Storm offers a hand to the armored man. "Warning: swimming with full armor is likely harmful to swimming ability. This hypothesis is confirmed by a... referencing... Simon Osbourne. Additional flotation necessary for aquatic travel when equipped as such." Storm remarks to himself as he hoists Simon from the murky depths.
| GM Frost |
Zhamie recognizes that Zoila has found a filcher's fork. Zoila, on the other hand, tells Bechamel that he has found a lesser bottled lightning. Squish is able to know that they are holding a minor healing potion.
Zhamie happily finds another chest underwater. She now has two unopened chests: the previous one and the other that needs to be recovered underwater. Simon attempts to dive towards the chest Zhamie found but he is stuck underwater doing it again due to his heavy armor. Fortunately, Storm is nearby to offer immediate help. Storm then looks over the rough waters that hold some plank debris and overturns them just to find nothing.
Zoila has found a way to help Simon retrieve the submerged chest to be recovered. She perceives that the second chest Zhamie found is mysteriously entangled with ropes that are then can be pulled aboard from a broken yet sturdy ship's hull, which can be stepped on. She goes to that place, pulls, not just one, but two entangled chests and adds it to the collection. However, the other chest is already unlocked, and as she opens it, it seems looted and has broken skull in it.
The long, two-pronged fork is a filcher's fork.
The clear bottle with volatile contents is a lesser bottled lightning.
The flask with filmy gray potion is a potion of water breathing.
The vial of ruby-red liquid is a minor healing potion.
At the end of searching, you found a filcher's fork, a minor healing potion, a lesser bottled lightning, an unidentified filmy gray potion, and two unopened chests. Laela will be very happy with such a nice haul.
You can identify the potion, and attempt to disable the two unopened chests.

| GM Frost |
Bechamel and Squish both identify the filmy gray potion as the potion of water breathing. Fortunately, the rusted nature of the hinges and lock of one of the chests due to prolonged exposure to seawater enables Bechamel to open it and there he finds a minor healing potion. He tries the other one but now his hands have dealt much from the first one.
As for the other one, we can deal with it later for us to move forward.
As Zoila, drowns the the skull with questions as to why and how it is there, she also drowns the questionable calmness of the sea where the wreckage is.
To their surprise, again, a surging wave crashes into them.

The top half of a grindylow looks vaguely like that of a goblin, but from the waist down, their bodies split into a tangle of suckered, wriggling tentacles. They dwell mostly in shallow waters both fresh and briny, including lakes, rivers, coastal regions, and near coral reefs. Grindylows generally organize into schools ranging from a few individuals to a few hundred. Smaller schools can sometimes be brought under the leadership of a powerful aquatic creature, though such alliances last only until the school faces a major setback, at which point the surviving grindylows scatter and form smaller schools of their own.

Zhamie unleashes her arrow with such precision that it even flies away Blue, fatally darting the creature into the outcropped rock nearby. The grindylow's life ended in such manner it is sticking its tongue out and seems to have given up its soul-like grindylow form out of its mouth.
END OF COMBAT! WELL DONE!
----------
After your rather intense combat with the grindylows, Laela comes into view on her skiff floating towards you. Laela shows signs of her own battle with a grindylow: a blue tentacle wrapped around her leg and a gash on her face. Meanwhile, the battle with the grindylows has caused some damage to the Infidius, and the hull of the ship begins to further sag into the waters. There’s no more time to salvage treasure from the vessel as it slips to the bottom of the bay. The party immediately loads up the treasure recovered, and Laela leads the party back to Kintargo and takes them to Clenchjaw’s tavern to review the spoils.
In some privy part of the tavern...
”So, what have you got me?” Laela asks in her normal loud voice.

"We found a giant's barbeque kit. There's the barbeque fork filcher's fork, two bottles of mild sauce minor healing potions, one bottle of spicy sauce lesser bottled lightning, I think this bottle potion of water breathing is for neutralizing the spicy sauce, and I'm guessing this last chest one unopened chest is watertight because it holds the dry rub."

Laela counts the treasures presented to her by Bechamel and Squish. Her eyes grow larger in excitement as the count increases.
"Ha! This is better than I expected of you. You all wait for me here," she giddily says.
She springs up from her seat excitedly, knocking her chair over. She orders a round of drinks and a plate of lamb and mint pastries, then tosses a handful of coins at the band on stage. She invites you to stay and celebrate your unexpectedly exceptional expedition and says the treasure’s enough that she might open a shop of her own.
You all enjoy the rest of day.
