If memory serves me correctly, Auspex (Heightened Senses) reduces the difficulty of the check by a number equal to your Auspex rating.

OK, updated, was going to update last night and of course I got food poisoning, which was no fun at all...

My spotty posting will be spotty for a bit longer as I close on my new home and move in. I will still post as frequently as I can, but I forsee February/March as the month that I have us back on track.
Should be good after that for a while, if my wife as another baby, it won't be till 2025.

Not at this time no, it's too new and secretive for the Cainite community to have disseminated it to the younger Kindred. Maybe someone like Etrius or Mithras would have, but they would not likely share.
If no one else posts anything different, tonight I will move all Pcs back to the Tremere sleeper car.

There is certainly furniture to break but that would be a makeshift stake and take a t least a round to break it, this stuff is pretty solid wood of high craftsmanship unlike what we see in the modern day.
Not really anything to chime in—I think diplomacy is better than sticking her into a submission hold for now.
Knowing she was going to come to our cabin, would it be possible to say we had prepared a stake for her arrival? Henry has the Splinter Servant ritual so could have hypothetically done so last night, though I understand completely if we can't retcon that.
I personally think its best we immobilize her and interrogate her safely at a later date.
I am going to say no because no one mentioned it prior to her arrival IC, we're not exactly moving super fast so there was time for PCs to prep that if it was intended.
