Given this is repeatable, who has done it before? It changes quite a bit each time, so I'm not too worried, just if there are any totally new folks, let them take the reigns a bit.

I'll give our last two players some time to check in, and we can get properly started soon.

So yeah, we aren't even supposed to start until Sept. 11.

How do people like to do map and tokens?

For me, it's just as easy to use a roll 20 table for the map. Would that work for everyone? We can still roll dice here.

Less than a week, who is excited?

I'm going to be using Roll20 for movement, etc. Everything else (dice, talking, etc.) will remain here. I'm just not experienced with using slides.

I was making an edit to all of my PC profiles, and accidentally over-wrote Ahmande with another PC's details. As such, I don't have access to most of his stats at the moment, nor any of his chronicle info. It's going to take me a bit to re-build all of the details, but I have a HeroLab record, so I'll be able to get up a simple statblock (which will be accurate) when I get home. Sorry for the difficulty!

@Ahmande No big deal.

My math has us at APL 5.2. That rounds to 5. So, it's been a while, but does that mean we play up with 4-player adjustment? Or can y'all choose that or down full?

Okay, I have a statblock for Ahmande up now. I was wrong earlier, he does not level with his latest chronicle, as that chronicle was from playing a level 7 pregen and won't be added until Ahmande reaches level 7 himself. As such, he is very definitely a level 5 Bard right now.

Does that change the APL?

2) I can spend Prestige Points to get items for free if their cost is below 750 GP (1 Prestige point per 350 GP)

1) you can purchase items on your Chronicle sheets within your tier any time you can make purchases (typically when in a settlement of 5000 people or more, though this may vary in some scenarios)

2) you can spend 1 prestige point to get an item of up to 150 gp, or you can spend 2 prestige points to get an item of up to 750 gp (this cheatsheet has a column for what you can purchase with prestige, among many other useful tidbits for PFS)

I'm pretty good with Slides. If you want to send me the maps, I can put together a slide deck for you. I could get it done pretty quickly and we'd be off.

I'd see the maps, but I can compartmentalize stuff like that; it won't affect my play.

@farnizel Thanks but I've passed the map on to Ahmande and hopefully it will get sorted out soon.

Here is the slide deck. You can use it as-is (hosted in my Google Drive), or you can make a copy and share it yourself.

The second page is to prefill with PC modifiers that the GM might roll en masse, under a spoiler (group Initiative, Perception, Sense Motive, and saves). Use it if you like, or you can just delete it. It's also got a space for player tokens in a marching order.

The map page has the full map; I put a box over one of the rooms. You can copy, paste, and resize that box as many times as you like to obscure the map; I normally put one over each room, and then delete the box when the PCs enter the room. I left the rest of the rooms uncovered so that you can see how it works and gain proficiency.

The last page in the deck shows how sharing needs to be set up (from the big orange "Share" button at the top) for players to access it and move their tokens around. I suspect that something was set up wrong here when you tried to create your slide deck yourself; it's hard to troubleshoot that from afar, sometimes.

What light sources are people using?

Desynthia cast Light on my shield. Erica also has a few torches for people who don't have Darkvision.

Ahmande has low-light vision, and he can cast light with his wayfinder if needed.

I'm back too. I'm going to assume you move northwest a bit to check the trail, and open up some more map. However, the trail disappears as you reach the hallway, where there are no more sprung traps.
