I have a couple options for 5-6, but my only 8-9 is tied up. We’re in the final encounter so he might be free in time, but no guarantees.

PDK, looking it over, doesn't appear there are any faction-specific goals...but I will say, if you have a gnome character in tier, the chronicle is a little more beneficial...

It’s not full, you and Arin are in, and make #4 and #5. We’re not sure exactly yet of the tier, but right now we’re leaning low; PaleDim, if we are low tier, you’d be welcome to play down with Arin, or you could bring in another PC if you wish, your choice. And Catushlara, same thing, if we end up high tier, you’d be welcome to play up…

I'll play down and be the healing swiss army knife (life mystery). My other characters that would be eligible are tied up in long-term groups.

I'll have to set up profiles for some of these, as most of them have not been in PbP before.

If we are going low, the Samurai is fun (Axebeak mount with Dire Collar) but they are all good for different roles.

PDK here... I'm gonna go with Son of Cayden in this one. A slightly crazy (who can blame him? he's the Son of Cayden...) melee-type bard with inspire courage and some social shennanigans.

If there are open slots, I have a barbarian who is lvl 7, or a sword and board Ranger at lvl 9.

Leaning towards my Lore Oracle for a good balance with the rest of the team. Need to update his profile, should be able to get to that tonight.

At your leisure, check the init and perception blocks to make sure I've got the right values in there; grimdog, you can add yours when you decide on your PC. Also, you can post a default marching order, if you wish as well...

I added a slide for my mount, Garuda. Since he is large, he did not fit well on the first slide

Ushi will be happy to bring up the rear or fill in anywhere else. He can be 5ft of difficult terrain as needed.

For those of you I haven’t GM’ed before, I’ll give a bit of what you can expect from me. I don’t pretend to know everything when it comes to Pathfinder rules; most of you likely have been playing longer and know the rules better than I. Several of you are GMs and I realize you're better GMs than I. If, more likely when, I err, call me on it as you see it and I’ll fix it; I have no qualms about retconning if I screw something up. You won’t hurt my feelings as I like to think I don’t have too much of an ego. By rule of thumb, I’ll retcon if my mistake is detrimental to the PC/party; if my mistake is beneficial to the PC/party, I tend to not retcon unless I catch it immediately. I also try to give my NPCs a bit of flavor when the opportunity presents itself. My main goal is that everyone will enjoy themselves and have fun.

As a GM, most days I post two or three times a day, some times more during combat depending on the post rate of the players, as I try to keep things moving along. I don’t expect that much posting from my players, although you’re welcome to do so if you are able to and wish to. I’d appreciate if you could post at least once a day and once over the weekends. Real life comes first though so please let me know, if possible, when you may have a hard time posting. If I have to bot you, I’ll check your profile for botting instructions; lacking that, I’ll bot you conservatively equally considering the best interests of the character and the party. I don’t like to delay characters during combat encounters as that delay could be critical to other party members...

We can play at whatever pace you desire; if you feel I'm pushing a bit too fast or a bit too slow, let me know and I'll adjust.

As far as initiative goes during combat...for those players in the same initiative block, I usually play things out in post order as opposed to initiative order as I’ve found that moves the combat along more quickly. But if it’s a situation where it’s more beneficial to the party to play the block in initiative order, I will do so.

How do handle initiative for animal companions in combat? Most GMs I have seen just let both the handler and animal go on the handlers initiative, but I have also seen table variation.

I go with the PC’s initiative since he’s the one guiding/handling the companion…makes it easier that way, at least for me…

Just an FYI, there are a couple of storms in the Caribbean…don’t think they’ll affect us too much but not sure if they’ll mess with the streaming…if I don’t post, there may be an issue with the Wi-Fi. Even if I can’t post daily in game, I’ll try to at least post here to let you know…

Our cruise has been extended two days till the port reopens due to the hurricane but we are safe. The internet was out most of yesterday so if I do not post, please not me as needed since it’ll be because I’m not able to…

While it’s not all inclusive (but mostly so), RCL has been great in extending prebought packages, adding extra entertainment, and free internet for folk to contact family and redo travel arrangements at no extra cost…

Glad you finally escaped the ship :) No pressure from us though.
