Eldon throws caution to the winds and runs in. Although he does manage to plug some holes, he also gets exposed to the acid vapor. Thalaasi also runs in to plug the holes but can't seem to climb up the wall. He does, however, manage run back out before the acid can burn his skin.
2 successes left to disable the trap. Almost there!
Lucentis, please confirm you'll continue with the healing. If not, what's your action?

Nope. The Blind doesn't apply to you. You still take 20 pts of damage and Lucentis certainly may heal you if he wants to keep the action.

Lucentis sends some much needed healing to Ysoldt. You all hear a hissing noise as more caustic liquid gets pumped into the room through the holes that are still open.

She fails to do so, but doesn't get hit too hard. She notices that the rest of the group have been able to take care of the threat of the place and decides to just book it out of the room before her nostrils burn further.
I'm assuming the nat 20 and the 26 are enough to finish off the trap?

As the acid stops flowing, you all manage to run back out of the room.
You can patch yourselves up. All that's left is to report back to Calisro Benarry what you saw here.

Rose spits out some more of the noxious-gas-fumigated mucus from her throat. "Traps!" She then moves off to find a nice place to get something soothing in her lungs, about as happy as a cat just after being dunked in water.

"Unknown lurkers and the ugliest face I've ever seen. It almost burned poor Deroff." Nilaglade half mumbles to the Venture-Captain, and pets Deroff some more.
"Sorry, Deroff here needs a good grooming, a warm bath and plenty of treats." Nilaglade excuses himself and begins pampering his canine companion.
Deroff is glad to wash the caustic gunk off. It's a small price to pay for all the food he can eat.
