The creature rolls aside just in time to avoid the blow.
The Chaos Beast unleashes a flurry of its clawed tentacles. Two lash out at Seelah...
Clawed Tentacle: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (7) + 13 = 20
claw dmg: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Clawed Tentacle: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (5) + 13 = 18
claw dmg: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Both tentacles miss their mark.
And another two lash out at Markus...
Clawed Tentacle: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (3) + 13 = 16
claw dmg: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Clawed Tentacle: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (20) + 13 = 33
claw dmg: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Crit Confirm: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (6) + 13 = 19
claw dmg: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
One claw digs deep into Markus' flesh.
Markus now feels incredibly strange as if his insides are turning to mush.
Markus, please make a Fortitude save before you take any actions.
The beast shambles away from Seelah.

Unfortunately, it seems that standing so close to the wall makes it difficult for the paladin to use her longsword effectively.

Seeing Iovo have success with acid, Farlen follows it up with more.

I forgot to mention in last update that Farlen's scorching ray missed. Sorry!
Iovo sends a magical bolt of acid at the beast, striking it between a pair of its many eyes. The beast squelches in pain.
AA will do another 2d4+2 next round.
Seelah continues to fend off the bizarre feeling of her insides melting. She quickly heals her wounds with divine power, then swings her blade at the beast. The wall at her back makes it difficult for her to swing her sword arm.
Farlen also sends a magical bolt of acid at the beast. The bolt sizzles into the beast's rubbery flesh.
AA will do another 2d4+2 next round.

GM R, did you resolve Farlen's scorching ray last round?
Yep. Read the first sentence of this post.

Seelah 4 pregen |

Remember that it's a ranged touch attack.
Was going to say the same thing. Farlen (scorching ray) and Iovo (AA) both rolled 17 vs. touch AC, so either both missed or both hit. Of course there could be some circumstances we players do not know about...

If it is a failure, it is likely that Damiar would be willing to give you the benefit of her Campaign Coin for a reroll.
This time Iovo goes for the guaranteed damage, unleashing a flurry of magic missiles.

Seelah's body suddenly becomes a spongy, shapeless mass. She feels her willpower drain away.
You can use a Standard action to regain control of your body for 1 minute with a Will save. You need to continue making Fortitude saves each round (3 successes in a row) to remove the curse.

From somewhere high above, a voice calls out,
"Oh, no, my dear Seelah. You're not going down yet."
Through divine intervention from her deity (actually a Campaign Coin), Seelah does not succumb to the creature's horrid transformative curse.
Markus throws a powerful right hook, nailing the creature straight in its central mass. First punch hit.
Iovo palms a small pearl from her pocket, most likely to recall a spell that's already been cast.
Damiar continues her inspiring tale and shoots an arrow at the beast. The arrow pierces one of its many eyes.
With renewed vigor, Seelah dashes to get into a flanking position. The beast lashes out as she darts past...
AoO Clawed Tentacle: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (4) + 13 = 17
claw dmg: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
...and she returns with a mighty whack with her sword.
With Salvio's deadly shot on the creature, and the corrosive acid from the magical acid arrows, the creature drops dead, a blob of rubbery flesh now lifeless on the floor. No need to fire that bolt, Farlen...

Since I already acted in the round, I don’t think that I can give Marcus my Diviner’s Fortune this round. If there are any more saves to be made, I will use it for those.

20 + 7 = 27 Hooray!
After congratulations all around and a bit of healing, the group searches throughout the Chaos Beast's lair. They discover a glowing glove, a potion of heroism, and a pouch of void dust. Set against the edges around the cavern, the group also finds dozens of brains of various sizes floating in jars of preservative fluid.
After a job well done, the group returns to Regnald Ardoc. He asks you about the nature of the threat you faced and its location. After telling him everything, Ardoc is pleased with your success.
Ardoc says, “So an alien beast was behind all of this? I can’t even begin to comprehend what was going through its mind when it decided to carry out those attacks. What I do know is that the people of the Warrens stood little chance against such a creature without help.”
Ardoc continues. “It seems the Pathfinders do indeed live up to their reputation. I look forward to working with you and your organization in the future. I will be sending an appraisal of your performance on to Sheila Heidmarch so that you may be commended for your work here today.”
And with that, you decide a delicious, celebratory meal at The Garlic Clove, the quaint little Varisian café, is in order before returning to Absalom.
